I imagine we could have struggled through it, got frustrated & eventually get there, but decided to bring in some expertise. It was worth the investment as they programmed the Roku boxes I bought & effortlessly logged us into the programming services I subscribed to. In about an hour all three TVs had everything loaded. I lost one channel I would have preferred to keep, but gained two that weren't available through Armstrong. I calculated saving $75/month on programming, so their reasonable service fee plus the cost for three Roku units will be recouped in three months.

I just got a new router from Verizon and it messed up my mesh network that HD Connections had installed 7 Years ago. I first spoke with Verizon and they thought that the mesh system should be replaced as it was not compatible with new router??? I called Gilson and he agreed and said it might not be compatible. I bought a new mesh system and had Gilson install it. My wireless network works better then it has ever also speed are more than double what they were. I have a very big house and 4 floors and the entire house is totally covered including cameras on the outside of the house. I totally recommend Hd Connection for all your network and tv and theater installations. I will defiantly be calling Hd Connection again and again if I ever need anything installed.
