This guys are a good example of what knowledgeable and ethical business should be run like. I brought my dead laptop. They didn't charge for diagnosis and fig what the problem was . Rather than talk me into buying a new graphics car, their offer to redo the chip. They not just fix my computer. They saved me lots of money. They are Very good with both operating systems. Mac store and their Genius Bar got nothing on them read more

I brought my laptop to get the thermal paste replaced and not only did they tell me the computer was not overheating but when I got home, the laptop had been completely erased. ALL of my files GONE. I had to reinstall Windows! I am never bringing so much as a toaster back to these guys. read more

These guys are amazing! I took my Gateway there to have it fixed because it was no longer turning on. I loved that computer! It was top of the line when I bought it many years ago. It lasted me all throughout college and everything! Suddenly, it just froze up and would no longer turn on. I took it up there and a guy named Tim took and fixed it within a day! They saved me from buying a brand new computer! Unfortunately, I later lost it in a house fire. RIP Gateway. I digress... They are very reasonably priced, too! Highly recommended! This company acts with integrity and goes above and beyond to do the right thing for their customers. I bought a 2012 Mac Mini from The Computer Guys a few years ago. They transferred all files and made sure everything was set up. When the original hard drive started to fail within the warranty period, they picked up the Mac Mini, replaced the drive, transferred data and brought it back to me. A few years later the replacement drive started acting up. I had some RAM and a hard drive from another laptop ... they put it in for me. I am very glad I took a chance on them. read more

I used the computer guys to fix one of my Apple laptop. The service was excellent. They took the time to explain the problem and how the were going to approach it to resolve it. They delivered as promised and at a price well below the completion. The best part of the experience was that I got to talk to the person that actually fixed the computer. I will never go anyplace else. The Guys are smart and very knowlegeble of the hi tech world that we all live with. They are a great resource to have in the community. The Computer Guys are very knowledgeable people. They fix a lot of computer issues for cheap. The owner is very friendly and probably should charge more than what he does! Great deals for great service. He fixed a laptop screen for me easily and much cheaper than buying a whole new laptop. They also did a clean up and virus scan. They also design websites and graphics and multimedia stuff. They seem to handle everything! I would highly recommend you give them a call. read more

I'm as clueless as they come with technology but they were able to remove all my viruses, recommend a better virus protection service, and get my computer back in working order quickly and with super friendly service. John and his team are knowledgeable and respond quickly to questions/issues. They are one of the few shops that service Apple computers and definitely know their stuff.
