My laptop had a hardware issue, which I know from experience most bigbox electronics chains won't even touch. I was afraid I was going to have to send it back to the manufacturer, with all the expenses and hassles that go with that. I called the PC Doctor on the phone just to see if there was any chance I didn't have to go through all that. He says he can fix it, for about the same price as the manufacturer would have charged, we would just have to wait for the part to come in. A few hours after I dropped my laptop off, he called to say that they had opened the computer up, that it turns out they could fix the problem without a new part (just repair and re-attach the old one more securely). As a result, I got my computer back the next business day, and the repair cost less than the original quote. From start to finish, everything about my transaction was courteous and efficient. I have already recommended this computer repair place to family, and I would not hesitate to do it again. read more

PC Doctor's partner-repairperson nicknamed 'Shooey', is so sharp, fast, honest and generous...amazing! I dropped off my laptop cause it was totally frozen...arrow would not move, and i thought it must have a virus, or broken mousepad area. ..I wanted to run to my next errand, and just leave it, expecting to be called back to pick up and pay bill. But he went to peek first, and PRESTO: showed me that "DUH!", I had unknowingly pressed some button that locks the mousepad! That's all! PC doctor de-pressed the button, pointed it out to me, and had me leave---with a smile....,and of course, no charge! Thanks! As always-- (they have repaired my stuff in the past)-- you guys are the best! read more

I was about to purchase a new computer but a friend of mine recommended that I visit PC doctor first, they offered me a free diagnoses so i decided to pay them a visit. I dropped my computer off Monday morning and was very surprised just how spectacular their customer service was! Later that day I received a call with a price, timeline and what the exact problem was. The technician answered all my questions, very nicely and was extremely pleasant to talk to. I got my computer back shortly after and was so extremely happy and surprised with the results. My computer is faster and smoother then ever thanks to PC Doctor. Love these Guys! read more

PC Doctor is honest, down to earth, and amazing. They're really go the extra mile to explain to you what went wrong, WHY your computer is acting the way it is, what they need to order (hardware parts) and what they've done to fix it. Their prices are very fair and the wait time was only a few days. Saved me on ridiculous shipping fees and months of waiting had I decided to ship it back to Lenovo. Could not be any happier, would recommend this place to anyone that needs help with their PC! read more

I was really pleased with the service I get from PC Doctor. I have had them work on three of my laptops and think its about time they get credit for all of the hard work. Not only were they prompt and courteous but they also fixed them without any bugs and left them better than before. I was shopping around for price and reviews and decided to give PC Doctor a try since I live nearby. I would have paid a lot more somewhere else and probably not had the same service. read more

I was one trash day away from discarding my HP All In One PC thinking it would cost just as much to fix then to buy a new model. Jim diagnosed the problem within a few hours, called me and presented options and fixed the computer for much less than I expected. It even included high end hardware (Western Digital HD). He saved me hundreds of dollars and made the repair process very easy. Highly recommended read more

I dropped by with my Thinkpad laptop which suddenly wasn't recognizing the surrounding wireless networks. I had tried refreshing, rebooting, disabling/disabling the wireless adapter, all multiple times. The fellow on call (Shuey) fixed it in seconds and refused to accept any payment. I am now a fan and will be sure to pay them the visit when I next have a problem (hopefully never), large or small. read more

The owner of the PC Doctor is an inconsiderate boob, He leaves his big work van in front of homes on a residential street on which he does not even live, That may even be against the law but even if it's not, it tells you what kind of person he is. Who would do that???? I will NEVER give him my business if my computer needs repaired and believe me, I'm telling everyone what a jerk he is. read more

The Best!!! PC Doctor is a fantastic resource for anyone with a PC desktop or laptop who is not tech savvy, moderately tech savvy or just wants someone to take on the time consuming work that comes with PC maintenance. I cannot recommend them highly enough for any PC issues you have, whether repair, general optimization work or installing new drives/chips etc. read more

The motherboard for my laptop died. PC Doctor told me that it would probably make more sense to get a new laptop than to pay $300-$400 to fix the old one. I searched around and found a new, better computer for $300. PC doctor transferred all of my files from my old computer to my new one for a fair price and it only took 1 day. Overall, very satisfied. read more

PC Doctor did a great job with my daughter's computer. He finished it quickly, and kept me posted on any issues he had while working on it. And he was very nice. The price was very reasonable as well. I will recommend PC Doctor to anyone looking to fix their laptop and not be charged a small mortgage to do it! read more

These guys are awesome! I had a monitor problem in which they diognosed and fixed at a resonable cost! I forst took it to the Geek Squad at Best buy where I bought it. They said it was the motherboard & they'd have to send it out for repair @ $350 & it would take 5 weeks. PC Doctor fixed it in an hour!!!!! read more

My wife and I have used this company several times (we have 4 computers), I wish that all compainies that I deal with were as competent, fairly priced and responsive as PC Doctor. When they tell you it will be ready in 2-3 days, don't be suprised if it gets done early. read more
