Yuriy's recently repurposed my mother's 1951 class ring from 5th Avenue HS (a historic landmark in Pittsburgh), into a pendent (just beautiful), and is in the process of redesigning the band to preserve the date. Just recently, Yuriys repaired and restored my mother's bracelet from childhood, which is almost 100 years old, she's 93 (absolutely incredible)! To have these memories preserved is such a treasure. In addition to the restorations, we have purchased some pretty amazing watches, rings and (necklaces, btw, that was a big surprise you found for my husband), I LOVE it, thank you Misha!!! We're plenty familiar with the pricing of many jewelry shops, and by far Yuriy's has the best service, best selection, best quality and the best prices! Maggie responded promptly, was VERY resonsable priced, and my daughter loved the fact she had fur babies at home. We made arrangements to meet, splitting our time between the redwoods and the coast. Maggie knew it was important to my daughter to have both featured in her photos. Both locations were amazing, but the coast spot was beyond! And even though our time went WAY beyond our orignial contract, Maggie and her husband took their time and really made the experience so amazing for my daughter. She was so happy and relaxed, and that really showed in the photos. When we saw the photos, we were all blown away, Maggie caught the personality of my daughter and showed just how beautiful she is. We found one we liked and ordered it in a color that should have matched our living room. This was a very big investment for us. When the sofa arrived it was instantly clear that the color did not match what we meant to buy. Someone from the store drove out to our home, took one look, and said, "Oh. Ewww. I see the problem." But the color number matched what we had asked for. He took a bunch of photos and went back to the store. "The color doesn't look the same here as it does in your house. Our showroom lighting is extremely warm, and I think that could have been what caused the confusion. Let me see if there is anything we can do." A few days later we got a call. "The owners have been on the phone with the manufacturer, and it's settled: you can order a replacement so long as it's the same design with a different color." Oh, the relief! The men came out to take back the first one... and left us with a loaner sofa for the several months we'd have to wait! Totally unexpected, and tremendously helpful because our original sofa had been thrown away. The new one just arrived and it is more than acceptable. Great quality, perfect size, etc. The color is still notably cooler in our well lit house than at the showroom, but we accounted for that with this choice and it is fine. So I repeat: BUY YOUR FURNITURE HERE. THEY WILL TAKE CARE OF YOU. They won't give away the shop or anything, buy you will be treated as an honored customer and not just another sale.
