We called Sean from Observatory hill Stained glass who specializes in stained glass and window repair and reconditioning. His price was extremely fair. We had him do 6 windows on the 3rd floor. He ripped out all the widows and replaced all the chains and repaired all the widow sills and redid all the widow frames, cleaned the glass and re did everything so it looked like new as well as painted and sealing.
