This was my first experience ever with a cleaning service because I used to be able to keep up with chores on my own. For over the past year I have been struggling with recurring cancer and ongoing chronic health issues, just some insight as to why I was looking into a cleaner. First of all, Stephanie was very kind and easy to communicate with through text message. We clicked instantly, she happens to be a special needs mama and I happen to be a behavioral therapist/special education teacher (not working due to the cancer). Immediately I had a great feeling about her. Then when she came to clean she was fabulous as a person and from a service standpoint. I have 3 large dogs, one wears an anxiety vest and will bark constantly at people, even my anxious dog LOVED Steph. She did a fantastic job cleaning, she moved lightning fast (I had to keep asking if she needed a break because I couldn't believe how fast she was moving). She took care with items that had a lot of meaning to me like family pictures and antiques. She asked questions and really paid attention to small details that would help me out in my day to day life. She didn't just come in and out and go through the motions. It looked beautiful by the end of her time there and I felt immediate relief because taking care of my home had become such a large burden on me when my health declined. Often times we don't want to burden others so we do not ask for help, or we feel like we should be able to do x,y, and z. It took a lot for me to swallow my pride and send her a message and I couldn't be happier that I did. Now I feel happy in my home again, I find myself smiling more and spending more time doing things that I enjoy with my family and friends, instead of spending time stressing over my home "to-do list." Their comprehensive in-house design and build approach was unlike that of other contractors, and their cooperative communication was instrumental in developing and meeting our expectations. They made understanding us and our house equal priorities. They educated us about the condition of the house, brought in an engineer, and designed projects around improving and reinforcing the house. They found and corrected issues created by the house's original builder. They work well coordinating their work with other contractors. With one exception, there were no call-backs. A minor installation error discovered years later was cheerfully and promptly fixed as a warranty item, a reflection on their commitment to their clients.
