The language barrier can be tough if you want something specific, but they are always thorough when they come through. And there are little things that I really appreciate, like if we leave clean sheets folded on an unmade bed, they'll do that as well. Pricing is reasonable. And equally as important they've proven efficient and reliable. They show up reliably on time, and they are in and out in under 2 hours (and we probably have more square footage than most).

**Update-6 days after I wrote the review below, I receive a voice mail from Debbie today noting…read morethat based on my Yelp review, they will be taking me off the schedule (this coming Tuesday mind you) and no longer cleaning my home! Wow. I find this very unprofessional and disappointing that Carolyn, the owner didn't bother to call me directly, or even her or Debbie didn't comment on my Yelp review or call to try to investigate further. It felt like a retaliation even thought I've been a loyal paying customer for some time now. I'll gladly take my business elsewhere. ____________ Let me preface this review with if I rated this some months when I'm home and they clean, the rating would be higher; a 4. When I'm not home some months and they come (they came recommended by a very particular/neat freak friend of mine) the rating is a 3. In order to have the veterans clean my house, I had to switch my days and sometimes I don't work at home. I am a busy professional woman but am pretty tidy and clean. However, I want someone to do a really good deep cleaning once a month. At times they are careless and don't put things back in order; leave my oven range light on and seem to be rushed at times since the owner books them so tightly between houses. Debbie has been good to work with, but I shouldn't have to write notes each month of the same reminders. (It should be kept in my file especially since they do reminder calls before your cleaning.)
