**Update-6 days after I wrote the review below, I receive a voice mail from Debbie today noting that based on my Yelp review, they will be taking me off the schedule (this coming Tuesday mind you) and no longer cleaning my home! Wow. I find this very unprofessional and disappointing that Carolyn, the owner didn't bother to call me directly, or even her or Debbie didn't comment on my Yelp review or call to try to investigate further. It felt like a retaliation even thought I've been a loyal paying customer for some time now. I'll gladly take my business elsewhere. ____________ Let me preface this review with if I rated this some months when I'm home and they clean, the rating would be higher; a 4. When I'm not home some months and they come (they came recommended by a very particular/neat freak friend of mine) the rating is a 3. In order to have the veterans clean my house, I had to switch my days and sometimes I don't work at home. I am a busy professional woman but am pretty tidy and clean. However, I want someone to do a really good deep cleaning once a month. At times they are careless and don't put things back in order; leave my oven range light on and seem to be rushed at times since the owner books them so tightly between houses. Debbie has been good to work with, but I shouldn't have to write notes each month of the same reminders. (It should be kept in my file especially since they do reminder calls before your cleaning.) read more

The employees are professional and through! More importantly, they were patient and kind to my 94 year old friend. The price is very reasonable. An honest and great company, I highly recommend. read more

Based on my next-door neighbor, who has used Maid With Care happily for the last couple years, I called and definitely agree with my neighbor. I'm not always home, and they are great to work with that way, but when I have been around, I have one of two different teams. They know more about me than I do about them (unfortunately, including their names!), which is only one way of saying they are not intrusive nor do they require much attention on my part. I've only had one minor complaint (I thought the kitchen floor could use a little more scrubbing) which was addressed immediately by Debi (at the office), and the floor, as well as the rest of the house, has been spic and span ever since. I'd also like to say that it's nice that they will take on a customer who only wants a once-a-month cleaning. They've been great to deal with, and do the work I just can't keep up with. So really, I couldn't be happier - even tho I only gave 4 stars. (I'm not a 5-star kinda person...) So thanks to them. And yes, I highly recommend. read more

We tried Maid With Care cleaning service for the first time this week and we were very happy with results. We have two dogs so keeping the house clean is a challenge. When we arrived home everything was spotless! We will definitely be using them again! I would recommend this company to a friend. read more

I have called them 3 times over a couple of weeks to set up a cleaning service for my house and I am yet to receive a call back! I haven't experienced this level of unprofessionalism before.. If they are this careless about client management, I don't know how irresponsible their cleaning services will be! read more

Well, I can't really comment on the quality of the cleaning service since I was completely blown off. I scheduled a cleaning on April 27 to take place on May 20 which was confirmed by the office manager. Fast forward to this Tuesday, May 17 in which I emailed the same office manager to add something else to my work order. This was also confirmed by her the same day. Per what was in my confirmed email from April 27, someone was supposed to come to my house around 9:30 AM this morning. At 10:15 I finally emailed to ask if someone would still be coming. No response. At 10:52 I called the office, no one picks up (even though their hours say 8-5). I leave a message. I try back again a couple of times, still no response. Finally at 11:52 the office manager calls me informing me that I was "never scheduled for today." Are you kidding me? When I say I had an appointment in my inbox listing today, May 20" I get a "well, it wasn't in the books." She tells me she had "been off all week" even though she emailed me back this Tuesday in regards to my request. This is my first Yelp review that I've written and while normally I shy away from writing reviews, I wanted to write this one due to the utter lack of professionalism exhibited by Maid with Care. In short, I wouldn't recommend anyone willingly spend a dime here. read more

Maid with Care came today and cleaned our house and it looks amazing! Carrie and Nicki came and cleaned 4 bedrooms, playroom, kitchen, eat in kitchen, dining room, living room and 2 full bathrooms and most of the house is hardwood floors. Everything looks great. I don't think our floors have ever been this clean. We moved in June and I just cannot get the floors cleaned but they did a wonderful job. The kitchen was sparkling. I already booked for them to come back the week of thanksgiving. I got a quote over the phone and it was actually $20 cheaper because they gave me a coupon. Highly recommend!! read more

Cancelled our service without warning. No even a notice. Really bad management. Damaged our house and gave us hard time about paying for the damage. The owner treats you like a paycheck not a customer. Definitely the worst management I have dealt with. read more

I ordered a deep clean, walls, baseboards and cobwebs..the works. The girls were nice, but were late and done in one hour. I was charged for the deep clean. All they did were the floors and vacuuming. My 6 year old could have dusted better. They left a lot to be desired. I was contemplating bi-weekly service....not a chance. read more

I have used Maid with Care a number of times. They have done an excellent job. I have no complaints. My house was cleaned to my satisfaction. The staff is friendly and professional. I pointed out areas that I would like for them to include in the work. They were very open and willing to take care of my requests. When I scheduled the dates for the service, the staff was very easy to work with and they met my requests on dates. I gave them the highest rating and have recommended them to a friend when she asked if I knew of a good cleaning service. read more
