I really want to patronize local businesses where I can, but when they waste my time, gas money, and effort, I have to look elsewhere. I had been printing at home but the results were so-so and I wanted to get them professionally printed. I looked online at all the usually sticker places and was shocked by how high the minimum order quantities were and also the per sticker price. I am so happy I found PGH Print Ship because they have low minimum order quantities (I only need to order one sheet of labels), their prices are unbeatable, quality is amazing, and they are FAST! I love that they have the 24/7 pickup location making it really easy for me to get these whenever I am free. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to print labels!

Every aspect from final product, responsiveness and professionalism, and price was top notch. With COVID numbers spiking 500%+ at the time of our wedding, we saw half of our guest list cancel within the two weeks leading up to the wedding. (We had family members and my best man also cancel the day of, it was a mess.) We should've thought of doing this sooner, but we decided to add a streaming component the week before the ceremony. I thought this would be next to impossible, but somehow the Cut 'N' Run team confirmed availability for our service within less than an hour of initial outreach, even though it was after business hours. The team was able to quickly coordinate with us and the venue, and all planning was very easy to understand. The day of, our videographer was very professional, had a great attitude, and was patient since we had some last minute changes given late cancellations. Honestly, I don't think the wedding would have gone as smoothly if we did not work with Cut 'N' Run. I'd highly recommend working with them. Seriously, pick any reason--quality, capabilities, professionalism, cost--and you will not be disappointed.

So why did I give them a five star rating? I gave them the highest rating because of how they handled the problems. They didn't charge us for the streaming, They explained what the technical difficulties had been, and they said that if we ever do this again they will come and do it for free. For Free. The situation was out of their hands, but they took the responsibility for those problems, and they made good. These are upstanding individuals who take pride in their business and will work hard for you. They are very honest and have a great deal of integrity. And that is more important than anything else. There were over 500 boxes of legal documents at my parents' house that had to be shredded by a company certified to handle such confidential records. I called every shredding company in Pittsburgh and Steel City is the only one in the area that will come to a residential setting to do the work on site. They answered my call right away, listened to what I needed and scheduled a service visit right away. In addition, my parents' house is in a rural area that is very difficult to access. They assured me that they could handle the job; and they did, in an excellent manner. Steel City sent two industrial trucks to shred the documents that were in a small barn and a two story garage. The gentlemen they sent were extremely hardworking, thorough, and kind. It was a really cold day and the conditions were crowded and dirty. They worked non stop for hours to handle this task. Because of these amazing gentlemen and Steel City Shredding, I was able to meet the ABA shredding requirement and also meet the court deadline to close out my parents' estate. Steel City Shredding exceeded every expectation and in addition, every person I dealt with at this company was professional, compassionate, thorough, and responsive. I am deeply grateful to Steel City Shredding. They did a very hard job in an amazing way and I recommend them wholeheartedly.
