Awful company with awful customer service…read more I ordered 4 shirts from their website, one simple image in the middle of a white shirt. I order 2 mediums, 1 large, and 1 XL for me and my friends. When I got the order, they did not scale up the image to reflect the shirt size. I contacted customer support immediately, and they told me that I need to re-order the shirts, and leave a note for them to upscale the image size to match the shirt size. I asked if this information/instruction was found anywhere on their website, and they told me it is not and it should just be assumed that I should have to do that. Excuse me? This is the first time I have ever ordered a custom shirt, so how am I supposed to know that a company that prints custom shirts all day every day needs special instructions to scale up an image to match the size of a shirt??? The customer service rep simply said "sorry" and offered me a whole 10% refund on my $120 order. Ridiculous. If you need a custom shirt made... avoid this place at all costs!!!

A week ago I placed an order for one shirt to be made for an event that was to take place 6 days later. The person I worked with online to create the image was very nice and the design was perfect! Because of my color of the shirt (dark purple, hard to believe not found anywhere) needed, she said it would have to come out of their Pennsylvania location and be sent to me, but I could pay for rush delivery and I would receive it by 2 days prior to my appointment event, which would have been this past Monday. The order was placed on last Thursday and I checked the status on Saturday to see where it was in transit. All it said was the label was printed on Friday (the day after I placed the order) but that the UPS facility had not received the package. Of course on the weekend you can't get a live person. Monday came. No shirt. The status was still the same. I sent a message to them and I got a response that they will send me to someone that can handle it. Never heard anything. Tuesday came no shirt and sent a message again and they apologized and said they will refund the rush order fee and send my shirt for free. I said it's too late now because I need it the next morning! They said they will cancel the order and refund 10%. I told them I want the FULL refund. I'm sure I will never see any sort of refund. In the end, at our local mall in town was a t shirt place and he made it up and it looked great! Should have went there in the first place! Stay away from Same Day Custom online. You will be sorry.
