Would not recommend this place at all! Went there for Botox and Fillers. Would never go again. The nurse told me and wrote down the number of units in the office and then when going to pay told the cashier a totally different number. I had to correct her which she then went back and looked at what she wrote down in the office with me. She came back out and told the cashier I was right. If I wasn't paying attention I would have been over charged. The register did not work and the cashier wanted to write my credit card number down on a post it note and let me leave without a receipt. Glosshouz was easy to book with through the MINDBODY app. Michael answered all my questions quickly. Laylonie confirmed my appointments through email and was also able to change to a longer massage. The spa was comfortable, clean and very welcoming. Thank you Michael and Stevie! read more

Upon arrival we were greeted and offered a tour. The receptionist was nice but inexperienced. During the tour we were shown the relaxation room which we asked to sit in while we waited, this was the best part of our service. The relaxation room however is next to the break room which was filled with women enjoying their break as they should but it unfortunately was loud in the relaxation room. We were then taken to the pedicure station which is a row of uncomfortable, low back chairs with soaking tubs that do not have jets. The girl doing my pedicure lacked experience, and barely rubbed my feet at all. She also spent too much talking with others and making unprofessional comments. What ruined this experience entirely was the amount of girls chatting and FaceTiming at the front desk. Getting a spa treatment is a time that I expect to relax and not hear young girls gossiping and on their phones. Highly disappointed and will not return. Very unprofessional. read more

The Botox service I got was great but customer service is at its worst. I bought a membership at first and I have been trying to cancel it for the months now. At first - apparently they don't train their staff on policies. First 2 times - I was told It was cancelled over the phone. After the 3rd $75 charge - I was told I have to come in and fill out a form. So I did. Now I'm charged another $75 just to be told that it takes 30 days from the date on the form Im done. I don't care if I have free points for another Botox session or whatever. Not doing business with them nor recommend this place. I better not get another charge next month or i will report then to BBB read more

I have been to this place a few times for blow-outs which were pretty good, not stellar. But I had been back a few times because there aren't a lot of options for blow-outs in the Park Meadows area. I decided to book a spray tan with them yesterday. I'm leaving this week for a big trip with my husband and didn't want to go pasty-white. I decided to try and make the most of my time by booking kids haircuts at the same time to get all of this done. They took the kids back for haircuts and I'm waiting and waiting........ The girls who were cutting my kids hair were sweet although one of them slipped a few times saying "crap" and "damnit" while cutting my son's hair. I didn't say anything and was starting to get worried about the fact that my spray tan still wasn't started (we had a Halloween party to attend and I figured we could get in and out of there in an hour no problem). I went to the front desk and talked to a guy working and he advised me that one of the girls who was cutting my child's hair was doing my spray tan after the cut. I was super bummed at that point, because it became clear that I wouldn't have time to get my spray tan. First world problem - I know! But, annoying - especially when I explained to the scheduler that I wanted all of this done at the same time. So, I asked the guy to cancel the spray tan which he was more than happy to do without even an "I'm so sorry!" or "What can we do to fix this?" Back to the haircuts, we are now an hour and 15 minutes into the kids cuts and the girls had to get help from another hair stylist for the bangs and my son's cowlick which is fine, but when you are charging SEVENTY dollars for a kids cut - I feel that it should be booked with an experienced stylist. When the new lady says (while cutting my 6 year old's hair) "I don't know shit" - referring to the fact that she didn't know why my spray tan got screwed up - I had to say something about their language at that point. It is NOT professional to curse at all at work, especially in front of clients. It is ESPECIALLY tasteless to curse while cutting a 6 year old's hair. I will not be back. The scheduling mistakes, complete lack of caring about the mistake, and then the complete lack of professionalism marks this as a business where I won't spend my money. If you are charging SEVENTY dollars to cut a child's hair - I would suggest providing a STELLAR customer experience! What a shame read more

I had a wonderful experience with Desirae. She blended my color and my layers and I'm so happy with he results. I've had a hard time finding a new hairstylist since moving to the area, and she got it right the first time. I definitely will be back, and definitely will recommend. read more

I was heading on vacation and wanted to make sure I was ready so I booked a spray tan and the special seasonal mani and pedi. This was my first spray tan so I called to ask a couple questions, the most important one being if I'm in the water all day will it start to wash off or fade faster than normal. I was told that wouldn't be an issue it will last for 7-10 days and fade naturally. That was so wrong! After the first day in the pool it was starting to go, by the second it was pretty much gone and I had tan spots where it hadn't washed away yet. So frustrating. Since I was going to be in the pool/beach for 10 days I went with the gel polish per their suggestion. The mani and pedi were over in less than an hour total. The mani lasted 5 days and toes about a week. For gel I expected to come home from vacation with them on. While the facility is nice the product was lacking. For the amount of money I spent I was truly disappointed with the results! I gave 2 stars because the first time I got a regular pedi it was good. read more

I've been here a few times now and the staff and environment is awesome! I've received manicures, pedicures, and a blowout - and most recently was excited to get my lashes done. I usually go somewhere else and am now regretting not going to my usual girl as I've had my lashes 5 days and all but 5 or 6 have fallen out. I am extremely disappointed that after paying $120 the lashes don't even last a full week. I've had extensions many of times before and they've never fallen completely out in the first week. By the second day Id already lost close to 10 lashes. read more

Glosshouz - Extremely disappointed and won't even go back to get them fixed. Less than 6 days and less than 6 lashes left. Awful - Day Spas Near Me - Centennial, Colorado

Would definitely recommend this salon. The facility is beautiful and extremely clean. They are all professional and committed to doing a great job and creating an end product their clients will love. Bailey did an amazing job doing balayage on my hair. My hair is long and thick and she spent a lot of time and great attention to detail. The owner Lonnie is committed to all the clients and all the staff are professional and easy to work with. I'll definitely be back. read more

I had to go middle of the road for this salon. I showed up to my appointment after giving a ton of information about my situation and what I needed done (I had boxed red dye in my hair which I have a ton of) and wanted a balayage. I understand this is a lengthy process which is why I provided information beforehand but after sitting with the stylist for a few minutes, I was told it would take over four hours and the salon would close in four hours and was asked to reschedule. No biggie. However during my rescheduled appointment, I was out the door in under four hours. Strike one. During that appointment, which was supposed to be a balayage, Kate haphazardly bleached chunks of my hair and then rubbed color into said chunks and sent me out the door with mossy green/yellow ends that were not blended at all. Strike two. And she kept saying it looked just like the photo I had given her for reference (not even close). Luckily, the management team called to follow up and offered to fix this disaster with a different stylist. Destiny is a miracle worker! She fixed my hair with technique and attention to detail that was light years beyond the original lady. I am happy to say I love my hair now and that it was fixed without me having to put up a fight about it. Moral of the story: do NOT book with Kate if you want a color treatment done right. read more

I recently went in for a facial with Anna, she looked at my skin and suggested doing a facial with a dermaplane service. She was very knowledgeable and professional in all their products at glosshouz. My face felt so wonderful and was literally glowing and my skin was so tight afterwards. It was a relaxing experience. I would highly recommend going to glosshouz for your facial needs. read more

Worst eyelash extensions EVER!! I went in with a certain style I had wanted they assured me they could do it. Before I left I explained to them that this was not what I wanted at all. On my right eye my lashes got glued to the bottom lashes. Had to go back for a third time to try and get them fixed. I have recently gone to two other places to get them taken out. glosshouz glued them in so many clumps that no one is able to get the lashes off. They are completely chunked together. To make this experience worse the owner (Loni) gave the worst customer service I have ever received. She was not apologetic, and offered zero assistance to make this situation better. Every time I went back in or called she acted as if this was a bother for her. Very unprofessional and truly disappointed that such a pretty salon did such a terrible job and had such bad costumer service. read more

I have been going to this place for the past few months for lashes. At first I loved them but they started to lose the employees I liked. I got my lashes done yesterday and i usually go for a short natural look ( length at the most 12) and the girl put 15s - 17s thickest ones on me and it was a huge difference. I was so shocked at the end because they usually log what style you get each time and the girl just did what she wanted. I didn't say anything at the salon but what are you supposed to do? I felt so embarrassed to even talk to the front desk people because they were going past my eyebrows and i never do a glam look. I got home and my mom saw them and she immediately said omg what were they thinking you look horrible!!! She and I both called the salon over 10 times to remove them but they don't seem to care. I instead got a text from the owner that said "what can we do better next time?" And that made me never want to go back again. This place doesn't care about you and will rob you!!!! read more

I have been going to Glosshouz for over a year now and it's my absolute favorite place to get pampered. Bailey is amazing, I love her personality and love the fact that we can chat and catch up while she does my nails, toes, and hair. I go every other week to get my nails and toes done and about every 4-5 weeks to get my hair colored and Bailey always does a great job. I have also had other services with the spa, I love massages and wraps, the rooms are quiet and relaxing. I love it here, one stop shop for all your salon and spa needs! This was absolutely horrible I do not recommend going here to anyone. I schedualed an eyelash appointment at 10 and desperately needed my eyelashes filled as I'm going on vacation for two weeks and leave for it in 2 hours and I waited for 30 minutes which I did not have time for an finally asked how long it was going to take and they notified me after waiting for 30 minutes my lash person would not be coming in. A complete waste of time will never come back and they screwed me up for getting my eyelashes filled before my trip. So disappointed. They also tried to comment on this to fix the problem however when they told me this initially they didn't do anything to try and make up for their bad service and I don't even live in Colorado so it was a little too late when they reached out. Simply did it to make them look better. read more

If I could rate this place no stars I would all due to the owner. FYI - Laylonie (Loni) is the owner and if you read some of her responses you'll see she is a bit passive aggressive. Clearly her time at HP didn't prep her well for owning her own business. Long story short - my wife and her friends went in for mani/pedis on Saturday. Several hours later when they got home from dinner together their nails were still wet. Loni later confirmed, via voicemail, that she did not follow the correct curing procedures. 3 out of the 4, including my wife, were forced to remove the polish that night. They all contacted the Glosshouz and had horrendous customer service from Loni. One of the girls lives in Northfield and had requested a refund as she didn't think she would be down south anytime soon. Loni stated this was not an option and said, "30 minutes isn't that far to drive". My wife went in to speak to Loni and had an even worse experience. Loni accused my wife of "bullying" her into giving her a refund. Loni did offer a re-do but when 75% of her group had similar issues why would anyone want to waste that additional time for an inferior service? Finally Loni agreed to give her a refund but only for the pedicure. This is absurd - I'm all for entrepreneurship and small business but to be charged as much as she was and then to be accused of bullying is ridiculous. Loni the owner clearly can't take the emotion out of the business - everything seems like a personal attack to her. My wife would have considered going back had the issue been taken care of quickly and efficiently however that wasn't the case. Just an FYI - Loni stated that it's "a policy to not issue refunds" however there is no signage nor is it listed on the website anywhere. My wife and her friends will never return - look on Facebook for more reviews with similar issues. You'll also find examples of Loni's "stellar" customer service in her replies. Good luck GlossHouz - with customer service like this you'll definitely need it! read more

I used my mother's day gift certificate that my daughter gave me . What a great spa experience. The ambiance of the salon is great with its sleek contemporary vibe of white and chrome. The staff is exceptional - especially Bailey (who did a spectacular job on my pedicure - going the extra mile to make sure my feet were so very pampered and looking dynamite). Selma, the receptionist/hostess is the pure image of what a fabulous spa is all about - making each of its guests feel like they are just not a number rolling through. With membership you can also sip our favorite adult beverage while enjoying your treatment. Thanks to everyone at Glosshouz! read more

My friend and I went here. I got a pedi and I was just not happy with it. I told the girl I had a couple nails bothering me I told her they might have stuff stuck on the sides and she said well I already cleaned that area. Made me feel weird because I was obviously telling her because that was of my concern. So I left it because I felt weird saying something again. Probably won't be here again. Such a nice place people are nice I just wish my needs would of been met. read more

Very good experience. The hot bath was a little confusing but everything else was superb! I was so happy when I left and my dip manicure was exactly what I wanted and I thought it was worth the price I paid which was a little more expensive then normal. I was told my nails would stay on for four weeks which was perfect cause I was leaving town in the next few days. The second I land I realize that one of my nails has completely fell off. Only after a few days and now I am out of the state and can't get it fixed. A little disappointed that I paid $60 for a manicure that fell off only a new days after it was done. read more

I was so excited to get my lashes done here. I was super disappointed with how they turned out, I showed my lash technician(Bianca) A photo of what I wanted and she got nowhere close. When she was done I was shocked that that's what they actually looked like-to be honest I didn't even realize she was actually finished(she took 40mins and seemed like she was in a hurry). The set was uneven, and super thick in the middle. Within the first day of having them I had two lashes fall out and every day since then. I got them done about a week ago and they look just awful. I never complained afterwards because I'm really not that type of person and these were my first set of extensions so I wasn't sure what to expect. I really did take care of them, I wanted them to last as long as I possibly could. And I'm sad to say that they're very few lashes left. I'm super bummed. read more
