I hate to give this place anything but a 5 star because I have been going here for years for waxing…read morebut I have to warn others to think twice before using their lamination services. I gave it a try knowing I took a chance as this is a new service they provided and it is very close to my house. I never expected to be missing part of my eyebrow as a result that is now not growing back and I have to consider alternatives like microblading so I can fill in the missing hair. Apparently, all of them were newly trained but clearly not well enough. They follow an instruction sheet as they are doing it. As someone who has done lamination many times, the girl who did my lamination said some questionable things during the process. For example, a vital part of lamination is the after care which I received zero information on. I would have been okay with that had my eyebrows been fine. Instead they have thinned out completely and my left is missing a part of the eyebrown that I now have to pencil in every day. It is very clear that they are doing this without solid training in the hopes that it turns out okay. Even when I went back to show them, the second girl had to follow the instruction sheet to see what might have gone wrong and seemed unsure of herself. Super disappointed that I have to now deal with the aftermath of how to get my eyebrows looking back to how they were before.

This place was literally heaven. We walked in an it looks like a glowing castle. So cleanly, they use brand new unopened cleaning supplies everytime. There is a huge fridge full of drinks that are complimentory and a coffee machine too! Their techs are very good. I got an acrylic with chrome powder and they look like wedding nails. They took pictures of my nails after and posted on their instagram!! They gave personal attention to my mom and I by making us coffees and delivering it to us. They all talked to us and made us laugh. There massage chairs are to die for and the lotion they use for pedicures is FOAMY MAGIC. It is right next to a good gelato shop and a black rock! making this our permanent new nail place. read more

I spent a total of $85 for this horrible pedicure ($70 for VIP + $15 for gel ). The fact that the polish peeled off completely is a sign that their polish is old. I called the salon and asked to speak with a manager. I was told that the manager wasn't there but the female on the phone could help as she was the "acting" manager at the time. She told me that, per their policy, they don't do refunds, they only do "re-do's". Well, that may be fine for some people but 1) I don't live in the area and I needed to get to the airport to fly home to MA. so I didn't have the time to go back and 2) If your product wasn't of good quality the first time, why would I want to waste my time and gas again? I was also told that their policy is clearly posted on the check out counter. That tells me that this sort of thing happens a lot if they felt the need to implement such a policy and "clearly" post it. I requested a call back but did not receive one. I sent an email, waited 2 days for a response and have not received one. I'm shocked this business is still in business! Please do not waste your time, energy and money on these grifters. There are so many other nail salons that won't rip you off then hide behind a ridiculous policy. I will also be reporting this to the Better Business Bureau, amongst other sites as an informative warning to others. This business does not even deserve the one star I was forced to give in order to post this review.
