0/10 we had an appointment for 5:30, we were greeted by the new owner who was super nice. Unfortunately I had to wait another 20 mins for my pedicure to even start and the lady who did my pedicure was in a rush, didn't take her time. My toes are cut uneven, she seemed like she didn't even want to be there. By the time my pedicure was "done" it was 6:30 and every single worker was rushing to get out of there but they don't close until 7. I had an appointment at 5:30 why are you rushing through my appointment when you started on my around 6pm, first and last time I will ever come here. read more

Very clean and nice inside. I went to get my acrylics off and dip done, although my nails were short they were able to still do the shape I liked. Easy to make appointment online but if you plan on bringing people with I would call ahead. Lots of options for colors to choose from, nice staff, and they provide snacks/coffee & waters while there! read more

Be sure to ask for a total price - expected to pay $40 for fill with gel polish but they charged me $5 extra (not a big deal it's just the principal) - for "special shape" - however when she started filing the nails I specifically said I'd like them a little pointed just as they are now. I questioned them about the $5 on the bill and they said it was because they had to file them. I've been getting my nails done for over 40 years and filing them has always been included in the price. Very strange and I feel dishonest - just be sure to question them on this. The shape was a bit inconsistent on some nails and they also used a clipper to shorten them which I feel sometimes causes the acrylic to chip/crack. I have been looking for a good place closer to my home but I won't be returning here unfortunately. read more

I really like this salon! Technician's are great and I've seen many of them. Julie does an amazing job on my lashes!

Honestly I have tried this place twice and both times the nail techs were not nice. I was rushed to pick a color while I had my nails soaking with clips on them. She sighed multiple times because my thumb wasn't relaxed enough for her. I do my best to understand as I have been in customer service but when I feel like an absolute burden that's where I draw the line. I will not name the tech out of respect but this is the experiences that make me want to not have my nails done ever. read more

They have overcharged me multiple times now and I didn't realize until later when I compared what they were charging me with the prices they have posted on their website. I took my daughter for an acrylic fill, all the ladies that worked there greeted us with a warm hello or simply a smile that actually felt genuine which is something I don't really experience at nail salons. The nail salon was bright, very clean and the color options are endless. Julie was the one that did my daughter's nails, not only was she was super sweet and considerate she did an amazing job, my daughter and I were 100% satisfied with the outcome. This is an absolutely gorgeous new nail salon! My nail technician, Mimi is the absolute best with cuticles and getting the skin out from under your nails that causes discomfort! I met the owner on one of my first visits and she was wonderful and so grateful for my business. The salon is always immaculately clean and staff are all so friendly. It's a beautiful nail lounge... BUT their services are hit or miss... depending on who you get. Their attitude has been horrible the 2 times I've been. I brought friends and each time was embarrassed when we left. im not one to leave a bad review but after the first horrible experience (I had to come back and get my nails fixed... they did do this for free which was a plus) I decided to give them a second chance and their office manager (that's who I'm assuming she is) each time was SO unprofessional and condescending. I don't think I'll be giving them a third chance or recommending anyone to them. read more

I have absolutely fell in love with this Salon. I love walking in and receiving a huge smile and asking how I am. My nails look amazing. I have tried most of the services in this Salon and I have no complaints, but all compliments. I enjoy laughing and getting pampered at the same time. I have had Service from my nails, to my toes, to my eye lashes. I have never found a place that was able to do eye lashes on me. I have an allergy to Latex and Julie (the owner) assured me it would be fine. It was and is! I took my girlfriend here to get a manicure and pedicure. When we went in we were immediately greeted and treated very well. The salon is brand new and it's super clean, it definitely has a luxury spa feel! The receptionist and my girlfriend convinced me to get a pedicure as well, it was super relaxing! This place was awful. Worst customer service I've ever had at a nail salon. I had a manicure and the only time the nail tech talked to me was to complain that I didn't get gel and that regular polish takes too long to dry. She did the bare minimum and left parts of my nails unpolished. She didn't use any cuticle oil or even lotion on my hands. My daughter got a pedicure and her nail tech left her in the chair without saying a word, disappeared and never even came back. My other daughter got a full set and her tech barely spoke to her the whole time. She also did gel which wasn't asked for and they charged us double because of it. They should have explained the cost of everything that they did to her nails because they added a bunch of charges without even communicating at all. The salon itself was really nice but they could use a lot of improvement in terms of customer service. I really wanted to like this place but won't be going back or recommending it to anyone because they were so rude. read more

Would NOT recommend. From the get-go I had a feeling it wouldn't be the greatest experience. As they say, you could tell when someone is talking about you, even if it is in another language. I could've easily recorded it and had a friend translate, so they may need to watch for that. It felt so cold with the girl I was with she did a horrible job. I now need to go back to my original place. Was hoping to stay here because it's close by but no way! My heels are as bad as when I went in. She did a polish change on fingers and when she was filing, I said ouch. Filing my nail down she cut my finger which is now painful like a Papercut. I have never in all my years had such a bad experience or been cut by filing .Super unfriendly place. She only spoke a little bit kindly towards the end and made a tiny bit of conversation maybe looking for a tip? Didn't even rub the lotion in all the way on my legs either come to see. Truly unfortunate it's beautiful inside and close by but I would give it a good year if not longer to try again maybe it's because it's new they haven't gotten, actual professionals read more
