New business management and new business name: Magnolia Nail Spa 4 The inside of the shop is still the same as old business Le Charme but it's not the same. Service and quality isn't the same under their old manager Ryan. I personally felt like it was a trap that they continue to use the LeCharme name and website when they had clearly changed. I was confused when I arrived and saw the name change but still gave them a chance as I had booked an appointment via Le Charme website and only had that day to get my nails done before going to a wedding on the West Coast. Also, even though I had an Spa Pedicure appointment for 10AM (opening time) I still had to wait. Other customers came in (either appt or walk in) and were seen first... they also had to call for more Nail technicians to come. I sat at the manicure station flipping through gel color templates waiting for Nail tech to see me. I already choose but waiting, at one point they had forgotten me until someone asked me what I wanted and I had to repeat myself again. I picked a spa pedicure treatment and selected gel as I heard gel last longer. It was my first time getting gel but I wanted to look my best for the wedding I'll be attending. I asked for paraffin wax for my feet and callus treatment. They were confused and said paraffin is already included in the spa package (I remember it is usually for heel only and I wanted for the entire feet) but they insisted it was included and for the entire feet, so I said okay and let them do their thing. Service was decent but my nail tech had rushed and missed a few spot. She didn't apply the polish carefully and throughly. It was like coloring your hair, they always leave a gap from the hairline so you can return for touchup. In my pic, you can see my toes didn't look as nice and pic was taken about 1.5-2hrs later (after appointment, I had quick lunch and went straight home). While I did enjoy the spa pedicure, because I wanted to pamper my feet, she was abit rough at times and rushed it. And no, she didn't apply paraffin wax to the entire feet; just the heel. I was willing to pay extra but they didn't do that. If you don't know, paraffin wax help rehydrate and trap in moisture and it's particularly effective for those who often get calluses to help in removing dead skin, and healing dry patches. It acts like a form of heat therapy and can help increase blood flow, relax muscles, and decrease joint stiffness. It can also minimize spasms and inflammation as well as treat sprains. When it was time to pay, I thought I would have to shell out more for everything as I didn't know what the actual cost would be. I wanted Spa Pedicure package with Gel Color. Callus Treatment $10, Gel pedicure $55 & Spa Pedicure $45. I had assumed they would charge abit extra for the Gel coloring ontop of the Spa Pedicure package. After I paid and walked out (no receipt was given to me and I had hope to take a pic of the bill but the total was present quickly to me and was out of my view) and walked down the street, the owner lady came out chasing me saying I needed to pay more. I follow back and she said something else was charged to me.. again wasn't able to see the bill and had to trust her word and paid more. I finally left and disappointed later on when I examined my feet at home. I think its time to find a new Nail Salon.

She also seemed visibly frustrated throughout the service, sucking her teeth in frustration as she went over this area again and again with the cuticle cutters, which added to the discomfort. Now, 6 days later, I'm experiencing pain and warmth in that toe, which makes me concerned that the excessive cutting has resulted in irritation and may have even caused an ingrown toenail -- not cool, very awkward & disappointing experience. Manicure: The manicure itself was acceptable, but the process felt inconsistent and unstructured. Each hand was treated differently, and tools--specifically the cuticle nipper--were not cleaned during the service, resulting in visible buildup of cuticle cuttings on the tool, which was unpleasant and concerning from a hygiene standpoint. Overall, this experience left me uncomfortable and disappointed, and I wouldn't return.

She then continued at the same pace and pressure. Being heard was simply not on the agenda. The quality of the work matched the attitude. One of my nails had a visible thread of polish hanging off it, clearly about to crack, and when I pointed it out she told me she didn't know what I was talking about and couldn't see anything. I could see it. And sure enough, by the end of the same day, that nail had already cracked and was looking overgrown. Same-day results like that tell you everything you need to know. I paid good money to leave feeling dismissed, hurt, and with nails that were already failing before I got home. I'd strongly recommend requesting a different tech if you visit Latouie -- or doing your research before sitting down.

Throughout my manicure, she repeatedly squeezed my fingers so tightly that I told her multiple times she was hurting me, but nothing changed. The pricing was also inconsistent. I was initially told a nail design would cost $40, but after I declined, the price suddenly dropped to $10, which felt misleading. The worst part was that I was left with my hands under the UV lamp while my technician walked away to do someone else's pedicure. I was sitting there for several minutes, and the heat became so intense that I had to speak up because I couldn't keep my hands in the lamp any longer. She only returned after I complained I was going to leave. When I explained my negative experience to the man working there, he only asked about the clear gel on my feet and ignored the rest of my concerns. IT WAS CLEAR how can I show that? Overall, the customer service and attention to clients were very disappointing. I left feeling uncomfortable and unheard, and I can't recommend this salon based on my experience.

There were numerous charges that were never mentioned upfront. For example, basic services like cuticle care and nail shaping, which I assumed were included, were billed separately. The staff was not transparent about these extra costs, and when I questioned the final amount, they were dismissive and unhelpful. It felt like they were deliberately trying to keep these fees hidden until the last moment. This kind of dishonest pricing is unacceptable, and I left feeling cheated and frustrated. This place is amazing. I come here almost every month to get a complete manicure and they always do such a terrific job. I have never felt rushed or experienced bad service from them and you can tell how much they love doing nails by the level of detail they put into their work. I usually work with Vicky because I have clicked with her from my very first visit but I think the other girls are just as good. Vicky is always good to talk to and she is full of ideas about new, innovative designs. read more

I had an absolutely terrible experience at Glorious Nail. Not only were their prices outrageously high, but I also felt completely scammed by the male manager. He was incredibly unethical, adding hidden charges and refusing to explain them when questioned. The quality of the service was mediocre at best, making the exorbitant prices even more unjustifiable. I strongly advise everyone to avoid this place. They are ripping people off, and their dishonest practices are unacceptable. read more

I love Blooming Nails been twice. Had my nails done by the gentleman and the lady. Both did amazing. I got my nails done on 03-23-2023 and today 04-08-2023 they still look new just some grow out from my nails. I wish I could give 100 stars! And yes the gentleman answered the phone and greated people while doing my nails that gentleman is a multitasking pro. Definitely my nail spot! They added a hand moisturizing and exfoliating service for my hands with the manicure, which I loved. The charges are ok. Cindy, who gave me a manicure, is one of the best nail technicians I've ever had. She can work magic on your nails and always creates the most beautiful designs. Total crap place. Expensive for no reason and over charge for every single detail. Rush you to get out, won't even do the design that you want because "they don't have time", powder is laid on way to thick and they get upset when you tell them to redo something or don't like something. Will not be coming back here and definitely will not be recommending this place to anyone. read more

Super happy with my nails! I make appointment for my birthday nails because they are by appointment only! I like it YeYe ( the girl take my gel manicure) she take her time doing my nails. YeYe was wonderful and very technically precise. No polish on my cuticles or under my nails. When I show her pic the nail art I want . She did some as pic I would definitely come back. read more

I just recently went back to getting my nails done after years of doing them myself. I went to many salons and was disappointed, was recommended here and love it. I have ocd my nails are a petpeeve that is why I did them myself for so long. I got powder dip over my nails and it is beautifully done, neat and clean and even. They took me in without appointments ( they take appointments! which is great!) and I wasn't sure what to get for my nails, and first try the Dip Powder it was amazing and turned out great! I came here with my friends to get ready for a wedding party. My friend had said pretty good things about their nail service and I was not disappointed. I had a Shellac and my friend had a gel mani. They do a wonderful job everytime. I usually get SNS done, and my nails last for about 2-3 weeks, and still look as great as when I first got them done. At the end of your nail session, they do a mini shoulder massage to relieve any tension, which is nice after sitting in the chair for so long. They also give you a stamp card, so after 10 visits, you can get a free manicure, which is a cool plus!
