When I returned recently for the exact same service, they charged me $80-- a 100% increase from the original price. When I questioned it, I was told the new price starts at $55 and still insisted I pay $80. The owner refused to come out and speak with me, instead sending the receptionist. To make it worse, they even threatened to call the police if I didn't pay the full amount. That's not how you treat paying customers. Some people have no business owning a salon if they can't deal with customers the right way--with honesty, professionalism, and respect. If prices have increased, they should clearly inform clients before the service is done and confirm if that's acceptable--instead of trying to trick people into paying more and using intimidation tactics. I've had blowouts all over the U.S., and I've never experienced anything like this. It was completely unacceptable. I will never return. If you value fair pricing and decent customer service, stay far away from this place.

She did a terrible job, just did not seem to have a clue as what I wanted and really ruined it, so much so I had to go elsewhere and take off about 4 inches (which was upsetting because I was trying to grow it out again). After @ 8 weeks I was ready for color and cut but not confident to go back to the second stylist. I found industry salon here on Yelp through another former patron of my precious salon. She mentioned Ana used to work there, so I checked industry out and took a chance on Ana. Well she was terrific! She looked at the style I wanted (at this point I decided to stay shoulder length but with some shape - light layers so it doesn't look too short). The color is perfect and the style is just right-modern and sassy and really perfect for my hair and face. Thanks Ana I will recommend you to others looking for a fresh modern look and a stylist who knows how to do it!

I feel the prices were outrageous and the results certainly didn't live up to the price.
