Let me start by stating that Tara out of the Provo office was outstanding from the time we had email exchanges to the time I arrived and took care of my car. Not only was she amazing but so where the crew, diligent, professional, courteous and efficient. The reservation, the repair and replacement including calibration was done with expertise and extremely quickly even if my car had all the bells and whistles on it. All I can do honestly is praise the service and work they performed. Their prices were competitive, and best of all you are supporting a small locally owned family business that take huge pride in their work, something you do not see in big box organizations. If you look elsewhere good luck. Would I recommend them, hands down in a heartbeat. They fixed my fully loaded Audi Allroad, and I will be back to see them to get my other car windows tinted. Some researching and i found Debra and Jesse with Mountainside Glass. Debra handled the insurance claim for me so I literally had to do nothing on my end. And both Debra and Jesse reassured me that they would take good care of me. The installer came to my house, so it was very convenient. The most recent occasion was to repair what Tech Jake said was a "double-chip", complete with star crack. My SUV required calibration and it wasn't that unique yet they took weeks and blamed it on the insurance. I had full glass coverage so never saw the price. Later I found out they charged my insurance company over $4600 for a new windshield. Which eventually looked negatively on my insurance history and my rates went up. Maybe that is the price but for that amount I should have had white glove service and it was a huge pain with extra difficulty due to lack of communication. Will not go back there.
