I requested a quote online over the weekend and received a call Monday morning. John set me up with an appointment and ordered the windshield then and there. What was the most helpful that he called my insurer while I was on the phone with him. My insurer told me that the crack had to be larger than a silver dollar to cover replacement. They went on to say that Blue Chip was not a partner of their insurance company. I asked the insurer if that meant that they wouldn't cover the windshield if Blue Chip replaced it. John promptly jumped in and told me that the windshield would be covered 100%, but that the warranty would be covered by Blue Chip rather than my insurer. I appreciated the clarification. He told me that there would be zero out of pocket cost to me. The insurer told me that the repair would be covered and John did the rest (which was literally everything). Blue Chip replaced the windshield right in my driveway, again, at no cost to me. The service tech, Dan, was on-time and went out of his way to answer my questions, like calibration of the camera. Since my vehicle was newer, it had a camera for emergency braking and adaptive cruise control, which required calibration by an authorized tech when the windshield was replaced. Blue Chip took care of that as well. Dan showed me where the camera was mounted and why it needed to be calibrated with the windshield change. Dan was professional, competent, fast and friendly. In the end, I got a shiny new windshield installed by professionals at no cost to me. I have found my permanent glass company!

I got the price on the cover and I got the price on the whole truck too, and I went with the whole truck price they did an amazing job and a amazing price. They out did their self and they repaired things that weren't included in the quote and did not charge me anymore. Repaired 3 dents, gave me new tail lights, and tinted my windows. Due to the age of the vehicle we eliminated the deflector and got new hinges based on Michael's experience in getting the glass installed without it breaking. He was very knowledgeable and quick at taking care of this situation during our monsoon in AZ. We are so impressed by Michael's willingness to help us take care of this quickly to help resolve the older car issues. Our car has Eyesight so it needs the glass changed and then the computer needs to be reprogrammed. They were able to coordinate the glass and the computer system appointments so smoothly, like a well oiled machine. It really made it low stress for a mama that has school pick up.
