GEICO, my insurance company, always sends me to their "preferred" partner (who I won't name here, but they're neither Safe nor Lite.) After years of frustrating service with "the other guys," I figured I would take a leap and try Glass America. What an incredible difference! The folks that answer the phone are super easy going and flexible. They took some information from me, scheduled an appointment, and boom, done. The morning of, I took my car in (they would have come right to my house, but it was pouring out), and boom, less than an hour later, the windshield is in. BUT... here's the important part. Glass America uses OEM and high quality equipment. The windshield they just put in was the exact same one that was in my car originally. The other place uses cheap replacement glass with different specs. Paul installed my windshield and was super friendly, professional, and fast. I can't say enough good things about this completely unassuming place or the service I received! If I could give it 6 stars, I would. Hands down, this was the easiest replacement I've ever had done.

They came out to fix the window only to find out the window they ordered was the wrong window and told me I'd have to wait a week before the new window would come in. Only to call back minutes later and tell me that they can't do a mobile repair and if I can't come into the shop I'll have to call someone else to fix it and the lady hangs up in my face. As if that's not frustrating enough the service tech that came out initially left all the screws and bolts from my Benz door off because he expected to come right back when the correct window came in. So now I'm not only without a window in in car, I had to wait a week only to be told they won't come back out and do a mobile repair, and the inside of my Benz door is off and not put back together. I am mad AF and hate I even called them when it's tons of other companies I could have given my money and time too. I am specifically speaking of the Rochester NY, location.

I called first thing this morning to see if they had any open appointments for them to look at it. They gentleman on the phone said to bring it over whenever I can and they'll have it done by the end of the day. They did not disappoint! They updated my mom on the progress of the car throughout the day and they truly did have the car repaired by 4pm! The price was very reasonable, customer service was friendly and the service was impeccable. I would definitely recommend Buffalo Auto Glass. Wow!!! I just picked up my car from the repair shop. Everything looked brand new again. When I picked it up, the car was super clean on the inside and out. I am super impressed with the detail and care to bring my car back to new. Service was great. I was informed constantly about when my car was going to be expected, and the receptionist would leave a message if I did not pick up. I guess the only downside was that my car was in the shop for 1 month instead of an expected 1 week, but as long as they took care of it, I was satisfied.
