These guys are awesome. They answered the phone on a Sunday and gave me an appt at the time of my choice for the next day. The windshield swap was super quick (under an hour) and looks awesome. They were also way less expensive than the other places I called. Building was clean and the guys were super nice. The guy who swapped my windshield had an awesome mullet, someone should buy him a pizza. Hopefully I don't need to have my windshield replaced again but if I do I'll definitely be back!!! read more

Extremely personable when first called, helped with insurance, got me in right away, working around my work schedule, and got my car in as soon as I came. He explained before I came in what was exactly needed and what my windshield had as far as the camera, defroster, and sensors. Spent time to be sure glass was put in correctly and did not rush. Explained what to do and not do for the next few days and even gave some swag! I know why this is an insurance-preferred place - they are AMAZING! And if insurance does not cover, they are extremely reasonable with their pricing. If you do not have insurance or do, definitely call this shop FIRST! You will not be disappointed. read more

Xtreme Glass Repair came highly recommended by the Honda dealer, and I can see why. My front windshield cracked after a cold icicle hit it and splattered the glass, and they took great care of me from start to finish.. Rick, was professional, kind, and straight to business in the best way. He made the process easy and stress-free, and even had free water and a warm place to sit while I waited.. much appreciated, especially in Buffalo weather... The windshield removal and replacement took about an hour. Shadi handled the install and was excellent--professional, thorough, and very knowledgeable. You can tell he takes pride in his work... If you need windshield repair or replacement in Buffalo, I Extremely recommend Xtreme Glass Repair. Great service, great people, and a smooth experience all around.. read more

Half the price of other places, seems like they're not trying to rip you off like most manufacturers

Great service and great people! Tried to fix my molding without removing the windshield, free of charge! Came back when it was unfortunately unsuccessful, And they were able to save my windshield! And apply a new molding and place back on without paying for a new windshield! DEFINITELY RECOMMEND, WOULDN'T GO ANYWHERE ELSE. read more

These guys know customer service! Personal phone calls, product checking before hand (they checked the wind shield before I came in, found a chip in it and called me to hold off until they got a new one) and follow up with directions and a text message in the morning. And great guys too! Friendly, nice and terrific. They'll do all my glass from now on! read more

I got a crack in my windshield driving home from work a couple weeks ago. My insurance was not helpful at all and had me going to Saflite. Saglite quoted me at 965 and X-treme auto glass did it 530. Saflite told me it was going to be a 3 hr process and it only took X-Treme 45 minutes. read more

It's been a rough winter for my car, this time I got a crack in my windshield. I asked friends and read reviews on Yelp for the best glass company to use. Well it was non brainer after reading all the wonderful 5 star reviews on here for X-Treme Auto Glass and they lived up to them! When I first called in and spoke to Rick, he walked me through the entire process. All I had to do was answer a few questions about the model car I drove and provide my auto insurance policy number. He did all the rest! I scheduled them to come to my work on a Friday afternoon but we weren't sure about the weather as they were calling for rain showers on and off so we set Monday as a back up. The guy called me Friday late morning and said he was on the way and then about 20 minutes later it started raining so I called Rick and we changed the appointment to Monday. Monday morning I got a call that Jim would be here at my work within 10 minutes. I went out and waited for him by my car. He had me sign a form, advised me that I couldn't wash the car for a few days and gave me a $25 Noco gift card! You can't beat that service! Windshield looks great and I will be sure to let all my friends and family know of their great service! read more

I called at about 5pm on a weekday and had tons of questions about a standard windshield replacement on my '97 Honda. They were at least $40 cheaper than all of the other quotes I had gotten from places around the Buffalo area. They came and replaced my windshield 2 days later, extremely fast considering they got the glass from Honda. The man on the phone and the man who came to replace my windshield were both very friendly. They thoroughly answered any questions I had; and even looked at a few sealant/windshield wiper problems I've been having with my car and gave me their best advice. I would highly recommend X-Treme Auto Glass. read more

Excellent service. Tree branch fell through my windshield Sunday. Called and scheduled a replacement in the am. They came early and had everything finished within a hour. Great friendly guy. Answered all my questions. Added bonus they were almost half the price of the big guys. ( The other company couldn't come to my home either). I recommend Xtreme auto glass to everyone. Thanks for turning a scary situation to a good outcome. read more

I called to have my windshield replaced and they were able to schedule an appointment the next day! Unfortunately, I missed the appointment due to work, but they were very understanding and came out the very next morning and did the work for me at my work site. The gentleman who replaced my windshield was extremely nice. He took time to explain to me how they replace the glass, when to remove the tape and when I could get the car washed again. Great customer service for less than other places I had called. I would highly recommend them and if I am ever in need of glass repair again, they will be the first one I call. Good job guys! read more

I called and made an appointment, on the day of the scheduled repair, the glass they ordered for me actually came in cracked I was in a panic because my lease was up and I had to turn my car in. Rachelle is one of the associates that took care of me, and she is absolutely fantastic. We had spoke several times because she was doing everything she could to order the new glass and get it in quickly. She even worked with the my dealer so I could turn it in car and get a new one. She sent someone to the dealership to fix the window, and waved the moblie fee as a convenience. Customer service at its finest! I was a pain in their behinds, but everyone I spoke with was great and eager to help me. Great service! read more

Xtreme Auto Glass was fantastic! My car had a rock thrown through the window on Sunday. While most other places are closed on Sundays Xtreme Auto Glass was open, and immediately took my call. They scheduled an appointment to come out to my office the following day and had the window replaced in about 15 minutes! What made it even better was that they vacuumed my car so there wasn't shards of glass covering the seats & floor. They were extremely professional! I recommend them to eveyone! read more

Gave me a price for $335 cash installed for my '09 bmw rear windshield. I work downtown buffalo but live an hour away, he says drive it to work and I'll have it done in the morning. Shows up and says he needs another $120 for a gasket from the dealer, going to be 2 days before he can get it. I say this is bs, no thanks, I need it done before then and we already agreed upon a installed price. It downpours and hails all morning today and I have a piece of plastic over my broken window and an hour drive home .Thanks a lot, for a professional they should know which parts are required before giving me a installed price. It was a good experience until a couple hours after getting my windshield replaced I was grabbing something off the floor of my car and sliced my finger open on glass. Then I realized there was glass all over my passengers side floor as well as some on my dashboard. The windshield is great, sloppy job though. Just glad I didn't sit on any of the glass. read more

Excellent customer service! I sent these guys an email through there website and the next morning they reached out and gave me a price. And that price was significantly cheaper than anyone else in town! Our original appointment had to be pushed back a day because a part did not come in, however they were up front and professional about it and gave me a call. They then came promptly and had the repair done super quick- the technician was super friendly and professional. I would HIGHLY recommend them! Do not go anywhere else! read more

X-treme auto glass was able to get me scheduled in the next day for a windshield replacement. Worked smoothly with my auto insurance for the coverage. They did the job at North Town collision on Sheridan and was a quick easy process and the tech, Rick, did a great job explaining any details I needed to know. He reapplied all my registration and inspection sticker and my ez-pass, along with adding a little glue to a lose rear view mirror. It's the small things that make the difference, and would definitely recommend them. read more

I recently went to a weekend festival near downtown Buffalo. Some loser broke my driver side window. I called X-treme Auto Glass and spoke with Rick the owner.
