She explained every step of the process to me so that I understood what was going on. She even recommended a decent place to get breakfast while I waited. Becky handled getting the fix transferred to West Herr Auto Glass from the national chain and managed that whole process with my auto insurer herself. Brian explained the issue with the windshield wiper that was encountered. I brought it to the dealer, they suggested this place to fix it. Since someone else's insurance was covering this I went though their process and brought the car here. I was able to drop it off and get a rental from Enterprise, easily located 2 doors down. The whole thing was easy and fluid. The car was ready when they said it would be and looks great. I wasn't aware, but they also vacuumed the car, so frankly it looks far better than when I brought it in. I'd certainly come here again. People were pleasant, car was ready as scheduled and they vacuum the car. I believe this is a small local chain, but I'm not sure. Either way, 5 stars.
