His price wasn't even cheaper than most other quotes I got, and to top it off he reinstalled my garage gutters wrong so they backflow, and stole some tools and a drill battery from my garage when he left. Horrific. Not only did I wait 4+ hours but was hung up on. GLL was assigned my service request at…read more10:15 am by my car manufacturer roadside assistance program. I was told 59-69 minutes. After waiting 1.5 hours, with no update, I called GGI directly to check ETA. No answer. I then reached out to my roadside assistance, who also had difficulty reaching them. I was then informed that my request was canceled due to contracted driver getting in an accident (no notification on behalf of GLL). Roadside assistance created a new service request, upon which GLL services was assigned again. Again, 59-69 min ETA. After 2 hours with no update, I reached out to GLL again. No answer, no answer, no answer. Finally, an answer, but immediately hung up on. I called the middleman, roadside assistance again. They subbed It to a different company, thankfully. I'm appalled. My car has been disabled since 10 am. It is now 3 pm. I'm stuck in a hotel parking ramp. shame on you GLL.
