I then stopped in to west here and explained the situation and was told that my car was going in for paint that day and would be ready within a few days 3 days passed and I called to see the status and was told they didn't approve the paint job done and sent it back out to be painted again long story short by the time I got my car back I had incurred a $690 rental bill. I then asked for west here to help with the rental and was told the best they could do is send me a $100 gift card. I then inspected my car and noticed 2 scratches and the rare panel was still dented I called and was told to bring it in and they would be responsible for any new rental needed.I brought my car back in and was asked if I had time to sit and wait for the repair and if not to make an appointment for when I did have time.I then became angry and stated that I had to wait 28 days for a repair when I was paying the rental and now that they were responsible for the rental they can repair it that day. This is bad business I stormed out and now my wife will be sitting in their waiting room next Tuesday for who knows how long for them to make the repair. I am a government worker who works 10-12 hour days sometimes so calling a number I haven't used in 12 years usually won't get you in touch with me. Before all of this I dropped my car off on the scheduled appointment day and my car sat there for 3 days before anyone touched it and I ended up having to rent a car and because they refused to work with me and at least try to give me some type of estimated completion date it made getting a rental difficult and made getting to and from work extremely difficult! I don't live close to my job and don't have another vehicle or person that would be willing to drive m. I understand that people are busy but they said absolutely nothing to me about how my car would sit for 3 days before even being looked at. I also did not appreciate that they stuck stickers on my windows. I have a nice car and do not want anything like that on my vehicle as it could potentially ruin the glass and just makes the window look dirt. so the fact that I wasn't even asked if that was ok is extremely rude. I feel they are dishonest and do not care about the customers at all & will not be going back because I have never felt so disgusted by a company. will not buy, sell, or have any work done here ever due to this experience.
