Marty and Shane came out to do the repair while we were in Amherst and discovered the wrong side had been sent. The return was made while a new piece was sent out. They then came to the Rochester area to do the replacement. Couldn't have asked for a better job. They were very thorough, clean and efficient. They take pride in their work and the end result shows. Took my wife's car to this location for an oil change. When I got home I noticed the car was…read moreleaking from the drain plug. I took it back the next day and they did another oil change. The next morning the oil leak was even worse!!! Took it back again and they said they could put a permanent plug in,but the old oil would need to be sucked out next oil change. I chose to have them put a new plug and washer in and replace the oil. The car still has a small leak. I have to put a pan under it to park it in my driveway. I have a few bad stains in the driveway from the previous leaks. I will never go back to this location again!!!!

They came several days later than first stated. Also got black adhesive all over the interior of our truck as well as ruined the dash board by dropping some sort of primer or cleaner. The trim on the exterior was not installed correctly and I fear will blow off at any moment. When we asked Brian what we can do to fix these problems he first stated he didn't get stuff or grease all over interior, in a very rude way. Then he wouldn't reply at all.
