First time just 3 months ago, and just last month when snow collapsed the garage roof on my car. 5 Stars for both visits. He and his crew were professional, doing the insurance paperwork, kept me informed and I still got the car back in a timely manner. And...all the garage debris was cleaned up!

I originally only came here because it's a preferred vendor for my insurance, but I'm glad I did…read more They were very flexible with my schedule and when I would be able to get my car in to get fixed. I had a fender bender, so the car was driveable, and I had limited availability when it originally happened. I was able to get it in the dates I needed and they originally told me a week, but it was done in 3 days! They called with updates, worked directly with the insurance so I didn't have to and made the whole process simple. Even though the location wasn't as convenient as others, I am glad I decided to use them.

I had a great experience with Carubba and felt I had to share since there are 4-5 choices for…read morecollision repairs in a 1 mile stretch on Camp. After my initial estimate from Progressive I took my car to Carubba and they handily beat the estimate and even helped me out with a rental car and on my deductible. On top of that, they have free defensive driver classes with any repair. Haven't taken them up on that yet. The waiting room is clean and has free Keuring coffee. The repair itself was done well and in a reasonable amount of time. A nice suprise was that the interior of my car was detailed, too. Not just new car smell...I mean $100 Delta Sonic level detailed. I will definitely be a repeat customer.

I intend to do just that, once the weather breaks a bit. No fancy shop; no annoying receptionists. Just an old-school pro who "says it like it is". I am anxious to give him a try at my vehicle, which I cherish. Once the job is accomplished, I shall return with an honest appraisal.

I was referred here by Liberty Mutual after being rear-ended while parked in a parking lot and I am…read moreso happy that they did. I arrived for my estimate on time and they were ready for me. We were greeted like we were old friends which put us immediately at ease. The office was small but very clean with a big display case on the wall which kept my grandson busy looking at all of the model cars in it. It took about 15 minutes for the inspection and we set up an appointment which was only a few days away. Drop off was quick and easy with all of the procedures and probable time frames explained again just as they were at the estimate. I was kept informed of the progress of the repair by text which I really appreciated. When the repairs were done, I was notified by phone. The truck was parked close by in the lot so I was able to check out the work before going into the office. All of the damages were repaired in a fantastic way. The work was beautifully done. Check out was quick and easy (except for the copay which wasn't their fault). All of my questions were answered and the insurance paperwork completed quickly. I hope I never again need a collision shop but if I do this is where I'll go. There is no one better.

I then stopped in to west here and explained the situation and was told that my car was going in for paint that day and would be ready within a few days 3 days passed and I called to see the status and was told they didn't approve the paint job done and sent it back out to be painted again long story short by the time I got my car back I had incurred a $690 rental bill. I then asked for west here to help with the rental and was told the best they could do is send me a $100 gift card. I then inspected my car and noticed 2 scratches and the rare panel was still dented I called and was told to bring it in and they would be responsible for any new rental needed.I brought my car back in and was asked if I had time to sit and wait for the repair and if not to make an appointment for when I did have time.I then became angry and stated that I had to wait 28 days for a repair when I was paying the rental and now that they were responsible for the rental they can repair it that day. This is bad business I stormed out and now my wife will be sitting in their waiting room next Tuesday for who knows how long for them to make the repair. I have bought all my cars from west herr and will no longer be doing business with them

I am giving them 2 stars because…read moreI had the worst experience here. the customer service is terrible, they never call you back so you have to call them almost daily... when they do finally call they don't even call the number you leave on the paperwork that they make you fill out before leaving your car with them!!!! I am a government worker who works 10-12 hour days sometimes so calling a number I haven't used in 12 years usually won't get you in touch with me. Before all of this I dropped my car off on the scheduled appointment day and my car sat there for 3 days before anyone touched it and I ended up having to rent a car and because they refused to work with me and at least try to give me some type of estimated completion date it made getting a rental difficult and made getting to and from work extremely difficult! I don't live close to my job and don't have another vehicle or person that would be willing to drive m. I understand that people are busy but they said absolutely nothing to me about how my car would sit for 3 days before even being looked at. I also did not appreciate that they stuck stickers on my windows. I have a nice car and do not want anything like that on my vehicle as it could potentially ruin the glass and just makes the window look dirt. so the fact that I wasn't even asked if that was ok is extremely rude. I feel they are dishonest and do not care about the customers at all & will not be going back because I have never felt so disgusted by a company. will not buy, sell, or have any work done here ever due to this experience.
