I know nothing about 1050 Main Street, which absorbed my review for 1030 Cleveland Drive for some reason. *** This used to be a full-service auto repair and tire shop. It is not anymore, as those services have moved down the road to Cleve-Hill's new location on Wehrle and Beach. But this location still remains open, just as a gas station with a very small and limited convenient store. The real draw here are the gas prices. Cleve-Hill's gas prices at this station are usually always a little, to a good amount lower than anywhere else around. This morning I paid $4.19 a gallon, where most places are still over $4.30. There are about eight pumps here, in a no-frills rocky lot. It is generally easy in-and-out, being at the light on the corner of Cleveland and Beach. I'm not totally sure if this is still owned by Cleve-Hill or not. It is not on their website, but the name on the sign hasn't changed since they moved their repair shop down the road. So still look for the Cleve-Hill sign if you are coming here to top off or fill up. If you are in the area and need gas, you'll probably save yourself a few bucks, or at least some change if you get it here at Cleve-Hill gas station.

I first took a motorhome to Hillmans for…read morea "pre-purchase" inspection that was apparently never done, as when I had to remove the engine cover weeks later, there was an animal next, obviously old, on top of the engine block. Hillmans told me the unit was in good shape. 2 weeks later, returning from our second camping trip (local, thank goodness), we overheated. Since I had already scheduled service for a generator that kept stalling and a refrigerator that didn't get cold (thanks for the "pre-purchase inspection...), I added that to the list. After two days, I called for an update and was told the radiator needed to be replaced. Three days after that, I cancelled my scheduled camping trip due to not having a motorhome to go in. I was told the new radiator was $1500.00 but they could send the old one out for a re-core. A week after than, I again called for an update and they claimed to have not heard from the radiator shop but my generator had been repaired and the refrigerator was cold. I expressed my displeasure that Hillman had not called me and that I had to keep calling for updates. Long story short, they never called me until I called complaining and, after two weeks, I had a new radiator and a refrigerator that still wasn't cooling. The generator was untested. Ricky at Hillman told me he'd price a new reefer and get back to me. Still waiting for that call. Meanwhile, the motorhome has been leaking transmission fluid in my driveway and any other place the unit has been, the generator continues to stall and I finally got the reefer working myself. The motorhome is now at another shop, and the first question I got was "who put this radiator in? All the transmission lines are cross threaded and leaking". I paid Hillman $3,000.00 for all this work and the only thing I got was excuses and a poorly installed radiator. Lesson learned.... 10/8 - Update from the shop fixing what HIllman didn't: ""Good evening Bob, just letting you know I literally just closed the hood on your RV & it's all set for pickup tomorrow....Please give me an idea when you're going to come by and pick it up.... We will talk then about going after the place that did this terrible butcher job." and "but we definitely need to get your money back from those hacks."

The woman who answered the phone, who I later learned was Roxanne, refused to provide even a general price range. She told me they don't give prices over the phone and that I would have to make an appointment. When I politely asked for her name, she hung up on me. I called back and left a message explaining what had happened and asking to speak with Larry or Everett. Instead, Roxanne called me back. Rather than listening to my concerns, I felt she talked over me, raised her voice, and insisted she had not been rude. I repeatedly asked her to stop yelling at me. During this call, another business owner named John was listening on the line and heard the entire conversation. I called a third time and finally spoke with Everett. He told me Roxanne was his wife. Instead of listening to my concerns as a customer, I felt he immediately defended her and showed no interest in resolving the situation or apologizing for the way I had been treated. I own four vehicles and was looking for a shop to perform brakes, a four-wheel alignment, and a coolant flush--well over $1,000 worth of work. Because of the way I was treated, they lost not only this job but my future business as well. Good customer service starts with treating people respectfully. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Premier Car Care. I will gladly take my business to a company that values its customers and treats them with courtesy.
