I had to wait over 40 minutes last time I was there, which I understand sometimes it's busy - but there's got to be a better way to save your spot in the queue than letting your car sit and run for an hour.

My strategy for finding any new third party is to read the reviews and try and synthesize the truth, speak to a decision maker and assess and finally ask for some quotes for the parts and labor. I spoke to four shops and of course everyone needs to see the job before finally committing and that scope can obviously change. Sam freely and patiently gave me some quotes for both (others couldn't get past - we need to see it), the quotes and the final pricing were both very fair and competitive. Mo communicated freely during the fix and heres the kicker and why we'll trust these guys moving forward. They easily could have turned the minor job into a relatively major fix and they didn't, the problem and solution was less in every sense than what I assumed it would be including their cost - great job the both of you!

Delta Sonic's area manager Dave was very rude accused me of lying about the damages and the brush causing the damages. He refused to look up camera footage from February, March and April to prove that yes they did use those blue round neoprene brushes on my vehicle even though that was not in my plan. He reprimanded me for having less than 7,000 miles on my vehicle and told me that is a lot of miles for a new vehicle and that is where my scratches came from. I told him I live in the country and work in Buffalo so yes I have miles from driving back and forth to work every day and that would not cause parallel buff lines with scratches that trail along both sides of my vehicle. The only thing my vehicle was squeezed through since I got it was those blue neoprene brushes that should've never been used in the first place because I wasn't supposed to be getting a basic wash. I paid for a super kiss plus plan. So therefore not only did they damage my car they were charging me for a super kiss plus plan and only giving me a basic wash all winter. $1700 of damage

Outstanding service, zero hassle, and professional follow-through…read more Wow. So, I go through windshields like kleenex. I've had 7 replaced over the last 10 years. GEICO, my insurance company, always sends me to their "preferred" partner (who I won't name here, but they're neither Safe nor Lite.) After years of frustrating service with "the other guys," I figured I would take a leap and try Glass America. What an incredible difference! The folks that answer the phone are super easy going and flexible. They took some information from me, scheduled an appointment, and boom, done. The morning of, I took my car in (they would have come right to my house, but it was pouring out), and boom, less than an hour later, the windshield is in. BUT... here's the important part. Glass America uses OEM and high quality equipment. The windshield they just put in was the exact same one that was in my car originally. The other place uses cheap replacement glass with different specs. Paul installed my windshield and was super friendly, professional, and fast. I can't say enough good things about this completely unassuming place or the service I received! If I could give it 6 stars, I would. Hands down, this was the easiest replacement I've ever had done.
