    @Kim - I spoke with several members of the staff, none of whom offered a manager. I explained to them that in the wash, there are lights that go on when it is applying something included in your wash package, or they stay off if they are not included. I specifically told them how I noticed the lights not coming on for the tire shine application, and they kept saying, oh we probably just need to replace the bulb. I finally just bought myself a can of armor all and do this myself!!! But you all should NOT be charging these prices and NOT be providing what we pay for!!

    Bubbles. Loads of scented bubbles. It's like driving into the Lawrence Welk show! But that's not what my review is about. It's about the incredible job they did when I got the interior and wax job. Just wow! Thanks to Maurice.

    This has to be the world's smallest car wash in the whole wide world. Ok maybe not the whole world, but at least Buffalo. There is so much going on here, people trying to get gas, shop, and even trying to get into the carwash lanes. All this in a little cramp area. If you are trying to get into the store, or even get gas. You could be trap due to other cars trying to navigate through this small space. The unlimited members lane isn't any faster than the regular lanes. Coming to this location you hope it's not busy, because you could find yourself frustrated by the congestion. But in all, the service is always good and consistent.

    I enjoy their exterior cleanings every once in a while and interior cleanings once or twice a year. They are an easy way to keep your car nice. I don't need the unlimited pass bc I don't need my car to be constantly spotless, but I do appreciate the interior cleaning team. They are detail oriented and will even catch things the exterior automated clean might have missed (I've been sent back around for a complimentary re-wash wash but then before).

    I live pretty close by this Delta Sonic location, so it is a location that I literally frequent every week, whether it's to fill my gas tank, get a car wash, or to get my interiors cleaned. I've purchased the unlimited interior cleaning, and previously purchased the unlimited wash in the past, but to have both got a little pricey for me, so I cancelled the wash and kept the interior cleaning. Having cancelled the unlimited wash a few months back, I'm finally overdue for a car wash so I took my car for a wash today. Normally a very busy spot on a Saturday afternoon, it was pretty dead today due to the scattered shower. I went into the middle lane, and the girl (with long brown hair in a pony tail) behind the counter literally looked at me, no smiles, no greetings, just pure unhappiness on her face. I asked her about the prices, and I could tell she was very annoyed by my question. So to get it over with, she ran through the wash prices very VERY quickly...so quickly, I didn't understand what she had said, so I asked her to repeat it again. This girl gave me the nastiest look, you can tell by now she's even more annoyed. Then she repeated it again, and just as fast as the first time. So instead of asking her to repeat herself again, I told her to give me the cheapest wash. She charged my card, gave it back, turn around, never smiled, not one "thank you" or "have a nice day", nothing to indicate that our transaction was done. She just turned her back to me, probably hoping I understood the message. Before driving off, I looked at her name tag "Brittany". Note to Management: you need to move her somewhere else, nowhere near customers. ASAP. Her attitude sucks, and can cause some serious business. If I had to keep dealing with her again, I literally will stop going here altogether. That nastiness is not worth dealing with, weekly. Update one week later: I came back for another car wash and went into the far right lane, and this time I was assisted by a VERY NICE girl name Christina. I informed her that I had the unlimited interior and asked her about wash specials. She looked up my account, told me how much I had paid previously for unlimited washes and told me about the SUPER interior special as well. Christina was highly informative and extremely helpful. With her help, not only did I sign up again for the unlimited wash, but she also up-sold me on my current unlimited interior cleaning. At the end of the transaction, she gave me a gift card to Salvatore's and that was a nice surprise! Never have I been so happy and willing to just hand over my money!!! Overall, Christina did an AMAZING job, very friendly, informative, helpful and a strong (but not pushy) salesperson. She is a great asset for the company.

    Came through today with my husband. We just bought a new truck and we wanted to get the unlimited interior and exterior cleaning packages for it. We went through the drive thru car wash and purchased them both. Because we are half way through the month, they pro rated for us, and instead of $50 it came to about $30 , which is awesome for unlimited exterior and interior cleaning. The girl that helped us was awesome! So friendly and nice, she explained the package to us, hooked us up with the fancy sticker for inside the vehicle, etc. we also got a gas card, because their gas is cheaper when you buy the wash or interior cleaning. Best part: they have a Father's Day promotion right now, so we got two gift cards to Salvatore's! Great service, great deals, couldn't ask for a better experience.

    Watch out these people are scammers. I got overcharged on my card for 30$ for an alleged 20$ wash. This place is trash

Delta Sonic's area manager Dave was very rude accused me of lying about the damages and the brush causing the damages. He refused to look up camera footage from February, March and April to prove that yes they did use those blue round neoprene brushes on my vehicle even though that was not in my plan. He reprimanded me for having less than 7,000 miles on my vehicle and told me that is a lot of miles for a new vehicle and that is where my scratches came from. I told him I live in the country and work in Buffalo so yes I have miles from driving back and forth to work every day and that would not cause parallel buff lines with scratches that trail along both sides of my vehicle. The only thing my vehicle was squeezed through since I got it was those blue neoprene brushes that should've never been used in the first place because I wasn't supposed to be getting a basic wash. I paid for a super kiss plus plan. So therefore not only did they damage my car they were charging me for a super kiss plus plan and only giving me a basic wash all winter. $1700 of damage
