I paid for a Super Kiss Plus plan and come to find out that Delta Sonic has been doing a basic wash on my car all winter. The basic wash uses a neoprene brush, that and along with their recycled water that is full of abrasive elements after washing multiple cars all day, has left scratches along both sides of my brand new 2026 vehicle. Delta Sonic's area manager Dave was very rude accused me of lying about the damages and the brush causing the damages. He refused to look up camera footage from February, March and April to prove that yes they did use those blue round neoprene brushes on my vehicle even though that was not in my plan. He reprimanded me for having less than 7,000 miles on my vehicle and told me that is a lot of miles for a new vehicle and that is where my scratches came from. I told him I live in the country and work in Buffalo so yes I have miles from driving back and forth to work every day and that would not cause parallel buff lines with scratches that trail along both sides of my vehicle. The only thing my vehicle was squeezed through since I got it was those blue neoprene brushes that should've never been used in the first place because I wasn't supposed to be getting a basic wash. I paid for a super kiss plus plan. So therefore not only did they damage my car they were charging me for a super kiss plus plan and only giving me a basic wash all winter. $1700 of damage read more

what a weird, bad experience. I went for a basic interior wash and the first thing the guy says to me when it's done is "well your car isn't clean" I said what do you mean.. he said "we tried our best with some areas of the fabric, but couldn't get everything out, I'm not trying to upsell you on a deeper clean I'm just being honest". mind you my car seats are pretty spotless, but I said that's fine I just wanted a maintenance clean all the hard surfaces wiped down and car vacuumed I didn't expect anything with the fabric. well turns out they couldn't even accomplish that. multiple areas still dusty and not wiped down or not vacuumed. I basically paid to have my mats cleaned and car half vacuumed with bad customer service on top of it. read more

I am a delta sonic unlimited wash holder. Yesterday I decided take advantage and get a interior detail. The car was a mess! The process was easy and pretty quick. Of course they upsale, but seeing the shape of my car I agreed to it all haha. The process for pulling up to being complete was just a little bit over an hours. The associate who took my service request, was very friendly and did provide good suggestions. Not a detail pricing expert as I don't do it often, but I felt the services that were provided were worth what I paid. I will definitely try maintain and use the interior services again. Although the car did not get clean clean, but again it was in bad shape, so I couldn't complain. Few more should look like knew! My only pain point with delta sonic is the construction of ALL their shops not just this one. It's very stressfully to me trying to get to the car wash entrance. Corporate is very unprofessional they refuse to take part for the damage on my car and even lie to my face several times and hung up on me and wanted to argue. They did not want to help at all or did they offer any options not displeased with Delta sonic location that I went to because he tried to help but corporate is very very unprofessional. Here's what happened: After one car wash, I noticed a small scratch on my hood. Yes, it was small, but very deep, the metal was exposed. We spent some time scheduling and meeting with the area manager, because in the initial conversation, they refused to take responsibility and claimed the scratch was caused by a stone chip from the road. However, for personal reasons, my car had been parked in the garage for a while. The drive from my house to that Delta Sonic location is only about 4 minutes, with a maximum speed of 35 mph, full of stop signs and traffic lights. I really don't believe that speed could cause such a deep scratch. In any case, after meeting with the area manager, he verbally told us that although they did not agree that the wash caused the scratch, they would provide both a buff-out and matching color paint repair. We agreed to this solution. The next morning, we received an email from Delta Sonic stating that we could schedule a buff-out. However, the email did not mention paint. When we called to schedule, we asked again whether matching color paint would be included. The staff told us that they don't offer that service, but they would perform a "recon," so I scheduled an appointment for a week later. Today, when I drove to the store for the appointment, I was told they could only do a buff-out, no recon, no paint -- and that I needed to call the corporate office. When I called corporate, they told me my claim had been denied, and that only a buff-out would be provided. I explained that the area manager had promised a paint repair. Honestly, I don't care whether it's called recon or matching color paint -- I just don't want a very visible bare metal mark on my white car. But I was told that my claim was denied no matter what, and that I could no longer speak to or meet with the manager. I find this whole process both frustrating and ridiculous. If the claim was denied, then why did the manager offer this solution? If verbal agreements are not valid and only written terms are honored (buff-out only), then why did the staff tell me during scheduling that they could perform recon? And why did corporate later completely deny everything? This is misleading. I have been a Delta Sonic Unlimited Wash member for a long time. All three cars in my family are Delta Sonic members. But this experience has been truly disappointing. I will no longer recommend Delta Sonic to any of my friends. read more

It's been a few years since I've visited a Delta Sonic for a car wash and interior clean. They've always done good work then and still do today. I was absolutely shocked when I saw the price for a 10 minute interior clean. It seems very pricey and not worth the value in my opinion. I probably will not opt for that again. Went to delta to get an oil change and a light fixed. Main reason was oil change. Not even a wk later car overheats on the way to work...no coolant at all the reservoir steaming. I get in touch with them & I'm told I probably have a leak, mind you I filled it myself & have not had any issues since...this happened on the way to work so I'm telling my boss and coworkers & they call out this very delta sonic along with the one on Main st. that they BOTH had the same issues. & they are giving me the info from their situation, now both only use small mom & pop for car needs! Love delta sonic, usually best pricing for gas around, and love that they back the BILLS!!!!!!! For some odd reason this location smelled of sulfur today while I was there, straight up egg fart. Also, I have a major problem with their lottery machine. I wanted to buy $10 worth of scratch off tickets and put a $20 in the machine, when I then realized that I could not get change from the machine!!!!!! $20 worth of scratch offs, in this economy!?!?!? AND they were all loser's too :/. I wish they had better signage around the machine that clearly states that you cannot get change out of it. I realize this may not be there fault, but I cannot be the first person to experience this. Just saying. read more

Delta sonic is awesome! I love getting my car washed here because you get a 5-day guarantee, which means you can come back within 5 days for a free wash. 2-for-1, who doesn't love that? The free vacuums are also a great perk! Gas prices are good too. The only negative is that it's VERY busy. There's days I don't even bother pulling in when I see how long the car wash line is. I hope once they open their new location further down the BLVD, this one may quiet down. read more

I come here about one every 4 washes. Only when in the area. And only if the line isn't too long. This is a bigger location and they merge differently than other Delta Sonics. But they also have great vacuums here for the car. I love that part of this location. Inside there's a small store, and of course, my fav Dunkin'. Also a nice seating area. I purchased a detailing package for $195 for a used car I had recently bought for my stepson. While the interior was acceptable, the exterior was anything but. Upon picking up the car, my husband was met with nothing but attitude from the detailing department. He asked to see the checklist of services he purchased as part of this package to compare against the services we actually received, and he was refused. All we were offered were some complimentary wash passes. I have been a loyal Delta Sonic customer for years but I will never go back to this location. When you tell me to put the car in neutral, I do. You don't have to keep screaming at me to put it in neutral when it's already there. I know how to pull a car into a car wash and don't need someone literally screaming at me - when I'm doing everything they tell me to. So, if anyone has ever followed me on Yelp, y'all know getting my car detailed is a weekly thing. And I had a membership at a great spot in El Paso. So after driving in 2100 miles from Texas, I needed a detail BAD. Since I'm going to be living here for the next three years, I went ahead and copped the unlimited membership (+$9) for the interior. Everyone was super friendly and helpful as I had no idea what I was doing. But, it's pretty foolproof, so I figured it out like instantly. Positives: my unlimited membership in El Paso was $70 a month. The membership here is $39 a month. And they basically do the same thing. They also have a gas station on site, and if you're a member they give you some kinda card and you use that card to get gas and it's like $0.15 OFF per gallon. Suck it Sam's Club! Negatives: I haven't experienced it, but heard this place gets hella full. Also, and this could change, there were a few areas they could touch up a little. Use a dryer rag to wipe The windows and pay attention to the water spots on the door around the mirrors areas. Y'all seen my car, it's a deep black and black, so smears and water marks show up hella quick. Still a few bugs on the headlights etc. But I'm assuming after 3-4 washes she will Be back shining ... and every time I come around yo city *Bling Bling* Overall, pretty legit. Vacuums on site too if you're just doing your own interior. Other, finer detailing also available for extra fee, and they have a mechanic service available as well (like oil changes and stuff). Car wash line wasn't clear, dark and staffs didn't guide you well. I believe Delta Sonic should install outdoor heater for their staff in these super cold days. So they could care more about customers. I personally like the delta sonic on transit. DeltaSonic added some heater for staffs and I believe it was a fantastic decision! read more

I went to Delta back at the end of March on 3/25/2023 for my state inspection for the first time, staff was very unfriendly as I couldn't find my wheel key and needed to search through my vehicle to locate it. I was advised by staff that I passed the inspection, and was provided paper work and charged for the service. After a long trip I went to Monro to get my oil changed and they advised my inspection was expired, went to Delta to get my sticker and they claim no record of service. Needless to say, never will go to delta again to deal with this type of incompetence ever again, do not recommend to anyone. Update: After giving my wheel lock and key to monro to do a tire rotation, discovered that the delta sonic rep who did my nys inspection decided to steal my lock. read more

I don't think I've ever been to an automated car wash that wasn't a Delta Sonic, so I might not be in the best position to compare. But I've never had a bad wash here. The Super Kiss Plus is pricy (though they have all kinds of incentivizing discounts and will try to up-sell you at every step) but my car comes out slick and shiny, and I get two free washes over the next couple weeks. I usually only do this during the saltiest months, and stick to home washing during the warmer days. Gas prices are usually the cheapest around, and it's a few cents off when you fill up with a wash. Recently they added FREE vacuums that will suck the rug right out of your car if you're not careful. (Not really, but they are powerful, and did I mention FREE?) This is a high traffic spot, and it's challenging to get into, around and out of the complex. The most difficult part is lining up your car on the track when your view is obstructed by a pre-wash sudsy windshield. The light show inside the wash is dazzling. My kids always loved the spectacle of it. read more

I recently came into this Delta Sonic for my annual inspection and an oil change. I called the day before to find out when inspections were available, and was told if I wasn't in line before 8am it was hit-or-miss if I'd get an inspection, as they often sell out by 9am. The next morning I was first in line at about 7:35am, with several cars behind me when they opened at 8am. The inspector didn't start until 9am, which was fine. I came prepared to camp out in the Dunkin' inside this Delta Sonic while I waited. At about 9:45am, the inspector came out and told me I needed new windshield wipers to pass. I said sure. It was my fault for not asking how much, or asking for the lower-end model. When I paid shortly after, my wipers alone were $43! On my ride home I noticed they never updated my oil change sticker with a new mileage/return date reminder. And there was all sorts of residue where they scraped off the old sticker. AND it was April 1st, but they punched my new sticker for March! I have the paperwork that says my inspection runs through 4/30/2023, but still annoying that the punch on my sticker is not correct. All this being said, I'm still going down the middle on stars because overall it is nice that there is an inspection option at all at Delta Sonic that doesn't require an appointment, the waiting area is very comfortable with strong wi-fi to work as needed, and the staffers are generally friendly enough. This visit just missed the mark on several details, but in the end I got my inspection, an oil change, and some bougie new wipers that do seem to work well. I'm sure I'll be back to this Delta Sonic again for future oil changes and inspections. But I won't be back for an inspection until April 2023, no matter what my sticker says! :-P :-D read more

I've had two occasions here where I had needed a car wash, bought the extra stuff for a more detailed car wash, and went home to find my car still pretty dirty. I did have an interior cleaning once. They asked if I needed any special attention to anything. I asked that they just make sure to wipe the top of the back seats (where the head rests are) because my dog sits back there. Of course I get the car back and that spot wasn't touched. That one I wasn't that mad about it may have cost extra or something I didnt pay for. I waited 2 years, to write this review. Delta Sonic is Self-Insured, and they refuse to accept responsibility for the car wash water leaking onto the sidewalk and the water was mixed with oil. On 7.24.2020, I slipped on the greasy water and my face crashed into the cement causing severe pain and a large goose egg by my eye. My clothes were covered in grease. I suffered a concussion. I was told by the Delta Sonic on the Blvd. that they would have someone from the headquarters reach out to me on Monday. No one ever reached out to me. I went to Well Now and they confirmed a concussion. I had extreme pain, dizziness, headache, etc., but Delta Sonic never cared. They never asked how I was. They never paid me for my medical bill, and they never gave me anything for pain and suffering. Shame on you read more

I pay Delta Sonic every month for the Unlimited car wash plan, I've had my oil changed and my interior cleaned at the Delaware shop, and I usually buy my gas from them for simplicity's sake. I just wished I liked the service better, as each of the stores does something that I'd like to see improved (e.g. sketchily ordering the pumps' octane ratings in the opposite direction to get an accidental upsell, not having basic courtesies like paper funnels). The Niagara Falls Blvd. station has a longer automated wash than the Delaware store and thus gets your car cleaner but...the line. You can't see most of it from the street, so you pull in to realize that, even as an Unlimited customer, it might be 20 minutes before you actually reach the wash during peak times. There has to be a more efficient way to manage this. I like you, Delta Sonic, but I just wish I could like you more. read more

Best Delta experience I have had in a long time. Every employee I passed by went out of there way to clean my truck alittle better. I had hundreds of bugs over my truck and they made sure to clean each one. Even the guy drying off my truck afterwards went a grabbed a sponge to clean off whatever was left over on my windshield. I went for an interior car wash and paid for shampooing the seats to get the stains out of my seats... the car comes out in less than 10 mins and I'm like wow that was fast, they literally just did a BASIC interior cleaning! So I asked the associate there why the stains are still on my seats and it doesn't seem like a shampooing was done to my seat. She said she didn't know my car needed shampooing and she looked at the receipt she was holding onto and apologized. Took my car to where the oil change area was and did a clean. Only my driver seat was shampooed... I paid extra to get shampooing on my seats and I walked out with only one seat cleaned... very disappointed. The worst location! It doesn't matter what time of day or what day of the week the lines for the car wash are so long! They need to get rid of the 4 lanes then eventually merge into 2 and then finally 1 because people do not do a good job of merging to make it flow nicely. It's a headache every time ! read more
