GEICO, my insurance company, always sends me to their "preferred" partner (who I won't name here, but they're neither Safe nor Lite.) After years of frustrating service with "the other guys," I figured I would take a leap and try Glass America. What an incredible difference! The folks that answer the phone are super easy going and flexible. They took some information from me, scheduled an appointment, and boom, done. The morning of, I took my car in (they would have come right to my house, but it was pouring out), and boom, less than an hour later, the windshield is in. BUT... here's the important part. Glass America uses OEM and high quality equipment. The windshield they just put in was the exact same one that was in my car originally. The other place uses cheap replacement glass with different specs. Paul installed my windshield and was super friendly, professional, and fast. I can't say enough good things about this completely unassuming place or the service I received! If I could give it 6 stars, I would. Hands down, this was the easiest replacement I've ever had done.
