It gets better though. i didn't even have the car for a full year when I found out there was a leak in my oil that was not fixed the proper way and there was a hole in the exhaust that was there longer than I had the car. i was stranded on the side of the road because my cars motor completely blew. i got no money back and I'm left with only $300 from junking the car. I PAID OVER $6,000 for this piece of shit car. The men that work there undermine women and use them For their lack of knowledge with vehicles. Absolutely disgusting and will definitely not be going back.

I called Matt asking for an update and Matt told me that he hadn't gotten to the car yet but he did manage to DAMAGE IT. He never once called to let me know he damaged it, he was just waiting for me to call him I guess. He never sent me a photo of the damage or disclosed what actually happened. I had to call this man SEVERAL TIMES on several occasions and had to finally threaten him with an attorney before he fixed the damages and returned the car to me. He had the car for about a month. Never fixed the original issues that I took it in for. Do not take any vehicle here. This place is the worst.

I went to the One stop on Brighton after this happened and they didnt have time to do the work I needed.The guy at Brighton called the One stop on Niagara Falls boulevard to ask if they could take my car today. One stop on the Boulvevard said yes, so I drove over .The guy was very helpful to me. I was in for an alignment after replacing a bad ball joint a few days earlier. My steering was way off because of the ball joint issue. One stop on the Boulevard was able to do my alignment within about 10 minutes of my arriving and I was out the door 45 mis later. I saw the guy who did the work take the car for a test drive after, made me feel better .. My steering being off was a concern to me Very good service , nice people..
