For 20 years, I've waited and paid $21 and got a new sticker; this wasn't the case here. The cashier took my keys and had me sign a paper that had my name and car details at the top, nothing else filled out; I thought this was because I left my keys and car with them. 8 hours later a lady calls me to tell me I can pick it up and answers me that it passed no problem. I arrived and was ready to pay the $21, but they gave me a bill of over $300!!! All non-inspection related items. Additional fee to put the vehicle on a lift, another fee to remove the tires, $48 to add gas (I had a full tank from 2 days prior and only drove it 10 miles max), oil change service fee, oil change filter fee, washer fluid fee, etc. He got mad when I asked why they didn't get prior authorization for these non-inspection services. He couldn't even tell me how many gallons of gas he "added". Mark was called and he said the paper I signed gave him prior approval to do whatever service they wanted. WHAT!?! He refused to provide me a copy. He then "reduced" the bill to $280 after saying he'd remove the radiator coolant he added. I wanted to get out of there as fast as I could so I paid it. Looking back, I should have called the police and reported fraud.

The prices here are less than I would pay at the dealer. I know if they find something wrong that Mark the owner will call me himself to tell me and ask if I want it fixed before he charges me. The employee was so nice & quick with looking up what size wiper I needed. He told me about the prices of them & the quality of each. I went with the Rain-ex. He even went to get it for me instead of making me search like the last time I needed one. It took me a bit to find it. Then I asked him if someone could pop it on for me & he said he'd do it. It was $25.99 for a 26" Rain-ex wiper. I checked out very quickly & he had my old wiper off & the new one on in about 45 seconds. Very nice , young employee. Manners & does his job. More employees everywhere should be like him.

I brought my truck in for a simple nys inspection and I strongly believe that my truck was tampered with in order for them to suggest a service job. After about 45min of waiting for the inspection, one of the kids came back stating that I had a leaky brake line.... which according to my spotless driveway was a concerning lie. But after refusal of work i get back home and all of a sudden I'm leaking brake fluid from the front driver side. I assess the situation and find a line that looked to be tampered with. I fixed the line and ended up getting my nys inspection done elsewhere. Now I understand things happen, and parts wear, but in this particular situation, something didn't seem right. So once on Hinman, drive slowly and look carefully for the sign. Went here for Carco report for insurance. All these years in Buffalo and my father did not know of this place. Well I drove another 15 Mi and then another 15 MI went back and he tested it and said nope you have to drive it some more well I got a cataract in my left eye and I can't drive it anymore another who knows how many miles??? I don't think he knows what he's doing I never heard of that before and now my inspection is 2 months overdue!! He has terrible reviews I noticed so I'm not just the only one he's messing around with.
