Still a 5 star collision shop. Unfortunately I had to use there services again after being rear ended almost 3 weeks ago! Nicole is amazing. Very friendly, kept me updated the entire time. We were shocked on how fast the turn around in getting our car back. We had the car towed to them which again they had someone to my house within an hour after I called. Because they did such a great job, in such a timely manner, and were so professional, I contacted Nicole at Auto Image following an accident on March 20th in Orchard Park with the afore-mentioned vehicle. She was very accommodating throughout the whole process. Our car was damaged by an object collision, leaving long scrapes and dents on the rear passenger side. Judah assessed the damage, gave us a fair quote on the work, and interfaced with our insurance company to sort the details. He provided us a loaner at no charge for the week the work was underway. When we got our car back, it was perfect. If you didn't know it had been damaged, you'd never guess. The new paint is perfectly blended, and every single ding and scratch has been smoothed. It looks like it did new. Additionally, Judah and his people detailed the interior to within an inch of its existence, new car smell and all. They did a better job than Delta Sonic. Hopefully, we'll have no further need of automotive body work, but if we do, we'll be bringing our car back to Judah and company for their top-notch attention to detail and skill. read more

I could not be happier with the service I received from Auto Image. When I first arrived with my car to be assessed, the staff was attentive and upfront with the work and costs required. The owner very quickly ordered a new side-mirror and installed it next day, and then got me in quickly for body repair. My sons car was recently vandalized. The cowards keyed profanities into the entire passenger side. He is a college student in Buffalo and I'm in NYC, so you could imagine my anxiety when he told me what happened. I know he loves his car so I knew it was killing him. I had to find a shop in Buffalo without being there to do so, and I knew my son wasn't going to be able to carry out this task as he was too emotionally involved. I immediately began an internet search. Based on about a 1/2 dozen over the phone interviews, I realized that not all shops were going to make the cut. Then I called Auto Image Collision and spoke to the owner Judah. I told him my situation and after about 30 seconds, I knew he was my guy. He explained what the procedure would entail, which I couldn't agree with more. He was honest and clearly a specialist in his trade. As such, I sent my son to his shop where he examined the damage and provided a more than fair estimate, as I was not filing an insurance claim. Moreover, my son needed a vehicle to get back and forth from school while the repairs were being done. Unfortunately, he is too young to rent a vehicle so Judah offered his loaner vehicle to my son. A righteous offer considering he didn't know either of us. The best part of this review is the way my son's vehicle was repaired. It took four days and was repaired flawlessly. My son was extremely happy as was I. I was able to see Judah's work via video and I loved it. My son, who was looking for the smallest of imperfections in the paint, could find none. There are many body shops in the area, but none were able or willing to provide the personal service I recieved from Auto Image Collision. This review is long overdue, I had my accident in October 2016. Judah is a good mechanic but knows to stretch the insurance companies' dollar more than you should be comfortable with. With this ideology, the parts he used/repair he did on my car were subpar. My insurance policy paid Auto Image for OEM parts and all labor involved. 3 years down the line and I still continue to find different corners he cut putting back my car together. Instead or replacing my fenders, he bonded them back together. After confronting Judah about the workmanship, he offered nothing in return. I was on my own. I had to replace one fender out of pocket within 6 months because the bondo fell apart. A few months later the radiator fan failed and when we took it out to replace it, we noticed it wasn't the fan meant for the car and that it was barbarically crammed in to fit. Additionally, when I had my car appraised recently, they noticed the hood replaced was not OEM. Further reducing the value of the car. Auto Images decisions on repairing my car made for a much larger profit margin. These choices detracted from their workmanship and shows very much if you take a good look at your vehicle after leaving Auto Image. Admittedly, Judah and his coworker are good mechanics, maybe even great, though I will never forget the way I felt and continue to feel years down the line. I did not expect my vehicle to retain its value the same way a clean title would, but even after spending a lump sum fixing costly mistakes, I still worry I may have lost more value than anticipated. For these reasons I do not recommend Auto Image Collision. read more
