I was hit by a drunk driver and my insurance company guaranteed their work so I had my car towed there. Thankfully it was guaranteed because their work was horrible. The body panels didn't line up, there were runs in the paint, areas they had wet sanded and never touched up, bubbles in the paint, trim pieces that weren't attached properly, and they damaged my wheels. When they called to have me come pick it up they were rude and seemed put off that I wouldn't leave work that minute and come get it. Even after returning my car to have the work fixed/finished, it wasn't correct. After pointing out the remaining flaws they proceeded to tell me that it was previous damage and not flaws in their work and there was nothing they could or would do. I've never seen body work this bad, and would literally go anywhere else other than Image Collision. Do yourself a favor and stay far far away. read more

I have had three experiences with using image collision and each time has been met with incredible service. Their work is done timely and perfectly at a great price. Each and every time my car leaves with a free exterior and basic interior detail. My most recent experience, their service tech Dan put on three bracket/clips on a last minute stop in, no charge. A service Heinrich was going to charge $200 in parts and labor for. I will recommend them to anyone I know needing collision repair. read more

I admit it. It's been a while, but I don't often wreck my vehicles. They supply a loaner so I was not out much. They would have dealt directly with my insurance company, had I chosen to go that way. How ever, it took longer than they said it would and the never re adjusted the front wheel alignment. The body work was fine. I don't plan on another accident but in the scheme of things, one can be expected. I will find another. read more

If you need anything done, including pics of your vehicle for insurance purposes, make sure you call at least 1/2 hour ahead so you don't interrupt the secretary's lunch break. My husband went in at almost 3 pm and she gave him an attitude about not calling ahead, then proceeded to make him wait 20 minutes while she ate her lunch. These guys do exceptional work. Had an issue with the gelcoat on a waverunner cracking and peeling on the front part of the hull. It now looks brand new, you can't even tell there was anything done to it. read more
