This establishment is a joke! My girlfriend recently hit a deer and before she asked me where to take it she chose this shithole. The work was awful and when I questioned them about the paint work and a dent still clearly visible, the wonderful owner and I'm using the word wonderful loosely, came out and gave me an attitude and said that was already there and they were not responsible for repairing it. After a few moments of heated discussion he got assertive and stepped towards me as if he wanted to fight me. This guy is a pure asshole and his establishment is a dump. So if I were you I'd avoid this shop and the owner John.Scalfani at all costs. Hell, he might try and beat you up. I'd hate to be his significant other. read more

My husband took his car there after a fender bender because they did good work on my mothers car. When we got it back at first it looked fine but after it rained you could tell what they painted was totally different from the original paint of the rest of the car. When my husband went to bring it to the owners attention the owner got up in my husbands face like he was going to hit him and told him to get the f out. Ive have done business with Scal koll before, when I've had work done to my vehicles. And things went ok. I had a Toyota Tacoma in the shop when I was rear ended and it was put back together fine. However this last experience when I piled up my 2013 mustang. I can say I wasn't overly satisfied with the work. 2 weeks in the shop, and a few things bothered me. The hood and fender has a gap larger than the other side. It's not noticeable unless you live breath and dream mustang. However me being the owner I notice it. I'm guessing the sub frame is ever so slightly tweaked or the hood has a small defect in the angle. They told me there was nothing more they could do. They tried two different fenders and a gt hood and a stock v6 hood. I did however appreciate Brenda, for letting me barrow her personal car after I turned in my rental a few hours to early. She let me take hers home ( I live somewhat close) to chill till my car was buffed and washed and dried. However the part that really sent me to the red zone and no not a buffalo bills scoring red zone td where the fans gone crazy. More like my head might explode red zone. Upon picking it up and driving off my rear tire sensor said low air. The tire was damn near flat. Courtesy of them would of to let me know. Instead I got home and had to put air in the tire. Not sure as of why it was low but that on my list of things to do today. Also I didn't think to check my headlights and fog lights there, since I figured everything was fine. To my surprise the left headlight and right fog light didn't work. NOT COOL. It was 4:45 on a Friday I raced back over to the shop with minutes to spare to address the issue. They were just about out the door for the weekend. They didn't seem to happy. Turns out the fog light had a bad connection and that was simple fix. However the hid light needed to be ordered due to what I was told was a bad bulb. Little did they know I have a spare hid bulb at home from a headlight project gone wrong lol. They said they would order one and to bring it back Saturday and they will correct the issue despite not being "open". I said ok and went home knowing I was going to fix this myself. Anyone who knows this year mustang knows accessing the headlight is nearly a entire tear down on the front end. Well that's what I had to do. 2 hours of my time to pull the headlight out to find out there was no bulb at all in there. And no ballast. Just a lonely empty housing. Was 2 weeks in the shop not long enough ? Did I rush them ? Or were they in a rush themselves? Overall I'm not overly satisfied. If they forgot the bulb and ballast, what else did they forget.... For $1108.00 I think there shouldn't of been any issues at all. Update ... The overspray of paint that was on my car ... Absolutely ridiculous! I had to go buy a clay bar kit to remove the excess paint and not make my ride feel like sandpaper. Took me all afternoon to wash wax and bar my car over and over plus an additional 40 dollars in supplies. They say they stand by their work and if not happy to bring it back. Sadly I'm too afraid too. I have just as much talent or more than this shop. Will never recommend them to anyone even if it's a fisher price car that needs fixing. read more

This was a close place to take our vehicle after the accident, never ever again!! I was told the car was ready for pick-up....Yay!!!! Not :( I didn't get the car very far to learn the steering was un-safe ...felt like a mixture of manual and power steering.. Omg I took it back 5 min later. I'm glad I didn't let my wife drive this unsafe vehicle.... I gave them the opportunity to repair this correctly.. I think they may have ... It gets worse and worse and worse :( Now I find out there is no door lock button on interior driver door and is gouged and worse condition than original interior, with no door lock button....wrong door. :( They swore the right parts were on the car....NOT!!!!! Then told us to take it to a dealer.....I requested all paper work and the stipulating taking it to a dealer in writing...Shortly after they went back on what they said and said there will be no paper work so don't bother picking it up...that they will do the work...OMG!!! Now I had enough ...I took the vehicle elsewhere...To learn many other things were messed up.. They shimmed the driver side rear door ..instead of replacing the crushed pillar... ..Dents, missing bolts ...loose bolts ...painted bolts.. that were painted silver that are normally black .OEM? Repairs that were not repaired completely and found to be unacceptable, needing to be done over... Over spray under handles feels nasty.Wow ......Stay Away!!!!! This is a lease... with 11,000 miles on it... Damage was from guard rail... wish me luck on turning it in on time. read more
