I have recently started coming here for pasta dishes after mainly only ordering pizza delivery room them. Their grandma pizza is delicious. The crust is always cooked perfectly and there is just the right amount of sauce and cheese on it. Mondays through Wednesdays they offer a special for 12 dollars. It includes a salad, a choice if pasta, a soda, a choice of dessert and coffee or tea. Such a great deal for that price! The portions are not skimpy either! Their rigatoni aka vodka is my favorite! The bread they give with the meals is amazing! It is a garlic focaccia bread served warm. Being the Italian girl I am, I could probably make a meal out of just the bread dunked in some sauce! I've been a customer of Gino's for 10+ years, the food is ok, not bad but not great either. Just a place to get some quick food since it's close by to where I live. The people are nice but I recently just had a horrible experience here, ordered a pie and found 2 small black pieces of hair here. Absolutely disgusting that this happened and is a testament to the sanitary standards of the place. Never had an issue before but this has absolutely grossed me out. There are tons of pizza places nearby but Ginos is definitely one of the better ones. They dont skimp out on the cheese or topings and they have really great customer service. I usually get their plain slice and just pile spices on it. But sometimes I get buffalo chicken which is 4/5 or a salad pizza which is 5/5! Its super clean and gives you a healthy feeling afterwards. My parents love ginos pizza. However, their pasta can use a bit of work. Go for pizza! read more

Live in the neighborhood and been coming here for a while. The pizza is decent. Nothing great but it does the trick when you're craving for something greasy or for something cold (Italian Ice). My problem and reason for writing this review is because everytime I come to this pizzeria, I am always charged a different price for the same order. I usually get a specialty slice (buffalo chicken), certain days it's $4, some days it's $4.50 and even $4.25. Now I wouldn't care much about the 50 cents differences if its only the pizza but it's also other items on the menu. A small Italian Ice goes from $2-3 overnight. Went back the other day and it was $2.50 for a small. It would be great if they had a menu that actually show their price but its cover with a poster. Stating that the price have been changed...the poster has been up there over a year now. Please just decide on a price. read more

Came here on Friday night around 6:30pm and it wasn't packed. As the night goes on, it does get packed. We ordered a large Avocado Salad, the Stuffed Rigatoni and the Chef Special. We were given garlic bread. The avocado salad was so fresh and there was a good amount of avocado slices. As for the stuffed rigatoni, the sauce was delicious and there was a good amount of scallops. However for the Chef Special, the dish was overwhelmed with many pieces of goat cheese that I had to scrape them off. The service is attentive and there's plenty of parking spaces outside the restaurant. Definitely will come back if I'm around the neighborhood. read more

They did forget to give me my dessert, but I was told I would receive a credit next time I ordered (We'll see). While I was in town for a funeral, we were looking for a good pizza place that would deliver. Gino's totally made our evening. We ordered a pepperoni and mushroom pie - which was hot, had great spice, and delicious. The fact that it was still hot upon delivery was amazing. We also ordered two salads - which they called to double-check the extra cheese request - and the fried zucchini. Everything was devoured. I just watched a pizza man eat a banana with his fingers in his mouth then check his phone and then start making pizzas, I'm not sure but I think you're supposed to wash your hands if you put them close to your mouth or touch your phone before you start making pizzas for the public. This is a big turn off and the health problem. I hope you wash his hands before he leaves the bathroom. Not sure if I will be coming back to Ginos. It's a shame because I enjoyed this place. My go-to place for pizza when I want to satisfy my periodic cravings for it. I'm not crazy about this restaurant but their pizza is pretty good. I always usually get a regular slice. I've tried the spicy buffalo chicken, basil and marinara ones too and they're all okay. I was a little disappointed with their garlic knots. I'm not sure if they were left over from the day before but the ones I got weren't soft and tasted a bit stale. I've never ordered anything else other than pizza from other pizzerias, but after following my sister's recommendation of trying their homemade salad and other dishes, I came to love this place. In recent days, however, I began to notice that their overall food quality hovers greatly from time to time. Although I understand that it's very challenging to keep up with every orders, especially when it's a busy day, but as a customer, your natural expectancy is that your order will be superb all the time. Also they often forgets to accommodate details of your order such as salad dressing or other amenities like parmesan cheese or crushed red pepper. It's not a big deal so it's never crossed my mind to call the restaurant (I hate to be the one who calls a restaurant and complain about the slightest detail) but it sure is disappointing to expect something and get forgotten. Its a pizzeria with seating in the back, not traditional sit-down restaurant, but it is comfortable enough to sit and eat inside. This place is a great spot to grab a slice with friends or family. I have been going to Ginos for almost 10 years before they renovated and they have always been great! My neighborhood pizza joint, Gino's has become a much more desirable place to stop in and grab a bite when I'm wandering around the shopping center doing day to day errands. The pizza is consistently tasty, with a large variety to choose from. Their chicken soup is some of the best I've every slurped. Often, I'll stop in and order two or three to go and pop them in the freezer when I get home. They've expanded their menu, modernizing it a bit, and the dishes that I've ordered have been wonderful - except once, when the seafood pasta dish was a bit too salty for me. They have made special accommodations for my shellfish allergy, replacing shrimp with salmon or chicken, and, once, when they brought a dish out with shrimp, they took it back, gave me a new dish sans shrimp, and removed the cost of the dish from my bill. They also have a GLUTEN FREE PIZZA, so when my friends who are gluten sensitive come to visit, we always, absolutely always,. do a Gino's run. I've been discussing broadening the Gluten Free menu with the owners - their open to discussion, but so far no change. However, if I brought in my own gluten free pasta, I'm pretty sure they'd cook it for me. They make their own cannolis, and when I'm in the mood for something sweet, and a great cup of cappucino, I go and sit and sip and savor the deliciousness.
