Met 4 colleagues at The Red Fox for dinner, a recommendation from a friend of my colleague. Tough to find initially and very unsuspecting upon arrival. As you enter the front door (think like walking into a foyer of a small apartment building) you go down a flight of stairs into the restaurant. Then wow, this place is awesome! Small entry way into the restaurant with a hostess immediately greeting you. The bar is your first view of the place and it was packed. I'd describe it as dimly light, great atmosphere and ambience, almost a speakeasy feel. I'd recommend a reservation. The hostess walked us to our table, walking along the bar line with small 2-4 top tables to our left, we then turned left into the main dining room. 5 of us and we were seated at a horseshoe style table, plenty of room for up to 6 adults. Service was instant, she was friendly and very knowledgeable. We ordered cocktails and a couple apps. The drinks arrived along with bread service. They added small side plates with oils and olives, a nice touch. The cocktails were fantastic as was the homemade bread. A unique twist with my cocktail (kettle one & soda), was the single ice cube that was a long rectangle cube that was so clear you couldn't see it! The cubes length was the same as the tall glass it was served in and didn't melt. For dinner I listened to our server who recommended the Chicken Parmigiana with a chefs twist using a vodka infused sauce, this dish was amazing! My colleagues all shared the same feelings that this meal was spectacular. Highly recommend The Red Fox!

I didn't mind that much since it was actually pretty tight and cozy so it actually brought up the energy I think. We already had reservations, so we received a fairly quickly, and the white stuff were very professional and courteous. The food did not disappoint. The calamari came out fresh and hot. Crispy and the banana peppers gave it just the right heat. The marinara sauce paired well with it. The Lobster Fra Diavolo was done in a cute heart shaped, so that was delightful. Lobster was done perfectly and the slightly spicy sauce of the pasta paired beautifully. My favorite was actually the marsala. The Fusilli was done perfectly al dente and soaked in that delicious sauce that was flavorful and clung so well to the pasta. The chicken breast was well marinated and super tender and juicy. Honestly, I wouldn't hesitate to order this again next time.

The service was friendly, and the prices were surprisingly reasonable. I loved the broccoli rabe pizza with spicy salami -- the flavors were unique and really well done. I'd definitely like to come back to try more of their pizzas and pastas!

The breakfast sandwiches were excellent, especially the English muffin--it wasn't your typical dense, store-bought English muffin. It was fresh, soft on the inside, lightly crisp on the outside, and made the whole sandwich even better. The pancakes were equally delicious--light, fluffy, and perfectly cooked. The ambience is another reason I'd come back. The restaurant has a warm, modern, and inviting atmosphere that's perfect for starting your day. Friendly service, great food, and a beautiful setting. I would definitely recommend it if you're in the area.

I got breakfast for takeout and to be completely honest, if it weren't for my credit I would be disappointed in the prices. When I arrived to pick up my order I wasn't greeted though employees looked and walked by me. I could understand if they were busy or maybe it was because I was dressed in my after run attire. The food really wasn't great none of us really enjoyed our food but ate to fuel up to walk around Boston. The avocado toast was literally toast with avocado slices with spices sprinkled on top. I expected it to at least be mashed with lime juice and the seasoning mixed in. The poached egg was the best part of my meal. My daughter had the Nutella crepes for $19 it wasn't worth the size portion and didn't come with cream as advertised. The omelette was $18 and definitely not worth the price. I would have gone to the market for better value if not for the Hilton credit.
