Unfortunately, I was really disappointed :( To start, this restaurant is located in a large shopping center, so there is plenty of parking. We came as a party of 4 on a Saturday during lunch and were seated immediately. We sent our orders to the kitchen ourselves with a tablet, which is nice because you don't have to wait for the server each time you want to order more food. Unfortunately, when we received our first round of orders, more than half the dishes were cold, almost as if they've been sitting out for awhile. Even our egg drop soup wasn't warm, which was super disappointing. After we placed our second round of orders, I respectfully asked the server if they could make sure the food comes out warm this time since the first round was so cold. She was apologetic and agreed to let the kitchen know. Our second round was much better. The food was warm, but the first round of food made such a bad impression, I kinda already lost my appetite. Also, the server informed us that they charge an extra fee for any leftover food, even if it's just ONE dumpling. I found this rule to be pretty outrageous to charge an extra fee for just one uneaten dumpling. It's sad to say I will not be coming back here again. After seeing this place all over social media, I was so excited to try it. But unfortunately, I was disappointed. If you are thinking about trying this place, maybe don't do the AYCE option.

Service was a bit on the slower side, but there was only one lady helping at the front and assisting customers. Starting with the favorites: Dan Dan noodles were a tad salty but overall had great flavor The orange chicken and general tso's chicken were both really good and had a sweet sauce to them. I like that the general tso's came with some peppers and celery. Fried shrimp was crispy and loved the batter Fried golden buns were divine. Fried and crispy with a side of condensed milk. The not so favorites: Beef fried rice was horrible, had some kind of chemical taste and the beef cut is very cheap and flabby, yup I said it. Crab puffs, umm where was the crab? Fiery beef noodles were subpar, again with the cheap beef And unfortunately the dumplings are nothing to brag about. Lacked much flavored to the fillings, you aren't missing anything. I would say overall, give it a shot for lunch and you can try a bunch of options to find what you may like.

This was my first time here and I thoroughly enjoyed everything about this place. If you are a fan of pandas, you would love the decor here because they have everything imaginable that is panda based. And every so often the musical entertainer puts on a panda mask and sings for the crowd. Tonight was not one of those nights that we got to see her wear the panda mask however she did entertain us with many classic hits from Barbra Streisand, Carole King, Liza Minnelli, and many other popular standards that you have all come to love and enjoy throughout the years. She also gave us a bonus treat in having her niece Jennifer come up and sing a couple of 70s disco hits for us. As busy as the night was the service was pretty good and we were pleased. There were 24 of us in our group and we each got waited on without most respect and happiness. I ordered the chicken lo mein and really enjoyed it. That is usually my go to for most Chinese/Asian restaurants. I will have to come in on a day off and try their lunch special because it is reasonably priced whereas the dinner prices are more. TIP: they include your gratuity (tip) in on the price of your bill so you don't have to try and figure out what to tip the wait staff. There is also a separate tip jar for the entertainer. I will be back again as I said to try the lunch special and maybe a special night out again. This was fun and a great way to and a Friday eve (Thursday).

Server was friendly and attentive. There were three in our party. We ordered a large Wor Wonton soup we share, good for 2 to 4 people. Fantastic started. All were fresh tasting and delicious. Perfectly cooked vegetables with a little crunch. Highly recommended for a healthy and delicious meal at a reasonable price!

Order at the cashier, grab a number, and food will be served to you. Needless to say, I ordered the 4. Shanghai pork mini soup dumplings which were $10.25 for 6 dumplings. I would've loved less dough, more soup, overall bigger portion size (larger dumplings or more of them). Otherwise, the soup itself was tasty. We also ordered the 14. Chongqing Fried Spicy Chicken $13.95, which was a platter of boneless chicken and peppers. I was very impressed with the crisp exterior but soft/juicy interior of the chicken. I'm not usually a spice person, but I was left feeling tingly but not in pain and not numb. Overall I found Heng's Kitchen to be disproportionately pricey given the taste and portion sizes. I'm pretty critical and discerning about my XLB, and this place did not totally satisfy my craving, although I was pleasantly surprised about the chicken. Note: rice is not included with any dish and is $1 extra. Free room-temperature self-serve water available.

When we got there the place was small and fairly busy but we were able to be seated quicker than I thought. I was surprised how quickly the food came out as we did order 9 dishes in which all of them were tasty! The server was welcoming and provided proactive service. He was always around to refill our drinks and take any empty dishes off our table. I don't know if we were just all hungry but all the food was yummy! My favs were the stir fry eggplant and minced pork with garlic sauce + Salt and Pepper Fish Fillet. They had a lot on the menu that I have yet to try. Overall our family was satisfied with the dishes we tried and the service was great!

The flavor is phenomenal. Only thing is, I wish they were a little crispier but I'm sure you could request that upon ordering. Fried rice and noodles are also delicious! First time I got the dumplings there, and second time had them delivered. Equally delicious- which I was worried about. Just so you know! :)

Got here around 11:45AM and there was a good stream of customers placing orders to go. While waiting I noticed they have a section selling chopsticks, and they even had children's Disney chopsticks. We waited about 20 minutes for our food and though we only ordered 2 dishes, it felt very heavy. Instead of their lunch specials, we ordered a couple of regular entrees. I thought General Tso Chicken was ok. I liked it wasn't very sweet and breading was minimal. You could actually taste big chunks of chicken. Unfortunately, I did not enjoy the Beef Lo Mein at all. I immediately smelled and tasted old oil which was very off putting and was very bland. I love vegetables and was disappointed with how little there was. Hubs even commented about the lack of vegetables. The portions are huge and we could only finish about a third. They give you a ton of food and the prices are lower than other Chinese restaurants around here. Service was also good. The question I always ask myself is would I return for their food and sadly the answer is no.

I planned to place my order online and did not see the garlic chicken, just garlic shrimp. I was super disappointed. My daughter told me to just order whatever and I knew she had never had moo shu chicken and this is a dish I love so I decided to go with that. Needless to say, this restaurants moo shu chicken was not like any other moo shu I have ever had. I mean the crepe and plum sauce was the same but the chicken and veggies were different and not in a good way. The flavor was mild and the plum sauce that was spread on the crepe saved this dish. What was disappointing was they gave us one small condiment cup of plum sauce and it wasn't even filled to the top. It was enough for two crepes and we had 6 crepes and chicken and veggies to fill all the crepes. If the plum sauce was what saved this dish imagine my disappointment in not having enough plum sauce for the remaining crepes. They definitely need to give a larger portion of plum sauce. I have turned my daughter on to egg drop soup and she loves it from our usual Chinese restaurant so she wanted to try it here. This egg drop had corn and tofu (we think, but not sure) in it. It was very bland. She had to add soy sauce to it to spruce up the flavor. We always order wonton chips for egg drop soup and did this time too. Their wonton chips were bland as well. Lastly, we ordered crab puffs and the same wonton shells were used for the crab puffs. Just another item that was bland. If I could get the garlic chicken I would try this place again but since I can't I don't foresee us ordering from here again. We will drive a few miles down the street to get our favorite place.

It was not quite as big of a portion as I expected, but it was still plenty. I definitely don't have complaints with the flavor. That being said, it was basically a big container out of happy family soup. The sauce was not thickened at all and was so thin, I had trouble fishing out all of the ingredients. It made it kind of difficult to eat, and I cannot imagine serving it on a plate in a restaurant. It would need to be served in a bowl. My coworker got the teriyaki chicken and said her teriyaki sauce was the same way. Essentially the same thickness as broth for a soup which she stated, made the chicken seem a little dry. Overall it was very average.

Anyhow the food was subpar. We won't be going here again. The Singapore noodles were very bland. The tiny vegetable egg rolls were ok but two of those small things for $5 is silly. They look worse than they taste to be fair. Then the orange chicken was bland as could be and strange sheets of chicken, not chunks like you'd expect. You can taste whatever they used to bread them. Almost like raw flour or cornstarch or something. The outside of the restaurant looks run down but the inside is nice. The staff was very nice and friendly. The online ordering system was easy to use. I honestly don't know how this place has 4.6 stars. We were super bummed out and now out $55.
