Rain or Shine, Ingrid had us Covered!…read more I had the pleasure of working with Ingrid from Grand Entrance Affairs for a destination wedding in Utah. I was part of the hair and makeup team that traveled from California to Utah for our awesome bride and groom. Working with Ingrid was such a great experience. She handled all the travel logistics--flights, hotel, rental car for our vendor team which made everything so easy for us. We just had to show up! She was super organized, responsive, and truly went the extra mile - even checking in during the bride's hair and makeup trial to make sure things were going smoothly. She made the whole weekend run seamlessly. That weekend, the weather started out brisk and cool, then it was beautiful and sunny, then cloudy and gray with torrential rain and double digit wind speeds. And then, it snowed. For a bunch of California girls, Ingrid was the reason why we were well prepared for all of it! If you're planning a destination wedding or any special occasion, I highly recommend Ingrid and the Grand Entrance Affairs team. Top-tier communication and coordination. We can't wait to work with her and her team again.

That feeling carried all the way through our wedding day. Danielle did an amazing job caring for me, encouraging me, and putting my mind at ease. So much love and intention went into planning our wedding, and being able to let go and enjoy it without worrying was priceless. I could be fully present, celebrate with our guests, and take in the happiest day of my life knowing they had everything handled. We wanted a team that could help keep us organized, communicate with our vendors, help build and manage the day-of timeline, and make sure all of the tiny details were accounted for leading up to the wedding. Most importantly, we wanted to actually ENJOY our wedding day. We wanted to dance, drink, eat, laugh, and party with our favorite people without worrying about which family member was supposed to walk down the aisle next or who was giving a speech after dinner. Allie and her team did ALL of that and then some. Allie made herself available for questions, recommendations, and guidance well before our official month-of coordination even began. She stayed on top of communication with us and our vendors, kept us on track with planning and booking, thought of details I never would have even considered, and somehow made the entire wedding planning process feel SO much easier. Allie brought so much life and fun to the entire process. She is an absolute joy to have around, does not take herself too seriously, and somehow manages to keep things organized while still making everything feel exciting and fun. That was such a breath of fresh air during a process that can very easily become overwhelming. The Morning Concierge service deserves its own shoutout because it was AMAZING. Angelynn joined us that morning and immediately became the person who somehow had an eye on everything. She brought breakfast, kept me hydrated, steamed all of the dresses, kept hair and makeup moving according to schedule, made sure the groomsmen were ready on time, and basically made sure the entire morning stayed on track without it ever feeling stressful. Having someone there whose entire job was to take care of the little things and keep us moving was SUCH a luxury. I could actually sit back, enjoy getting ready with my girls, and soak in the morning instead of constantly looking at the clock wondering what needed to happen next. When our wedding day finally arrived, we were able to completely let go and enjoy it. We did not have to worry about timelines, vendors, family, setup, speeches, or any of the million tiny things happening behind the scenes because we knew Allie and her team had it handled. And they DID. We genuinely loved every decision we made and every vendor we booked, but hiring Pop the Champagne was, without a doubt, one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. They allowed us to be fully present for the day we had spent so much time planning, and our wedding would not have been nearly as amazing without them. If you are debating whether you need a coordinator, DO IT. And if you are trying to decide who to hire, hire Pop the Champagne. Your future wedding-day self will thank you!

Planing your wedding can be a daunting task, stressful, chaotic, filled with drama, and sometimes disappointing and this is where Amber stepped in and saved us. Hiring Amber was one of the best decisions we made. Amber understood our vision and already had ideas of how to achieve them even before we officially hired her. You really cant say that about every vendor or wedding coordinator out there. For some vendors its just a contract but for Amber its creating a bond and we are grateful for that. Amber provides three different types of services depending on how much assistance you need in achieving your dream. Wedding Supervisor: http://www.amberevents.com/graphics/WeddingSUPERVISION.pdf Wedding Director: http://www.amberevents.com/graphics/WeddingDIRECTION.pdf Wedding production: http://www.amberevents.com/graphics/WeddingPRODUCTION.pdf We opted for the Wedding Director package since we already had booked some of the vendors. We needed someone to put all of our ideas together and make them work cohesively. Amber was all of that and a bag of chips. She had fantastic ideas, advice, took care of all of our vendors including the problematic ones, got us organized, gave us monthly tasks to complete, wedding day outline, rehearsal management, and the list goes on and on. Amber was very instrumental with our art deco theme ideas designing our invitation card, save the date cards, and using old luggage as part of our theme. Our wedding went off without a hitch. There were no problems with any of the vendors and they all knew what they had to do and at what time. All thanks to Amber and her amazing managerial skills and timeline mastery. We got what we wanted, to spend our wedding day with friends and family that we love stress free and most importantly smiling throughout the night celebrating our special day. Amber, Angela and I thank you from the bottom of our hearts and we don't consider you a "vendor" but a friend. Thank you for helping us make our vision and dream come true.
