Their prices are reasonable, even though we went over the 2hr Reservation, she did not charge us extra and let us enjoy our time together! This is definitely a one of a kind experience. My initial appointment at Winnie was in April but it got pushed to May and then again to June, which was really disappointing. However, Abegail at Winnie Couture contacted me to let me know they were doing virtual appointments with brides to get the process started. I took her up on her offer and I loved being able to see the dresses we had picked out together based on my style preferences. I was able to narrow it down to 3 dresses from that virtual appointment alone! I was finally able to go into Winnie in June and Abegail made sure I had the best experience ever. I was the only bride there, which made the whole experience very personal - not to mention their space is gorgeous. I fell in love with one of the dresses, but there were a couple of changes/additions I wanted to make. Although Abegail didn't have the answers or prices at that moment in time, she promised she would find out and let me know (which she did very promptly). I still had another appointment to go to and I was feeling anxious about making a decision. Not once did I feel pressured by Abegail, and she even recommended I get all of my appointments out of the way so that I didn't feel any regrets. After all of my appointments, I could not stop thinking about that dress at Winnie. Abegail helped me set up another appointment so that I could show the dress to my mom, and it was even better than the first time I went! It felt like I had known Abegail forever, and the whole experience felt so special. Again, I did not feel pressured or rushed at any point to make a decision, which might be what made my decision so easy! I finally said yes to the dress and I couldn't be happier with my decision. I HIGHLY recommend Winnie Couture for anyone looking for a special and stress free shopping experience - kudos to Abegail for making me feel special despite the challenging circumstances surrounding COVID-19!

And that's saying something, considering every other aspect of planning my wedding went incredibly smoothly. I hope this review saves another bride from what I went through. No bride spending thousands of dollars should have to chase down a business, pay for a dress she hasn't seen, or walk down the aisle in a poorly altered gown. I purchased my dress on May 12, 2025. The initial appointment was wonderful. I loved the dress, discussed customizations, and specifically chose a local boutique so I could have personal contact throughout the process. The boutique CLOSED without notifying me. I was told my dress would arrive in November. After repeatedly calling with no answer, I physically drove to the boutique, only to discover it had CLOSED. No email. No phone call. No notice. Just a boarded-up storefront. (Apparently they have since re-opened in Beverly Hills in a new location.) Imagine spending thousands of dollars and discovering the business has disappeared without notifying you. I had to track down their Atlanta location for answers. Even then, I was constantly chasing updates. Communication was virtually nonexistent. I was forced to pay the remaining 50% without seeing my dress so they would release it (mind you over a month later than expected in a location across the country). My gown was received and supposedly "inspected" in Charlotte, then shipped directly to their recommended alterations provider in Beverly Hills. I was expected to pay the remaining balance without ever inspecting it myself. Had I seen it, I would NOT have authorized final payment without addressing the issues. I had discussed specific customizations, including lining the bodice to eliminate a visible seam and modifying the underarm panels. Their associate confirmed these details IN WRITING, yet the seam remained visible. The train also appeared identical in length to the store sample. I've attached photos and screenshots. The entire process felt misleading and lacked transparency. Their recommended alterations provider was a disaster. The boutique insisted their Beverly Hills provider was the ONLY person they recommended because she knew their dresses and fabrics best. I trusted them. ANOTHER huge mistake. Appointments were repeatedly rescheduled, and the workmanship was unacceptable. My first appointment was December 21, 2025. I didn't take the dress home until March 14, 2026, nearly THREE MONTHS later, because I was leaving for my wedding that week. And after all that time, IT STILL DIDN'T FIT PROPERLY. The internal corset was visibly apparent through the gown, and the fit remained unfinished. These issues were noticeable throughout my wedding day. I remained patient and respectful, repeatedly requesting updates and ultimately a refund for customizations I believe were not completed as agreed. My calls, texts, and emails increasingly went unanswered. No refund. No resolution. No accountability. A warning to other brides.... I purchased my dress more than TEN MONTHS before finally taking it home. I communicated expectations in writing, paid thousands of dollars, and trusted their recommendations. In return, I experienced a store closure without notice, terrible communication, questionable customization work, disastrous alterations, and a dress that didn't fit properly on my wedding day. Let me be VERY clear: EVERY other aspect of planning my wedding went smoothly. Every other vendor was wonderful. This boutique was the SINGLE source of unnecessary stress, frustration, and anxiety throughout an otherwise incredible experience. What should have been one of the most special parts of being a bride became a months-long nightmare. To be disappointed with my dress on my actual wedding day was devastating. I would NEVER recommend this boutique. I genuinely wish someone had warned me before I spent thousands of dollars here.
