Aliana and her team are absolutely amazing! I contacted Aliana Events for my daughter's 9th birthday and it was the best decision ever! Since my daughter's birthday was during pandemic, we had a very small and intimate birthday sleepover celebration at home. Aliana made it so festive and beautiful. She worked back and forth with me finalizing all the little details. Aliana was extremely sweet, helpful and had lots of ideas. Delivery and pick up were on time, which is very important! Aliana Events created the most memorable birthday party for my daughter and I am so grateful for theitalent and work ethics. read more

Thanks to Aliana Events my bridal shower and wedding was nothing short of outstanding and amazing. All the recommended vendors were top quality and out of the ordinary, from the caterers to the photo and video. Aliana and Art are perfect team for a tasteful, chic, timeless and one of a kind event. read more

Aliana Events can officially be defined as: Perfection, amazing, beyond expectations, speechless, memorable, and any other positive adjective one can think of. Do NOT hesitate for even one second about hiring Aliana Events, you will not regret it and they are worth every single dime and some! You give them a vision, an idea, or just a thought, and they will leave your guests speechless with jaws to the floor. Working with Aliana and Art was literally the best experience of our wedding (other than the actual wedding of course!) Their ideas are so original that it will blow you and your guests away - our guests literally tell us everyday that it was a wedding they will never forget for the rest of their lives. Aliana's work speaks for itself, when you see the pictures of her previous work you know you will get a stunning set up. But once we met with them and started working with them the experience was so overwhelmingly positive that I can't find the words for them. First, Aliana, Art, and everyone on their staff is super positive and great to work with. They are genuinely not just happy for your event, but they are just as excited as you. This is important when working with someone on a big life event such as this, you want that person to care as much as you. Secondly, they are all very organized and punctual, they literally take all the stress off of your shoulders and put it on theirs. They take care of every single item from A to Z and not only take care of them, but execute them beyond your wildest imaginations. They brought our fairytale wedding to real life. Even the venue was speechless after they saw what they turned the place into. Aliana's artistic vision is one a kind, and their execution of that vision is flawless. They have access to exclusive vendors for flowers, decors, etc. And again, these are not just any type of florals or decor - these are designs that have not been seen. Even in times of stress, which there was only one time, Aliana and her team never broke their positive attitude and quickly put us at ease and took care of the issue immediately. Whatever I have written here does not do them justice, if you are lucky enough to have the opportunity to hire Aliana Events for your wedding or any other event, do NOT hesitate. They will be in constant communication with you at all times, they are always one text or phone call away at any time of the day or night (they even met with us at 10 at night just to accommodate our schedule and ensure everything is on track), they are super professional and devoted to you. Aliana is devoted to her work and craft, and calling her a "event planner" is underselling it. She is a one of a kind, do it all, artist with a gifted vision for creativity. It would be a disservice to your event and guests if you do not leave a lasting impression. Make your event stand out from the rest! read more

OMG Aliana is the best! She organized my girlfriend birthday and it was AMAZING! She pays attention to very small details, will listen to what you want and how you want to make it. If I could give 10 stars I would! Aliana planned my 30th birthday, and I couldn't be more ecstatic with the outcome! To say it was incredible would be an understatement! Not only are her designs and ideas creative, lavish, exquisite, and tasteful but she truly listens to you to genuinely connect and understand your vision. (I can be very particular but I also have a tendency to throw out too many ideas and possibilities regarding themes and styles making it difficult to stick with one and instead confusing myself and those around me). But not her, Aliana was able to streamline and focus on the big things and little things combining them together, finessing and bringing my vision to life in a way that I now realize ONLY a professional like Aliana could. I have never experienced this before with an event planner of any caliber. (I still cringe at the thought of the one I hired for my birthday 5 years ago). Aliana is so devoted to what she does that I am in awe of her - it's quite inspirational actually. She is responsive and never allows you to "lose your marbles" in the planning process because she had a solution or suggestion for my every concern and question. She made the entire experience easy and stress-free which was exactly what I needed because I have so much going on as it is. Aliana is the ultimate event planning guru and visionary!! I can't imagine hiring anyone else in the future. Thank You! read more

Wow Wow Wow!!! Words cannot even describe how happy I am with Aliana Events! Aliana and Art were an absolute pleasure to work with. The planning process was easy. We met several times before the big day to discuss esthetics and logistics. Aliana presented me with a vision board and discussed details that she was thinking for the event. She listened to me so well and gave me exactly what I wanted, but also spoke up with advice And her own ideas when needed. A few days before the wedding we had a weather emergency and rain was in the forecast on my outdoor wedding. Aliana and Art drove down to the wedding venue and came up with plan B. Aliana called me and assured me that the esthetic would not change. We last minute had to put up a tent. Everything was handled by the team and once again I felt secure. In 48 hours without a hitch and with no added stress to me the reception was moved and looked even more beautiful then the original plan. On the day of the wedding everything was beyond my expectation. Aliana and Art gave me the wedding of my dreams and I cannot thank them enough. Everything went seamless the day of. I was unaware of any issues that may have presented. Aliana provided me with a day of assistant (ella) who was calm and helpful. She was with me during pictures fixing any hair misplaced or running around getting things that were needed. Aliana had a beautiful eye for design. Aliana and the team gave me the best wedding ever!!! I highly highly recommend using Aliana Events for any event. read more

We hired Alaina, as our wedding stylist as we had already a wedding planner. Aliana really came prepared with a vision of what I wanted and took the time to find out the extra details that would really make the difference to achieve the look we had envisioned. She was extremly prepared when we would meet with a floor plan/design and came with samples of linens etc. Aliana was also very helpful in recommending vendors and primarily our florist Celio, which we could not have been happier with. She is very approachable and was able to work with our budget. Overall we were very very happy with the look of our wedding and with the vision that she was able to create. read more

Any time we found ourselves with a concern or question, she had a solution or impeccably insightful advice within seconds of our call. She is incredibly responsive and dedicated to her clients. Aliana made our wedding day the most spectacular night of our lives. Her creativity, designs, and overall vision are incomparable to anyone else in the entire world. Can't express enough gratitude for Aliana Rubins and Art Osa at Alina Events. There is no "Thank you" card big enough for her and her team. Aliana and her crew (Jenya and Anastasia )were absolutely outstanding in everything from the beginning of the planning my son's wedding till the light blazed on the dusking sky of that amazing day! Aliana transformed the venue into the white fairytale of lights and flowers. All Aliana's vendors were absolutely impeccable. Breathtaking elegancy of flowers by Inna@butterflorals; most delicate and heartwarming captures of love and friendship by Katie Beverly@katiebeverlyphotography and WhiteRose videographer and event production. And ...DJ Legacy group - what an unforgettable spectacular atmosphere of music and fun. The wedding day from the morning till the end was a breath of sun, laughter and love. It was amazing to be a guest at your son's wedding, knowing that everything is beautiful and taken care. Alina Events are Absolutely "THE BEST"!!!!! We were looking for a day-of coordinator for our wedding that took place last weekend. Our florist, Butterfly Floral, recommended Aliana to us. My husband and I couldn't really afford to hire a full on planner to plan our entire wedding, but definitely wanted someone to help us on the day-of. It was important for us to have someone there on the day of the wedding to ensure everything was running smoothly, and that's exactly what Aliana did for us. We worked hard on planning our wedding, and Aliana really helped with the execution on the day of our wedding. She recommended some vendors to us (which we didn't end up using, but still nice of her), helped us with the day of schedule, assisted with the rehearsal, and was on-site all day the day of the wedding. I highly recommend her, as it was definitely money well spent for us! Thank you, Aliana! -The Savranskys read more

Aliana and her team are amazing! She planned, designed, and organized my daughter's Bat Mitzvah. She was a pleasure to work with from the start. She has great vision, unique style, and incredible taste. She was easy to work with, had all the little details covered, and relieved me of all my stress. The party was phenomenal. Everyone was in awe of the decor. The centerpieces were stunning, the dessert table was breathtaking, and the kids lounge area was a hit. I can go on and on but words can not describe how she transformed the venue and truly made it beautiful, a work of art. But not only was it beautiful, it was organized and fun. Her team and the people that she recommends and brings in are great. They work well together and know how to please the crowd. Every person at our event came up to us and commented not only on its beauty, but also how much fun it was. Aliana is amazing at what she does. No one can surpass her style, organizational skills, and her ability to orchestrate an event flawlessly. She is the BEST. I hope that I get the pleasure of working with her again. read more

Since the day I met with Aliana, I knew she was the perfect planner for me. Her ideas and creativity were amazing. I am probably not like the average bride. I knew exactly what I wanted from the start, but with my busy schedule told her that I really have no time nor desire to help pick out vendors, decor, florals, etc. I basically told her "just surprise me, I trust you!". All I told her was the theme and colors I would love to have, and gave her full range to do the rest. Boy, was I surprised the day of my wedding. It was the best decision because I got to fully enjoy my day without all the headache and worries. Everything was just perfect, more than what I envisioned and expected. Her team was so detailed with every aspect of the wedding. It was just perfect! Her assistant, Mimi was so helpful and sweet throughout the whole planning ordeal. I can't say enough about Aliana and her team. The best part is that one the wedding day was over, they don't just forget about you, we still keep in touch! This is my first review on yelp, after my wedding I decided to open a yelp account and write a review for this amazing make up artist. So let me explain why she is so amazing; I had an appointment with Aliana for my make up trial on the day of my bridal shower. At the same time I made an appointment with someone else to do my hair. We were first scheduled to do my hair appointment and then my make up. When my mom and I got there, the hair stylist was not there. We waited for over half an hour. She ended up not showing up and didn't have the courtesy to answer any of my calls. It was Sunday and everywhere was closed or booked. I didn't know if I should cry or what to do. Long story short, when Aliana arrived and we told her what has happened, she started to call different hair stylist to see who could come and help. One hour later she was able to find a hair stylist who came to do my hair. Seriously who does that? She went out of her way and stayed with me and my mom until the end to make sure we were okay. Now that just shows how good hearted and kind she is. Now about her make up skills: She did a great job on my make up. Everyone loved my make up on my bridal shower. I was so impressed that I didn't hesitate to book her for my wedding. Besides being a great artist, her personality is amazing. Honestly, I enjoy every single of my wedding pictures. I told her that I want a clean, chic make up and Aliana did a fantastic job, I got so many compliments on my make up on my wedding day. I am so grateful that I had Aliana do my makeup. I am grateful not just as my wedding make up artist, but I got a chance to meet another amazing person in my life. read more
