This brewery is still new. Nonetheless I had a good time and I can see how it will get even better. I was here around lunchtime on a Saturday. I of course ordered a flight and loved it. 2 out of the 4 deserve a shout out. The cherry deadelion was simply well put together. But Ravendark stout was definitely the best, an awesome everyday stout. I noticed a crowler machine but the brewery was not quite ready yet to sell them. Too bad! They did have 16 oz and 32 oz growlers available though. The space itself was very chill with a good amount of room. You can bring your dog, your kids, whatever. Parking on site is limited but you can park on street. I'm very certain I will be back! read more

There is something really, really off about the service in this place. I went when it was only a little busy and it was almost impossible to get served. Last time I went I got there when it opened, exactly at noon. There were four customers and me sitting at the bar; it still took ten minutes for someone to ask me what I wanted, and not because other people were being served. The beer is decent; certainly doesn't justify the "you are lucky if you get one" vibe. One more thing. I almost never say this about any place I go to, but the prices here are too high. For a micro-brewery to charge 8.50 (Wayward Hellion) and 9.50 (Trouble IPA) for a pint of beer made on the premises - that is far too high. read more

Have had numerous hazy IPAs, and quite a few after I first tasted Apex as it got me looking at hazy or New England IPAs. I've been drinking Ghost Hawk on draft for quite some time (their lager is my all time favorite) now but only recently got over to the brewery. They're only open outside currently due to Covid, but on the two occasions I went I had a great time. Socially distanced tables and stools upon request, various selections for all types of beer lovers, and an accommodating staff that follow all protocol and then some! Came here for the grand opening of Ghost Hawk Brewery on 4/20. I've visited over 50 breweries across the country and I'm glad one finally opened up in my neighborhood. The brewery is located across the street from the famous Rutts Hut, so even though they don't currently serve food you can bring your own. Having great rippers across the street is a perfect location. On the opening day they were not offering flights due to the high volume of people, but I'll make sure to come back next weekend and try the 6 beers they currently have on tap. As for today, i only tried three so far. The ghost hawk lager, Apex predator and the Trouble IPA. My favorite was definitely the Apex Predator IPA which is a New England style IPA. The other two were also pretty good. The service was hectic since its the grand opening so i can't judge them on that. Really excited for this brewery and I'm sure a lot of great things to come. Didnt get to see any actual brewing (which i expected), but since its a small brewey, the bar was right by all of their machinery and enhanced the whole industrial ambience. They were decorated for halloween and it was def a very themed cute display. Their beers were awesome- ghost hawk seems to be a popular and would recommend. I personally like wheat beers and they had two that i particularly liked. Prices were very reasonable and flights were $10 for 4 beers which gave you a good taste of all their offerings. came here on a Sunday afternoon with a group of 4. All of the beers were so good, I was really impressed. It's not a huge tasting room but there is plenty of seating and tables. You can bring your own good, too. They have a good seasonal selection, too. The staff was helpful and the prices are really reasonable. It shares a building with a distillery but we didn't have a chance to try it out (next time!) The parking lot is a little tight but you can park on the street. Also I believe they offer a discount on your bill if you show them that you took an Uber or Lyft there. They're right across the street from Rutts Hutt (YUM). I would definitely recommend this place or trying their beer if you see it out at a bar in the area. read more

Ghost Hawk Brewing is a garage bash with good music, great beer, nice people, fast service. I tasted every brew on tap except for the Stout and they all were delicious especially the Apex Predator NEIPA and the Cherry Dandelion which is a wonderful tart wheat beer. The servers were friendly and fast. The crowd was a bit larger then other breweries we've visited with a great mix of older couples and young groups all enjoying delicious craft beers. They do not serve food, but there is a hotdog joint just across the street and a few restaurants just minutes away. They have a few picnic table and benches although I didn't see anyone eating I'm assuming you can bring food in if you wanted too. First off, I had no idea this place even existed and was about a mile and a half from my house, until my friend Dez invited me out. This was actually the first brewery I have ever been to since I don't usually drink beer. This place is conveniently located near Rutt's Hut so that's a good thing after throwing back a few brewski's (corny I know). It was a very open space which was nice since there was a lot of room to move around. They had a bunch of tables spread out with the distiliry in the background. I had previously emailed them to see if I could bring my 6 year old with me and they were quick to respond back with "Sure thing family is always welcome, just come before 4!" There were a few kids there which was nice and they also had several different board games for everyone to use. So the atmosphere is def chill. The bartenders were all quick, efficient, and nice. They offered flights, 5oz cups, 10oz cups, and 16 oz cups and have 7 beers on tap, I also read online that you could bring growlers in and get them filled as well.This was a cool spot I'm not a beer drinker buttttt, I think I found one I'd drink again! Finally when they looked my way they still ignored until i finally said hello can I get a beer. You make money by getting drinks for the people at the bar. If this is too much trouble get a new job.
