I had…read morea very difficult time getting a new washer delivered after my warrantied one broke, and Melissa saw the process through and made sure everything went smoothly. My washer broke a few weeks ago, and I got a return goods authorization from the manufacturer after they couldn't fix it. Unfortunately, I had to come into the store to get it exchanged. I was initially annoyed, but when I walked into the store, Melissa immediately came over and had me send everything to her email so she could take care of it. She told me what to do and who to see so I could get everything finalized. Then on the day of the delivery... nothing! I call the store and get transferred SEVEN times. Everyone is passing the call around trying not to make it their problem. That is, until Melissa gets on the phone. I explain my issue and she immediately remembers me and says she'll find out what happened. She calls back and lets me know they gave me the wrong date. And to expect it the next day. Next day comes and goes. I call back and ask to speak to Melissa specifically. She apologizes and says she will personally reschedule the delivery this time. She sends the confirmation and assures me it will go through. And it did, the delivery went smoothly. In a store where everyone seemed anxious to pass my issue onto the next person, Melissa took ownership of the process and ensured a smooth delivery. I'd ask for her if I had any issues again. TLDR: Melissa Torrens from customer service is the person you want helping you if something goes wrong.

Went in to look through and compare a couple of TV options. DId some initial looking with some…read morenotes. Plenty of options as most displays should. We could see the prices are comparable n competitive to other retailers. Jonathan professionally approached us and introduced himself simply offering support for any questions we may have. We continued and after some more notes, we approached him and he facilitated information, answers, and experience. In the end, we decided on 2 TVs, personal upgrade interest. We also took advantage of an incoming need of a mattress and asked Jonathan to assist. We narrowed down and selected a purchase. Unfortunately, the item was erroneously showing as in stock but actually not available. Jonathan made all efforts to locate and facialte a replacement that met our needs. I chose an alternate option as it was for a non-local location use and had to acquire at that other city location. We asked him to update and refund that purchase and again he diligetnly supported the refund transaction. Our alternate choice was not reflective of Jonathan's service, salesmanship, or of Brandsmart. He was always professional, honest, and very communicative even after hours to ensure we were satisfied.

Terrible Quality and Lack of Support -- Frigidaire Refrigerator Rusted Within a Year…read more I am extremely disappointed with my purchase at BrandsMart USA. Exactly one year ago, I bought a Frigidaire refrigerator, and--to my surprise--the doors are already showing multiple rust spots. It is unacceptable that an appliance of this price point--and supposedly made of "stainless steel"--begins to corrode after just 12 months of normal use. I have been a long-time customer of BrandsMart, but I consider it disrespectful to the consumer that they sell products with such obvious manufacturing defects in their materials. The rust is not the result of misuse, but rather a failure in the finish's protective coating. I hope that BrandsMart management or a Frigidaire representative will take responsibility and provide me with a solution (either replacement doors or store credit), as a product should not become aesthetically ruined in such a short period of time.
