I am reviewing ONE person with five stars, and that's Melissa Torrens from customer service. I had a very difficult time getting a new washer delivered after my warrantied one broke, and Melissa saw the process through and made sure everything went smoothly. My washer broke a few weeks ago, and I got a return goods authorization from the manufacturer after they couldn't fix it. Unfortunately, I had to come into the store to get it exchanged. I was initially annoyed, but when I walked into the store, Melissa immediately came over and had me send everything to her email so she could take care of it. She told me what to do and who to see so I could get everything finalized. Then on the day of the delivery... nothing! I call the store and get transferred SEVEN times. Everyone is passing the call around trying not to make it their problem. That is, until Melissa gets on the phone. I explain my issue and she immediately remembers me and says she'll find out what happened. She calls back and lets me know they gave me the wrong date. And to expect it the next day. Next day comes and goes. I call back and ask to speak to Melissa specifically. She apologizes and says she will personally reschedule the delivery this time. She sends the confirmation and assures me it will go through. And it did, the delivery went smoothly. In a store where everyone seemed anxious to pass my issue onto the next person, Melissa took ownership of the process and ensured a smooth delivery. I'd ask for her if I had any issues again. TLDR: Melissa Torrens from customer service is the person you want helping you if something goes wrong. read more

Lo vivido en BrandSmart Dadeland fue, sin exagerar, la peor experiencia como cliente que he tenido en una tienda de electrónica, y el responsable directo fue el manager. Mi esposa compró una bocina Sonos como regalo. Seis días después la probamos y no era lo que necesitábamos. Al regresar, el manager Carlos Escobar negó la devolución de forma arrogante, diciendo que "eso estaba en el recibo" y que yo tenía que haberlo leído. Es ridículo. Nadie puede leer una política de devolución en un recibo que no existe hasta después de pagar. Lo más absurdo es pretender que un equipo de audio se pueda evaluar correctamente en una tienda ruidosa como esa. Por eso tiendas serias como Best Buy, Amazon, Costco, Target, B&H Photo y Crutchfield ofrecen 30 días o más de devolución para productos Sonos. BrandSmart no solo no está a ese nivel, sino que ni siquiera intenta comportarse como un comercio profesional. Pero lo peor fue la actitud del manager: prepotente, maleducado y completamente incapaz de manejar una situación con un cliente. Llegó incluso a mentir diciendo que "Sonos tiene política de cero devoluciones", algo que es totalmente falso. Llamé directamente a Sonos y lo confirmé. Mintió sin ningún problema. Cuando un manager general finalmente aprobó la devolución, este mismo manager que se negó desde el inicio ni siquiera tuvo la decencia de mirarme a la cara ni pedir disculpas. Eso no es liderazgo, no es profesionalismo y no es servicio al cliente: es incompetencia pura. I came with my mom to get a tv for her room and it was not a good experience. The first time we came was on Saturday and we purchased a tv and wall mount. We got both items and were happy. However, when we got home after installing the wall mount on the wall, we found out the mount was not compatible with the tv that was suggested by the salesperson. We went back today and had to buy a different tv, since the wall mount was on our wall. We chose a compatible tv and got an order number to take to the cashier. When we got there they gave us the wrong tv. We had to wait at the register for the right tv. Prices are okay which is the main reason we come back to Brandsmart. read more

The warehouse took 30 to 50 minutes, and during this time the tv was dropped and they covered it up by wrapping it and placed it in our car without us noticing. At home, we saw what happened. We went back the next day, & they refused to refund us. In fact, they said they would only refund the warranty. Please, brandsmart do better. read more

The bad -- the guy who connected the Dryer vent duct did such a piss-poor job I had to pull the Dryer off the wall and re-adjust the vent duct connection, which he damaged in the process. Very unprofessional after many years of patronizing Brandsmart since the 80's when they had only one store. I was assisted by someone named NoMan Gull, and honestly, I've never been treated with such disrespect and lack of professionalism in any store. His attitude was rude, dismissive, and completely out of line -- as if I was an inconvenience just for being there. He spoke to me in a condescending way, like I didn't deserve his time or basic courtesy. BrandsMart should seriously reconsider who they allow to represent their company on the front lines. This Brandmart could be classified as MAFIA OPERATIONS. they are in bed with WHITTS TOW COMPANY who has an army of tow trucks waiting to tow ALL vehicles as soon as the brandmart closes. I have reached out to brandmart three times in past few weeks and they will NOT respond to any of my emails. WHITTS TOW COMPANY claims they have a private contract with brandmart but will not show you. Reached out to their politician but NO response, the most likely case is that Miami Dade has become a mafia ops with paid parking everywhere. Hence they are in bed with these tow companies. I ordered an antenna adapter online that showed as being in stock and on clearance. The order showed as "processing" for almost a week. I was of course charged right away. I finally chatted with a rep there only to find out it was not available. I had to ask for my money back, and supposedly it will take 3-5 days. This was a wrong decision ad will never go to sny of these stores, or mall in my lie. If I were you, will never go here either, unless you want your purchase have a mark up of $145. read more

Today I have had the worst possible customer service, we were at the BrandsMart USA store, which is at 16051 S Dixie Hwy, Miami, FL 33157. We were attended by the Manager Timmy Roberts, this Mr. He did not give us any solution to the problem we had of the mishandling of a replacement guarantee by the store, his words were only limited to "I can't do anything" and he almost called us liars.
