What a wonderful company. Yogi and his team care so much about the little details and are willing to go far and beyond to make your vision come to life. We wanted to reface our fireplace. Yogi and his crew at GH Remodeling did a really lovely job remodeling my kitchen, laundry room and refinishing my hardwood floors. His prices were fair and Yogi was a very hands on manager. I could call him at any time, even on weekends and he would answer and always willing to talk things over. Juanita in the office was super helpful with reminders and scheduling! Yogi and his team worked very fast and were well coordinated and did excellent work (and we are hard to please perfectionists). Yogi is the man! It's amazing to finally find someone who is completely honest, understands good business practices, and isn't out just to jam a client for a couple of extra bucks. He came in, fixed our counter top, repaired our leaking pipes, and even FaceTimed to assist me in my attempt to replace my faucet. Then he came back to fix a pipe that was leaking free of charge. Some didn't think the project was big enough for their time, some didn't drive a whole 10 miles from the valley to Santa Clarita, and the local guy everyone in my neighborhood recommended wouldn't even pick up the phone or return my calls. Be careful what you tell them, they will use it against you to sell you their services. 2 stars because at least we have a properly working Solar Panel system. Initially we were sold, We were about to sign up to Solar City for Solar Panels. but GH remodeling, (Zeus Solar, DBA) provided for a much better literature. Now came the poor customer service. It took weeks before the actual contract was actually signed, mostly because they kept sending us blank or unfilled contracts which we refused to sign. They've sent us NEM contracts from LA water and power, but we are from Southern California Edison. Electricians came over to install panels, charged us for new Electric Panel, even Solar City said they would, which is fair. But when I started inquiring about other electrical concerns I have regarding our house, they started using my own words against us. Saying that they're inspection over the attic or under the house has spotted other concerns. tried to sell that we had to have the electrical work done, otherwise we may have inspection issues. They pressed us for their services, saying they will have to charge us to do so, when they never had anyone in the attic anyway to inspect. We resisted and told them we will have someone else fix the problem. It was only then that they changed their tone. Too bad too. I was really considering their electrical services. It went to someone else. Especially when they replaced our Electrical Panel from a 100AMP box to a 200AMP but they used the old breakers and did not change the breakers to match the upgrade. to be fair, it passed the solar panel inspection, but during our home inspection (for an unrelated home extension in progress at the time of solar panel installation) approval was not given because for the breakers. Finger pointing between our contractors and GH Remodelling, when GH was the last to touch the panels. We now have a properly running Solar Panel. yey. But for some reason i am not confident that if anything happens to break, or if it does not produce what it says it does, GH Remodelling (Zeus Solar) will not be there to provide full support. I maybe doubtful for the next 30 years. I hope not. Somehow i wished we had just gone through with Solar City. But we are here now. We shall hope for the best. read more

Project from hell! This was our first home project and it was a big one. We were going to redo our backyard. We went with GH remodeling. They showed us all their certification and insurance. They also told us it would take 2-3 weeks to finish. Lies! Took 2 months! The communication with them was horrible!! We would call them and were told they would call us back; never did. We had to call them again to get answers; so unprofessional. We were promised stuff that we didn't receive. We were told afterwards that certain things they didn't do; but we were promised at signing. They made it seem that they were doing us a favor by doing the stuff. If they didn't do it; we should have been told at the signing. We're given excuses as to why stuff wasn't done on time. There was never any supervision, we felt we were the ones doing the supervision. The workers always questioned us on the next steps. We had to deal with so many people. There were days that no one showed up; and no call. We paid so much money for this project and there were lots of mistakes. Still having them come to repair their mistakes. The only good service we received was from the lady in the front office; she is the only one that seemed concerned and was compassionate for what we were going thru. I'm somewhat satisfied with some of the stuff. the backyard looks nice; but some items still not satisfied with. I will never ever ever work with this company again. They are rude, unprofessional and not what I expected. For the money we paid; we should have had received superb work; and we didn't. This whole experience was horrible and we were stressed out through whole process. I do not recommend this company at all. read more
