I have wanted to remodel my kitchen for many years and contacted Precision Home Remodeling and a couple of other contractors for a proposal. Chris and Sebastian were not only very responsive to my ideas of what I wanted but also made some great suggestions of improvements in size and function that I hadn't thought of . They were very professional and within one day I had my proposal and I accepted . Within 2 days the work started with a kitchen being completely enclosed with plastic floor to ceiling when the demolition started. Chris supervised the project and was here almost daily and made sure that everything was on schedule and no delays, the whole project ran like clockwork, and I was informed daily about the upcoming schedules . Chris inspected daily that the work was done correctly and that the areas were left clean at the end of the day. We had Precision Home Remodeling do a variety of things, mainly: 1) Kitchen remodel 2) Replace two bathroom vanities 3) Replace old wooden doors with modern white solid core shaker doors 4) Replace carpet with vinyl flooring I chose to work with Precision Home Remodeling because I was impressed the portfolio of work that Ido, the CEO, showed me on his tablet and the level of professionalism he demonstrated during our initial consultation. I am impressed with the overall quality of work. The kitchen looks modern now, the white quartz is stylish and easy to clean. Our bathroom vanities look amazing and cohesive with our kitchen, as we were able to use the same countertop material and cabinets as the kitchen. Our master bathroom has a full height (counter to ceiling) quartz backsplash that is one solid piece! I was impressed with that because maneuvering and installing such a large and heavy piece was surely difficult . Most of the new floor looks and feels great, there is only one or two spot that has a bit of flex to it but that is no fault of the company, since that portion of the subfloor isn't perfectly level and we're using floating floors. They applied self leveling cement on it already and leveling it even further to fix those flexes would've costed me more money, which I opted not to spend, but they tried their best and worked with me to make it satisfactory. We had existing wood cabinets that needed molding to cover the expansion gap between it and the flooring, and the color of the molding (brown, wood-like color) they used matched perfectly with the wood cabinet! Our new doors look good too, they were able to re-use our existing door knobs and put them back on for us. The paint finish is excellent, and when I pointed out a couple of small gashes on the sides of one of the doors (most likely came like this out of the box), they fixed those and painted them as well. Jesus and his son did some spot painting in a variety of areas (near mini split, window frame, stucco paint) and it looks great! I was pleasantly surprised that they also added matching texture when they painted the ceiling and walls of the kitchen and bathroom vanities, as we never had painted texture in those areas before. Customer service: The best I have ever seen from a contractor. Ido responds extremely fast to text messages or phone calls. He will not hesitate to call/text you back quickly regardless of whether or not it's good news or bad news, which shows how honest and upfront he is. We had a few unforeseen problems during the project (which are normal and will likely happen for most construction projects) but he was able to come up with solutions that worked for both of us. He is quite sociable as well, as he got along well with my family and they enjoy talking to him. Jesus and his son was a pleasure to work with. Jesus came on time, mostly showed up when he said he would, and worked hard to make us happy. For example, in one of the bedrooms, we had floors and the door replaced. The two large desks that we wanted to put back into the room did not fit through the door opening anymore after it was replaced with a new door. Jesus and his son worked overtime and stayed after 6:00 PM to remove the newly installed door, move the desks (which still barely fit in the door frame's rough opening) into the room, and put the door back on! Initially I had given up and told them it's ok to not put the desk back in, told them I would just buy new smaller desks, but they insisted they could put them back in, and with some clever pivoting and movement, they got it in! Jorge and his wife have amazing stone masonry skills. I would guess they've been doing this for a long time, probably decades. The quartz countertop, backsplash, and waterfall edge they installed look great! Jorge also came back to do small touch up finishes/fixes. I love how Precision Home Remodeling is the type of company that will come back to fix something if it is not right, even after you've paid them. Work is up to code and proper. Ido and his crew have a high level of attention to detail and will fix and/or finish things that I don't always need to point out beforehand. This was my first major remodeling project. I had never worked with a contractor before, and I was worried about trusting my house and investing a considerable amount of money with somebody I had never met before. I interviewed some contractors, and I wasn't happy that they wanted to sell me what they had, rather than listening to me and helping me develop a design that could fulfill my expectations and accommodate my budget. I liked Ido from the beginning because he listened to me, and showed professionalism and respect from the first day. Ido clearly has a lot of experience in the business, and he helped me develop ideas that ended up in the beautiful interior design that I have now. He and his engineer came up with a solution to modify the structure of my home, so I could turn the kitchen, dining room and living room into a large open space. At first I didn't think it would be possible - but Ido and his team came up with the right solution and executed it efficiently and in the estimated time. I was also worried at the beginning about out of control costs - I had heard many horror stories from other people before. But Ido proved to be fair and worked with me when unexpected issues appeared. We negotiated a scope of work and a written estimate from the beginning, and I didn't pay a dollar over what was negotiated. There were budget overruns - but they came from issues that were not possible to see before starting the work. Ido was clear at the beginning that, because the house is old, he didn't know what he may uncover once he removed the walls and the underfloor, and there could be extra expenses. These extra expenses came from things like uncovering a very uneven subfloor, replacing a 70 year old iron sewer, adding structure to bring things up to code, and a few other minor things. But Ido was always willing to work with me on the pricing, and I found him to be pretty fair. I have to say - the sticker price seemed steep at the beginning, and adding the overruns was a strain on my budget. But in the end, you get what you pay for. Ido delivered what he promised he would deliver. He was always on top of things, listened to all my concerns and responded very efficiently and professionally to what I asked for. Being an engineer myself, I can be strict when focusing on details, but Ido always accommodated my requests (as long as they were reasonable, of course). I was also very happy that the house was finished in the promised timeframe. Before starting the job, I heard lots of stories from friends that worked with other contractors about how they always blew up the schedule, but that wasn't the case with Ido. There were a few minor delays because of the issues that we discovered during the construction, but overall, the project was finished on time and at a reasonable cost. My house now looks like a new house, and I'm enjoying it every day. I will definitely recommend Ido and his company to anybody that is thinking of doing a remodeling job, big or small. read more

I am very pleased with the work done on our home by Precision Home Remodeling. We had a leak from our air conditioner with severe water damage to 2 bathrooms, master bedroom, and hall. Kris from Precision Home Remodeling helped us to negotiate with our insurance company to get double the initial amount they offered for the repairs. Kris was able to give us a reasonable bid for the home repairs plus additional work we needed for roofs on part of our home and flooring with baseboards throughout our house. We also requested a new window that other contractors had been unable to replace due to the restricted space around the old window. Kris also had great recommendations for a new mantel that included painting of old bricks and some new tile work around the fireplace. Our home is old and Kris from Precision Home Remodeling authorized extra work to paint our ceiling, replace wood in our patio for the new roof, and leveling of our floors (all of which we did not realize needed to be completed). Kris's team was very professional and skilled. His painter, Asi, smoothed out walls that had always been uneven due to multiple coats of paint and he repaired old cracks to make everything look new. One of his workers, Jesus, did a great job with the tile on our mantel and was able to install a new vanity that required a lot of skill to fit under a large mirror and to get it level on an uneven floor. Kris also offered us upgraded flooring for the same price of the flooring we had chosen from a big box store. We were told by our insurance company and family/friends that the amount of work we were doing could take 6 months to a year to complete. However, Precision Home Remodeling was able to complete the job in 2 months. Kris was always responsive to our questions and texts throughout the project. Although it is always difficult to go through major home construction, I am overjoyed with the results. Everything looks fresh, updated, and new. The new picture window is very clear and more energy efficient, I have been waiting 20 years to replace it.
