Couldn't be happier with how it turned out. Our project manager Tamir was exceptional -- responsive, organized, and clearly invested in the quality of the work. He kept the job moving at a surprisingly fast pace and promptly resolved issues as they arose. Pricing was competitive -- we got multiple estimates and Way To Go came in reasonable without cutting corners. You can see it in the finish quality: the stonework is clean, the tile on the curved bench is precise, and the side yard pathway turned out better than we imagined. Our pool cleaner gave high praise on the resurfacing work when he arrived for the first cleaning! Highly recommend for anyone looking to transform their outdoor space -- quality work, fair pricing, and a timeline that'll surprise you.

The remodel included changing the old plaster to mini pebble, installing new tile, adding a new LED pool light, and doing the deco seal around the pool. The finish came out great and it completely refreshed the look of the pool. Once all the materials were ordered and ready, the actual work was completed in about a week, which I was really happy about. Tamir kept everything organized and the crew stayed on schedule. I also appreciated that he was able to accommodate a couple of last-minute additions I requested during the project and made sure everything was taken care of. The crew did solid work and the pool looks great now. I'm happy with how everything turned out and would recommend Way To Go Builders if you're planning a pool remodel.

As retired seniors, we had been thinking about some small upgrades to our home -- both for esthetic…read moreand personal safety reasons. Our exterior paint had faded significantly over the last 25+ years and looked dull and boring. Inside, the kitchen and bathrooms were well worn from decades of renter abuse when we'd lived out of state, and we'd always worried about the electrical wiring and service capacity of our 1950s-era home. Normally, we ignore solicitors and flyers, but a knock on our door and brief conversation piqued our interests and we agreed to meet with Build Force Remodeling's representative the next day. Honestly, we just wanted to get an idea about how much a new exterior paint job, kitchen and master bathroom remodel might cost and if we could afford it. The following day, we met with Steve Morris and his associate, Benjamin. After showing them our kitchen and bathroom, we discussed several options regarding the scope of work, materials, etc. and finally got a cost estimate. Initially, we balked at the cost due to what we believed were our financial constraints of living on a fixed income. Steve asked about our mortgage and duration of ownership, suggesting that we might be able to refinance our home loan and use our equity to pay for the project with no out-of-pocket expenses. This brightened our outlook, and we then discussed adding a complete electrical rewiring and capacity upgrade. All in all, we determined that the expanded project was "doable", and we signed a contract. Demolition work began immediately and we were impressed with the care they showed handling our furniture and belongings. The exterior painting crew, led by "Francisco", did a fabulous job that included replacing rotted wood, patching broken stucco. We love the new Forest Green color and the "curb appeal" alone is awesome! The interior remodel work was expertly done by "Diego" who's personal attention to craftsmanship, detail, and our customer satisfaction overwhelmed us! "Shay" and his team of electricians made several helpful suggestions to the rewiring work that provided not only greatly improved lighting throughout, but also improved functional access to outlets, identified previously unknown branch circuits, and greatly increased our home's service capacity! My wife and I are thrilled with the end results and wish to recognize and commend the entire Build Force Remodeling team for their help to realize our dreams. Everyone from the project managers, construction craftsmen, office support staff, finance personnel treated us with respect and gave us their personal attention.  Build Force Remodeling has earned our highest recommendation!!

Communication was great with a group text chat, and minor issues along the way were resolved quickly. Awesome that they handled all correspondence/approval issues with the neighborhood association, taking me (thankfully!) out of that loop entirely. Overall, I'm really pleased with results and quality of workmanship. A top-notch operation!

The project included installing all the drywall, replacing a damaged support beam, painting, and applying epoxy to the floor. I also requested installation of ceiling lights, two new outlets, and a 240V outlet for an EV charger. The project took one and a half weeks to complete. For the price and service, the result is very good. Highly recommended.

I meet with Isaias to show him my 20 inch vent hood. I bought a small one because I wanted to leave as much space on either side for sconces. I ask what is the smallest that the hood could be built. He responds 24-25 inches. I let him know that my left side cabinet is shorter than the right by 1 1/4 inches and that I want the hood centered with the stove. An inch and a quarter won't be super noticeable. I showed him my inspiration photos. Perfect! His quote: "$1400 it's just for Drywall work, framing, textures make it all ready for primer and painting, not painting included" (direct quote from his text message) He shows up with two guys and they get started. They put up plastic and covered everything very well Isaias leaves the two guys there and they do the work. At the end of the day I am told they will be back the next day. I crawl through the plastic and I am looking at the hood. It looks far larger than I was told it would be and it doesn't look centered. I get out my tape measure. It's not centered. It's off by a 1/2 inch. The left side of the hood is also off from what the measurement should be. There should only be 1 1/4 inch difference between the two open sides. The interior hole for the hood is 19 inches. Meanwhile the hood is 20 1/4. The hoods overall width is 28 11/16. More than 4 inches larger than I was promised. I let Isaias know and he says he will come tomorrow to look at it at 8am. He shows up the next day at just after 7am visibly annoyed. I show him the issues. As far as it not being centered he says "it's only 1/2 inch" As far as the overall size he tells me "it's not possible to make it smaller" That's not what I was originally told. He mentioned something about how he has to use two by fours because the hood is 20 pounds. Anything less than that would void his build warranty. Fine. I asked "can you turn the two by fours on their side? To cut down the 4 inches from the width?" He then mentioned something about having to physically cut them down, which I didn't understand and again said the warranty would be voided. I told him I did not want the warranty voided. I just wanted a thinner perimeter around the vent hood. He was finally able to figure it out by doing what I originally suggested

Quality: I can't say enough great things about Quick Care. From start to finish, the experience was outstanding. Gary helped us out and he was incredibly thoughtful, kind, and honestly just a joy to be around. He's also hilarious, which made the whole process feel comfortable and easy instead of stressful like home repairs sometimes can be. The work itself was done quickly, professionally, and with great attention to detail. Everything was handled efficiently and you can tell right away that he truly knows what he's doing. What really stood out to me was how genuine and humble he was. At one point he noticed that one of our doorknobs could actually be a safety hazard. Without hesitation, he fixed it for us just because he didn't want it to cause an issue later. That level of care and integrity is rare these days. Value: The value we received was incredible. Not only was the service professional and efficient, but Gary went above and beyond to make sure things in our home were safe and working properly. Genuine people like this are hard to find, and I'm so glad I trusted my intuition and went with the professionals who truly get it done. We contacted a few contractors, Aryan and his team responded quickly and was able to do the inspection on the same day. Aryan is very friendly and considerate during the inspection, and explained what caused the leaks in details. We decided to hire Killer Contractors not only because they provide very competitive pricing, but also because they are very responsive in answering our questions and concerns. They provided the estimate in a timely manner. It's strange some contractors were eager to come to our house to do inspection, but after that they either never contact us again or we had to call them for an estimate. Because the raining kept going until the new year and the roofing work can't start, Killer Contractors put a tarp on our roof which made us relieved Killer Contractors are very professional and efficient doing their work. The whole project took about 6 days, but the actual work only took 3 days. The extra 3 days were due to the delay in applying the permit and waiting for city inspector to be onsite. The delay was our fault because we decided to apply the permit a little bit late (and Killer Contractors had no problem with us applying the permit right before the work started). The working crew members are also very professional and friendly. They worked very hard, and they did their best to not distract us. They made sure there is no debris left in our yard and our neighbor's. Before they were done for the day, they made sure there's no nail left on our yard, driveway and street.
