    Terrible Customer service, Left voice mail to get a quote for a 98-inch TV. No call back. Called…read morethem again and they said they would have to check with best buy first to see what they charge and would call back. No call back. Called again and he said he still had to check with best buy as they have never mounted a 98in TV. Seems really odd they couldn't give me a quote until they checked with best buy. Very unprofessional. I would think they would have mounted many TVS as this is something they state they do and should be able to give me a quote without having to go to best buy.

    Well I thought I would update my review... Here is how are…read morestarted my last one... "Audio Labs is the place I would most like to spend 10,000 dollars if I had it laying around! I have always wanted a truly HI-FI amazing sound system to play my records and cd's on. Someday you will be mine!" Well now you are mine! Yep I got to sit down with the staff from Audio Labs and play some music through multiple sets of receivers, speakers, turntables to find what truly might be the best sounding hi-fi set up for my money.. Mind you I had about 9 times less then I wanted to spend as you read above but I got a really nice new set up for playing music, that fit my budget and that's what I was shooting for! Lots of options and it's cool they take the time and explain what might be best for you! Top notch stuff and top notch customer service.. They event loaded it into my trunk for me!

    June 23, 2025 Needed to check & service AC system. Kelly…read morelooked at electrical, seemed ok. His assistant, a nice young trainee, cleaned the outside exchange screen unit. Then, my smart thermostat was discovered to be faulty. I asked for a similar smart thermostat. Kelly said he didn't like those and recommended his favorite- a manual control programmable. Being without air on 85 degree day, I agreed. He charged me $130 for the service call and $160 for the thermostat. The "new" thermostat failed after about 3 days so I called him and requested replacement with smart thermostat again, which he said was $50 higher (now $210 for the thermostat !) In the meantime, I checked local RETAIL prices on the defective therm he installed = $44; and the RETAIL price of my replacement smart therm = $90. I felt he should make it right by replacing his bad one with the better one at no additional cost. Still giving him a $70 markup. I felt he was grossly overcharging, under serving, defensive, argumentive, and somewhat hostile when he said " you either pay me the extra $50, or I'm not coming". So much for his website saying "Our prices are always fair, and we even offer a senior citizen discount." No senior or veteran discount was even considered or offered. My lowest cost option was to accept his threat and "get it done". I've been cheated and mistreated before and usually "fight" it, but he had me over a barrel. No apology for the inconvenience, the therm failure, no senior or other discount, no consideration at all for his customer. He only wanted to rip off as much money as he could. His teenage assistant was the most helpful in resetting the smart therm app for me. I'm wondering- Should I recommend, or reuse Kelly again??? I think not, and don't recommend others to use him.     Kelly came highly recommended from family and we are very pleased with his work. New HVAC price was…read morevery reasonable (out of three total bids) and he provides great advice when it comes to efficiency versus reliability. He ultimately saved us almost $4k compared to going with other dealers.
