I had told my warranty that we could use him instead and would be a win win for both of us, in the end they said that they were covering it, but that I had to pay extra fees for random stuff that was never talked about and my new total came out to $2620 (better than my other guy) only downside is that they don't have a certain part, so I have to wait for an email to get sent out to me in order to pay that amount before they can even order anything, I still haven't received that email. The part takes about another 2 weeks, plus need to see when they're available to come out and fix it... could be a total of 3 weeks plus the week I've been waiting to get a quote, so a month with no A/C, 2 babies under 3yrs old complaining all night because of the heat, WHAT A JOKE!
