They made it very clear to me that they prioritize quality work, no matter the size of job. I needed 15 copies of my resume printed on nice paper for one job and for another I needed a photo blown up to a fairly large size and they did a phenomenal job. They are so reasonable in price, efficient, professional and kind. On my resume, not only did they have it done in a few hours when I was in a bind, they even trimmed the edges off for me so it was perfect, without me even asking. They just went the extra mile. I was so incredibly appreciative of their kindness and dedication to their work, no matter how small the project.

The…read moreplace is nice, well organized, great location, etc. When I came in there was a man helping a customer and another employee who seemed to be just getting there. She said she would be with me in a moment and what felt like 10 mins later she reappeared. I explained to her what I wanted to do, which was mail a picture frame to a friend in Portland. She seemed very annoyed and was rude but she gave me some options for packaging, quoted me a price for everything, took the package and boxed it up. She came back to ring me up and the total was over $50! No where near the price she told me before. For as small as the frame was this seemed ridiculous. She explained that the size of the box-which cost $16 itself jumped the shipping up $30+ This still didnt seem right to me so I asked how much it would be through the postal service. This didnt help her attitude but she offered to refund the shipping and let me take the box next door to ship. I explained that I didnt need this huge $16 box and asked if I could return that too, she became even more impatient, said it was already packaged and she had no idea how to return it. I was on a lunch break and didnt have time to argue or ask for another employee So I picked up the box and left! This situation could have been handled much better by an employee who wasnt immediately annoyed and took the time to explain and actually help me. I was able to package and ship the item from the post office for about $10 total! Now I just have a $16 empty box, thanks for nothing Fed Ex

I've also purchased notebooks, planners, monogrammed stationary and their pens. I love everything I've brought home with me. I have the pens in probably every color and they are the BEST. For Christmas, I sent my father here to get me a gift, because I knew he couldn't buy anything I wouldn't like! The staff has always been sweet when I go in, too. Which is so important.
