Although the issue was no fault of Copycat Printing, I was a bit frantic. The 2 ladies working on 3/29/2024 were calm and professional. They worked with me to get the issue resolved THE SAME DAY! Thank you Copycat. The way you handled this issue exceeded my expectations. THANK YOU!

Things to know: * Store front parking is limited to 20 minutes * The partnership with Amazon, and maybe other services) isn't rock solid. Amazon telling us that no label printing is required and having UPS contradict this and charge for printing in some instances. * The shared parking lot can be tricky to get out of. An option is to use the exit behind the hardware store to avoid street traffic on Beaver Avenue.

UPS Between Nov 17 and 19 (I'm not sure which of those…read morethree days) I sent a package from the Beaverdale, IA UPS store to my sister in Pennsylvania. The store was kind enough to package the items but after I left as they were busy. My sister texted me on Nov 21 that she received the package. At that point I had no concerns so I ditched the receipt. Yesterday Christmas 2025 I was talking to my sister and the present sent in Nov came up. What I had sent was a lighted display and a small bag containing multiple small (about 1") figurines of various items that were purchased in hospital gift shop. What she received was lighted display only. I can only guess that at some point before the packaging and sealing and sending that the small items were removed and reside in someone's house but not my sisters. BAD UPS. BAD!

The…read moreplace is nice, well organized, great location, etc. When I came in there was a man helping a customer and another employee who seemed to be just getting there. She said she would be with me in a moment and what felt like 10 mins later she reappeared. I explained to her what I wanted to do, which was mail a picture frame to a friend in Portland. She seemed very annoyed and was rude but she gave me some options for packaging, quoted me a price for everything, took the package and boxed it up. She came back to ring me up and the total was over $50! No where near the price she told me before. For as small as the frame was this seemed ridiculous. She explained that the size of the box-which cost $16 itself jumped the shipping up $30+ This still didnt seem right to me so I asked how much it would be through the postal service. This didnt help her attitude but she offered to refund the shipping and let me take the box next door to ship. I explained that I didnt need this huge $16 box and asked if I could return that too, she became even more impatient, said it was already packaged and she had no idea how to return it. I was on a lunch break and didnt have time to argue or ask for another employee So I picked up the box and left! This situation could have been handled much better by an employee who wasnt immediately annoyed and took the time to explain and actually help me. I was able to package and ship the item from the post office for about $10 total! Now I just have a $16 empty box, thanks for nothing Fed Ex
