Terrible service and abhorrent business practices. Total scam. We parked there because they tell you they have a free shuttle there and back. They take your flight number so they can "watch for your arrival." They tell you that you can text or call when you get back and they will promptly come and get you. They never did come to get us. So not only were they apparently not watching for our flight, they also just didn't respond when we tried to contact them. After wasting our time waiting for them, we had to pay for a ride over to get our car. Then when we got our car, there was no one around so we just left. On top of all of this, they had the nerve to both text us and call us - finally! But not to apologise for abandoning us: they called to demand payment! They actually had the nerve to ask for $40 when it was a $10 a day rate and we were parked there for 72-73 hours. we asked if they would be camping any of it considering what a hassle it was and that they did not keep up their end of the bargain, and she offered to takeoff $10 so basically that put that at exactly the price it should have been to begin with. Between paying them the $30 that they did not deserve for not doing their part, and paying for our ride over there, we still paid over what we should have to begin with. Super sketchy. Avoid it and park either at the airport itself or at Keck which is nearby with really nice people! read more

Never tried "long term" airport parking before. Found a Groupon for Jet parking and decided to give it a try. The Groupon made the price even better. It wasn't expensive to start with. You jump online for their website and pick you time frame. The website has you enter in the airline information so they have the coming and going times. You pay online. When we arrived for the reservation the gate arms were up and we made our way onto the lot to find a spot. They did have good amount of spots open and I luckily found a nice corner spot. I pulled in and hugged the far line to give the one spot next to me ample space for the next week. I parked up near the fence along Fleuer. A nice lady came around with the bus and hopped right out. She snagged up our luggage and got us up onboard. She confirmed our information and took us right over to the airport. The lot is literally across the street. I know they had signs posted that they have no responsibility for damage to vehicles, but it was nice to see the fence and my spot had lots of room. The lady also informed us that their cameras on the property. I didn't look, but it was nice of her to mention. The lady who took us to the airport was very sweet. She gave us a card with the phone number and told us to give them a call when we arrived back. She dropped us off right by the check in area. It was simple when we returned. We called after we had our luggage. The driver asked if we were outside, and we said yes. He let us know he would be right back as he was dropping off another. We found the parking pick up area. The driver didn't help us with our luggage this time. He apologized and said he had a shoulder injury otherwise he would help. He got us back across to the parking lot safely and dropped us off. Again apologizing about not helping unload. It wasn't a problem as we only had a bag each. My car looked fine. No tampering, and everything as I left it. If we ever needed to do this again, I think I would use Jet again. read more

I gave them my business many times. After a few times, I couldn't take it anymore. I would usually take early morning flights. Sometimes no shuttle service at all. I would have to walk from the lot to the airport. Once I returned late...no shuttle, and I was stuck in the lot for hours because no one would answer the phone. Their business practices are horrendous, and they don't seem to care when you're trying to get help. One time, an employee asked me if I "knew anybody" to drive the shuttle when I complained about being abandoned at their lot. Their accounting practices are haphazard and unorganized. Always use Jet parking while traveling, seldom an issue and very nice people to work with.

We chose this lot because it was supposed to be open and operational for our early morning flight. We entered the lot at 4 am and waited 20 minutes for anyone to come into the office or drive the shuttle before we called all of the recommended numbers and no one answered. We ended up having to call and wait for a ride share service to get us to the airport so we wouldn't have to carry our luggage in the 20 weather. Do NOT recommend. read more

**BE AWARE THEY DON'T HAVE ANY VIDEO CAMERAS OR SURVEILLANCE ** I normally never post anything like this.. but I felt like people needed to be aware. I was out of town for 8 days and parked my car in this lot. The guy was super helpful at the beginning and it seemed like a fair rate. However when I got back my car had been broken into. Stuff was thrown everywhere and things like my drivers insurance and registration and other valuable things were STOLEN from my car while I was away. Jet is claiming I didn't lock my car and it's my fault and I have no way of proving this. They told me over and over again that they're not liable. I called the police to file a report and the police officer asked the man working if they had any surveillance cameras so they could catch who broke into my car... but come to find out they DONT have any so you're extremely vulnerable. The police officer said that parking in that lot is just as good as parking on the street. Be careful guys. They're nice people, I just don't want other people to have the same thing happen to them. read more

This place used to be great but it changed hands or just the workers. Before there was a guy who drove people to the airport. He was awesome loaded and unloaded the luggage. This guy was a good driver and was neat and clean. Now its just poor service (no offer to help) and one woman almost backed into a truck. We won't park there again. I'm not big on change, especially because I'm already an anxious traveler. A friend told me to try Jet Parking so I did for a business trip last year and have used them ever since. It is less expensive than the long term parking and the shuttle is far quicker and more dependable. When I park, they see me and bring the shuttle right over and are very friendly. I never check bags, so I find that when I return from my trip, if I call for the shuttle when I hit the top of the escalator it is there within about 3 minutes. The drivers are friendly and it is just across the street from the airport. I have told all of my friends and employees to park there and I have never heard a complaint from any of them! If you are used to paying higher prices to park at the airport, it is definitely worth a try to try Jet Parking. read more

Jet Parking's website states that they are "safe, secure, trusted, and fenced-in." None of those things are true. Someone attempted to break into our car and seriously damaged it. They broke into (or attempted to) at least one other car (its alarm kept going off). Anyone can easily walk in up the drive. The fence is broken. They don't have ANY security cameras. They're not liable, which we understood, but we didn't realize they were also so untrustworthy. It would be so worth paying extra to just park at the airport. Never again. read more

I used this service a few weeks ago when we flew to Vegas. We were gone a week. I used the groupon to pay. It is such a great service, and convenient, too! All employees were friendly and helpful. The shuttle was quicker than trying to find my car in the parking lot at the mall! I highly recommend this if you are parking at the airport for long term. read more

Hoping our experience at Jet parking was only an isolated incident...one more hiccup at the end of a wonderful trip...beginning was a breeze, the gentleman at the beginning was so helpful, parking was effortless, shuttle was instantaneous...then came the end of the trip...missed connections...late flights...stuff of travel nightmares...actually called jet parking from dallas just to let them know we would be delayed and return later than originally scheduled to Des Moines....fellow was great and said just to call him once on the ground at dsm....problem is once we landed we called and got a message that said they were busy helping customers and could be found outside the baggage claim...awesome!....NOPE! YOU GET NOTHING!...no shuttle! Repeated calls...same aggravating message...after twenty minutes of repeated calls....decided to just sack up and walk across to the lot....15 degrees....sure enough there was the shuttle...parked....doors locked....lights off....gates locked...wonderful! Found another phone number on side of shuttle bus....managers number...NOPE! YOU GET NOTHING! Lucky for me, the other three members of our party who were still at the airport got a nice,running,warm...and awake cab driver to come pick me up before i could start smashing windows and ripping down barricades like i really really wanted too...now realize i love and support my local businesses....and you should as well...just be aware that we were never offered any redress whatsoever...no offers to pay our almost fifty dollar cab fares....no apologies....not even a "go ^*#%+" yourselves...gives me the impression these people just don't give a damn...save your groupon and just take a cab....or go to keck....at least they had people at the airport.... read more

STOLEN RAYBANS...Never again....bought my son a voucher off of Groupon. When he arrived at the lot it was full. While trying to decide way what to do a Jet parking employee pulled up in shuttle and said they could vallet park his car. He was hestitant but i assured him it would be fine. A week later when he was on his way home he discovered his Rayban sunglasses were missing. I promptly called Jet Parking and the manager, Tammy seemed pretty concerned and stated that she would talk to the owner and call me back on Monday. Three days later after numerous messages for her she finally called me back to tell me that they were not responsible for stolen property. In my many attempts to reach her one evening I spoke to a fellow jet employee and I mentioned that we should have filed a police report for stolen property and he informed me that we could not file a police report because this occurred supposedly on private property. Furthermore he thought $200 was ridiculous for sunglasses. If you choose to use jet parking do not have them park your car. Keep your keys in your possession. I am still waiting to hear from the owner John Gilliotti. Hopefully our lawyer can reach him. read more
