GET NAILS is super convenient to my house and a last minute schedule change gave me an opportunity to visit Harry today: Monday, 3/13/26. Nothing but praise for the new tech who assisted me today. Super pleased with how my milky white chrome toes look. The price of a pedicure is diabolical this season. NGL, I kinda inhaled sharply when he gave me my total, buttt, here we are with ANOTHER disheartening reminder of the state of our economy these days. I might be biased because location is everything with the price of gas now but I definitely recommend this salon. This was by far the worst nail experience I've ever had. The salon was dirty and I even saw roaches crawling around, which is completely unacceptable. On top of that, my nails came out bulky, uneven, and poorly polished. For the prices they charge, the quality and cleanliness should be much better. I was a loyal customer to this establishment. When Kevin took over ownership of this place, it went downhill. They want you to pay with cash to keep from reporting the accurate number of customers entering the salon. They have a program if you pay with cash they will stamp a card, after your eighth service, you get $25. off, know they tell you; you have to get two services to get the $25 off. When I confronted him about the service, he told my nail tech (in his language) to honor it, but to also tell me not to come back. No problem, my money spends at any nail shop. They do not sterilize their tools, nor do they clean up after each client. I've seen many roaches from the shop not being properly cleaned. read more

Called ahead and made a 2pm appointment for 2 pedicures. They had us waiting 40 minutes. And then when we said we were going to walk out they wanted to act like we were wrong for being upset. Time is something you cannot get back so definitely upset that my time was wasted. read more

Dude In the First chair didn't care I left feeling cheated. This was my second time. When I went the first time DON (4th chair) I was more than happy which is why I came back. First chair dude really ruined the experience I will trying one more time but in all honesty this salon is more Geared towards the older generation. All you Hotties I'm warning you. This was my last time going to Get Nails. I believe it was a break down in communication. I asked for a signature pedicure, and I got a classic pedicure. I asked for dip manicure and the owner Kevin refuse to do it because I didn't want to add tips. I've never had such a negative experience. If you're trying to relax and looking to be treated with dignity and respect, DON'T go to Get Nails. Kevin the owner was upset because I was sharing my experience he tried to intimidate me, by letting me know that I was posting my experience. As if I wouldn't post. He knew he had a terrible attitude. How to improve? Treat customers like their business matters. read more

Do NOT go here. 1. Took two plus hours to get my nails done because Harry kept doing other things on other people then coming back to me. 2. Only 3 people in there. All slow as molasses. Taking their sweet time. 3. Did not do my nails how I wanted then said I should have told him, when I did. 4. Talked about me in Vietnamese and when I asked was I being talked about he walked away. Btw, part of the conversation was in English so I was definitely being talked about. 5. Charged more for the shape of the nails my cousin got done even though they were already shaped before her service. All she got was a fill. I will not be returning. I went in for a pedicure and got the Classic, which includes callous removal. The nail tech was very pleasant and worked well with me, the environment was nice with soft music. All went well until I was waiting for my feet to dry I felt cold because she placed me in the chair in the window in Oct with a cold fan on my feet. I ignored that but realized my feet was still rough around my two big toes. When I went to the desk because the nail tech was doing someone else, the lady was evasive, rude n told me to put oil on my feet or pay more. When I noticed her attitude. I told her I was going to write a review, she did not show concern. She did not try n satisfy me as a customer n started to shout in the back to the nail tech and they started to yell back n forth as I began to leave. They should have remained professional and offered to resolve my issue in a polite manner. I see this type of attitude common in Asian nail salons that operate in black communities. If they cannot upcharge you on additional or premium services, it's a problem. read more

First let me say I will never return to this nail shop. I called to see if a particular nail tech was in to do my pedicure and over the phone they said "yes she's here, come on in". When I got there she wasn't even there so they had someone else do it. She was very rude, rushing, and rough with my feet! She even cut the side of my foot to the white meat with the callus remover! It was burning and continued to bleed. I now have a nasty hard sore on my foot!!!! They didn't even accommodate me for the service. I won't be wasting my money here ever again! read more

Rude and unprofessional. Got a gel manicure. The manicurist, while doing my nails, called someone on Facetime. While on the call, she turns the phone to me so other person could see me, while talking in another language and laughing. When I demanded, "Why am I on Facetime?", she turned her phone back around, and continued her conversation, ignoring my question. My daughter has followed Harry on and off for years. So when she got married 12.23.17 she requested his services. We had an appointment for the day before, we arrived on time, they were late. We paid over $300 for nails & toes. The bride and bridesmaids had silver rhinestones on their nails. The rhinestones were white the next morning. We were told to come back and they would fix them. We scheduled our appointment the day before for a reason, we had her wedding day planned out, there was no time for nail repairs. For the money we paid we surely should not have this issue less than 24 hours later! My beautiful daughter's nails for her most memorable day was a disaster! Her ring was amazing, her bouquet gorgeous and nails that looked the worst ever! I have never been so disappointed! read more

I would give them ZERO stars if I could. The man at the front desk, Harry, is HORRIBLE. His customer service and attitude SUCKS especially for only being my second visit. If you ask him to fix your damaged nail he caused, to your liking, he gets an attitude and will tell you to leave. He will then call the police on you and lie and say you didn't not pay. I got my nails done on Tuesday 1/15/19, basic colors with two fingers having 5 rhinestones on them each. The rhinestones started falling off the next morning and were all gone by Saturday 1/20/19, and both thumbs had broken by this point (opening a cabinet and a to go box of food). Keep in mind i just got them done the Tuesday before. I went in on Saturday to get the broken nails fixed and the rhinestones put back on (they were very accomadating to fixing what was wrong, so B+ for customer service). Today is Tuesday 1/22 and one of the thumbs that just got done on Saturday broke while I was opening my Christmas tree box (which is a normal box and should not break a nail) . My nails clearly were not done well with enough glue/poweder to make them strong lasting nails. This is ridiculous. I will never go back here, it's clearly a waste of money. The lady on station 3 should be trained better. You cannot run an establishment where only the owner is providing quality work. read more

I came into this shop looking to get a basic mid-length acrylic full set and that's what I received. I would say come in early if you don't like waiting. The young lady did a good job on my nails and I'm going into my second week with no issues. But I do think I got overcharged though, especially since the price that I payed differed from the price listed on the wall posting. I may be back for a fill in, but I would definitely need them to clarify their pricing system. read more

The person next to Zep (first chair) did an excellent job on my Husband's nails. Only issue is that they are becoming a Cash preferred Shop and who now carries Cash. First two times I loved the salon and the young lady that helped me.. But this last time has made me search for another salon and i will not recommend anyone to go to this place. My 2nd time I got a full set and the cat-eye polish I paid $40 for the fullset and $10 more for the cateye...COOL! Two weeks later I went back and I ONLY needed a fill in and a polish but I was quoted the same $40 price and was told it was because of the length of my nails. The work done was horrible, the older lady took entirely too long and my nails on the right hand look "bumpy" I explained that I shouldnt have to pay the same amount for a fill in as a full set and the owner just brushed me off and kept working. I enjoyed this place the first two times and I feel I was ripped off. I wont be back. read more

Do not go here for quality service. I went on Saturday night to get a gel manicure and by Tuesday morning my nails were peeling from the sides. After calling and then going up to the salon twice to prove my nails were done poorly I did get them redone. But instead of putting the cotton balls will acetone on my nails, my hands were soaked in acetone and were burning. No lotion or oil to combat dryness. No apologies for poor service.
